We were so surprised and pleased to see they offer a variety of drinks for $3. Shame on me for forgetting to get a picture of that part of the menu but from what I can remember, there was jasmine tea, milk tea, lattes and salted caramel cold brew. We got the salted caramel cold brew, a latte, a halo halo and a ube truffle. Oooh yummy everything was absolutely made to perfection. Getting these types of coffee drinks for under $5 is almost unheard of but I will for sure be back when in Rancho. The cafe is not easy to spot from the parking lot but they do have a sign to lead you there. It looks like a cool place to study or hang out, they have games and a few toys for littles. There is also some seating outside.

UPSIDE DOWN HALO HALO (with Ube Ice Cream) Been awhile since I've last tried this dessert and it was so good! Did pay a little extra to substitute vanilla ice cream for ube ice cream and it was worth it! You can't go wrong with the ube shake + ube ice cream + jellies + fruits inside this delicious dessert! It is in a much larger cup too, so this can be shared with two people. UBE CRACK CHEESECAKE The crunchy crust was a bit more coarse and had a shortbread sweetness to it. The ube flavor was there in the cheesecake, but you got that tangy cream cheese flavor too. Moist, creamy and sweet. Overall, I enjoyed it. UBE TRUFFLE This was very sweet. You got the ube cake inside which was like a cake pop, but much softer and creamier. It tasted like the ube, but overly sweet and the outer Oreo crust was sweet too. When I saw that it was located in a roundabout that felt reminiscent to downtown Disney for its high walkability, I felt excited to open the door. On a 100 degree day, the AC was blasting and it felt great. It smelled yummy like fries and every corner looked clean and new. They were playing r&b hits from the 90s and I felt right at home. I ordered a "creamy jasmine" with honey boba and who I believe to be the owner helped me make it less sweet upon ordering. Both her and another employee were very kind and welcoming. I felt cared for which can be rare in a typical fast paced boba spot. The tea at 50% sweet with the honey boba was perfect for me. I enjoyed tasting the actual green tea flavor and the consistency of the honey boba felt soft and fresh. They also have board games which would be so fun to do with some friends. However, there is no seating right there. You can't miss go into the mall and enjoy your custard in the food court. Raylen assisted us and as soon as we walked up, she instantly came out to help and answer questions. She gave us amazing service so make sure to ask for her. Now on to the food part. I ordered 3 different pints at $20 a piece. They also offer 1/2 pints for $12. It's a bit pricey but they are delicious and made with quality ingredients. Also, this is not ice cream, it's frozen custard. It's a lot richer and full bodied in favor. My least favorite was the Honey Creme Brûlée. It's honey custard with raw honey and brûléed sugar ribbon. The honey was a bit over powering and this cream was extremely sweet for me, nothing like crème brûlée because the original dessert has a subtle sweetness. It was still delicious but if you don't like anything too sweet consider a different flavor. The black Forrest cake is a chocolate cherry custard with maraschino cherries, dark chocolate chunks with a sweet cream layer and shaved chocolate. I enjoyed this one although it was more the essence of Black Forest cake. I didn't really get and cherry pieces but it had chocolate chunks throughout. I also wish there was more of the sweet cream layer or if it was marbled into it instead of a super think layer on the top. Despite that, it was still yummy but just tasted like a cherry chocolate ice cream. The southern banana pudding was my favorite. My only critique would be to have actual banana in it. It's banana custard and claims there's ripe banana in there with vanilla wafers but I didn't have one piece of banana in it. There were plenty of wafers in it. This one tastes exactly like the name with the exception of banana pieces. Overall, I would come back but would not buy so many because the 3 were $63. Ouch! Also, when advertising and describing these flavors the way you do, please make sure the custard is full of these flavors because two of them were highly lacking the ingredients claimed. Nevertheless, the custard is yummy and a perfect summer treat to try out.
