i absolutely LOVE gelato and had one every day in Italy, so i was really excited to try this place out since it's a very popular chain. my friends and i came here on a saturday afternoon, and it was definitely packed with a line going out the door, but it moved relatively quickly. the workers were super nice and patient when allowing us to sample as many flavors as we wanted, and everyone was so efficient in making sure that the line moved smoothly. the store itself is pretty small and doesn't have much seating inside, but there are a couple of benches right aside to enjoy your ice cream. my bf and i decided to share a regular sized cup of chocolate pistachio crunch and tiramisu. i was a big fan of the chocolate pistachio crunch, which had huge chunks of chocolate that provided a nice texture with the ice cream! the ice cream itself was really smooth and had a great pistachio flavor. the tiramisu ice cream was also very yummy, but my heart lies with the chocolate pistachio crunch hehe i'd say the gelato here is definitely on the sweeter side, so not what i was used to compared to gelato straight from italy. it's also pretty expensive, with the smallest cup being $8 already and tiny. i do appreciate the workers for putting as much ice cream in the cup as possible tho and not skimping!
I went here again yesterday for my kids' annual back to school ice cream/gelato tradition. Still amazingly delicious! I got the caramel PB chocolate again and remembered to take a picture before devouring the whole thing!
Bacio di Latte has become one of our family's favorite dessert stops at Victoria Gardens. We've also visited their Pasadena location, and the quality and service have been consistently excellent at both. Our family has tried the gelato, affogato, and cookies, and everything has always been amazing. My personal favorite is the pistachio gelato. It has a rich, natural pistachio flavor without tasting artificial. They currently have a seasonal strawberry shortcake flavor that is also really good. The gelato is smooth, dense, and incredibly creamy. It is on the pricier side, but you can taste the quality and freshness of the ingredients. Since gelato is denser than regular ice cream, even a small serving is surprisingly filling, so I still feel it's worth the price. They allow you to sample flavors before ordering, which is helpful because they have several great options. There always seems to be a line out the door, but the staff keeps it moving quickly. The shop is clean but has very limited seating, so it's more of a grab-and-go dessert spot. Since it's located inside the Victoria Gardens outdoor mall, you'll need to park in one of the mall's lots or parking garages and walk over. Overall, this is the perfect place to stop for dessert after lunch or dinner at Victoria Gardens. We'll definitely continue coming back.
I got the coconut with a waffle cone with Nutella rim and it was fantastic!! , not too sweet just perfect, they offered us the Nutella rim or pistacho free for today, it was very delicious

The staff were very helpful with samples!Cozy ambiance with soothing creamy colors and comfy seating , relaxing music and the smell of fresh waffle cones! A lot of flavor selection and nondairy too! I had the bacio and chocolate! Yummy! Can't wait to try more! Right next to JC pennys in Victoria Gardens.
I had a lovely experience at Bacio di Latte (Etiwanda). I ordered multiple gelato (i.e. Pistachio, Strawberry Cheesecake, and 3 Cioccolati). I had the Piccolo Cup ($7.95) and Regular Cup ($8.95). This silky gelato contained bold, rich flavors. It's delicious! I arrived at Bacio di Latte (Etiwanda) on Sunday (around 11:06AM). Parking is simple since the plaza's parking is big; however, it's competitive from the many cars. Staff is very professional, welcoming, and hardworking. Staff immediately offered samples. Staff also eagerly explained each gelato. Staff happily answered my questions. Staff maintained a bright, cheery smile whenever customers arrived. My order was completed immediately. As mentioned, I genuinely adored the gelato. Each flavor felt distinct, bold, and fresh. The ingredients tasted high quality, and it melted quickly once scooped. The pistachio had a fresh, natural flavor. The strawberry cheesecake had a bold strawberry taste. And the 3 Cioccolati had a clean, pure chocolate flavor. It's a delightful, special experience. Regarding ambiance, Bacio di Latte (Etiwanda) is gorgeous and upscale. It's beautiful!! There's eight shiny interior tables, a gender neutral restroom, and soothing music. It's an attractive location. Overall, I had a magical experience at Bacio di Latte (Etiwanda). Staff is exceptional, ambiance is gorgeous, and the gelato is distinct & special. If you love gelato, this is a very easy recommendation. 5 out of 5. "GOO!!"
I've been here numerous times, and the Gelato is top tier. The affogato with Pistacio creme spread on the cup is probably my favorite. The staff is super friendly and is always eager to offer free samples and help describe the different menu items. The inside is a bit small, so on a Friday/Saturday night it may be crowded..... but almost any other time, I always find a seat. They play old tunes for the ambiance, like Frank Sinatra, so it definitely sets the vibe.
Despite this being an especially busy Bacio di Latte, the service here is always amazing! The gelato is incredibly delicious! I was able to get my favorite flavor, tiramisu and as always, it was to die for. The staff was super nice and accepted my request of wafflecone on the side. The pistachio cream with nuts was so good and the cone stayed nice and crispy! I can never eat the gelato fast enough and it usually ends up soggy, so thank you! Between, the Newport Beach and Pasadena shops, this probably has the nicest and most comfortable sitting area. The line is almost always out the door, but the wait is definitely worth it!
This place has amazing ice cream. Actually I believe it's gelato. It's so rich. You really only need one scoop or two. I always get three scoops and never finish it because it's so rich. The flavors are unique. They have seasonal flavors too. The price is reasonable. But think of it as a personal treat, a mini luxury for yourself. The service is awesome. Everytime I do in I have to try at least several flavors. I do try to limit it though if they're busy. It's a small shop so it gets busy quickly. I like the decor. It reminds me of a cute cafe somewhere in Europe. It's a nice place to bring a date and sit and chit chat.
Gelato was amazing! Let's just get that out of the way, the ambiance was also adorable. The location was quite busy for an early Monday night so that is great! The variety of the flavors were large and the flavors themselves were delicious. But very rich! The service however seemed a bit off, lovely workers but the energy seemed low and they seemed a bit bothered. We got two little samples which were nice by the staff but they all just seemed a bit drab and unimpressed/uninterested. Just extremely blasé and unconcerned, even after we told them it was our first time there. They did ask if we had allergies so that was nice. I would like to go back and try something else, but because the prices are so expensive it might be a while!
Perfect for the summer heat and probably just as perfect during a California winter season. My family and I stopped by VG because we were craving gelato and I was happy this was nearby. It's conveniently located near the south side of the mall by Flemings. The line was long and stretched to the door. It is a small place but has some available seating. We reached the front after waiting maybe like 7 minutes. I got a regular cup with pistachio, cookies and cream, and sweet cream. It was very good! My favorites were the cookies and cream and sweet cream. It wasn't too sweet and the creaminess and distinct flavor profile was fantastic. The pistachio was good but it leaned a bit more nutty and bitter for my liking. My mom and my husband enjoyed theirs too. My mom liked the salted caramel and my husband really loved one of the chocolate flavors. The service was good and the girls who served us were nice and took time and precision to create my mom's yummy gelato creation.
Burgeoning chain of gelaterias that have clean, bright, and sleek interiors. Lots of flavors of gelato to choose from and friendly and helpful service. This is actually the second location I've visited now. And if I see a location somewhere, I feel like I know what I should expect and that's tasty gelato and friendly people. Since this location is in the Victoria Gardens, there's plenty parking around and you can get here relatively easily through a combo of finding a good spot and/or walking. On this visit, I got the two flavors of Buttercream Pretzel and Stracciatella. This combo definitely satisfied the sweet tooth and were very tasty and creamy along with a bit of texture. All in all just a great and satisfying experience. A great option for dessert/ ice cream in the area.
One of the most decedent things I've ever had! The staff is kind as wel patient, they let us try all the different flavors. It was difficult to choose because I also loved all their chocolate flavors, but I ended up getting Pistachio and Crema Torino. The pistachio is the best flavor, so rich and creamy with the perfect taste of nutty pistachio that's not overwhelming. So cute inside. The gelato was amazingggg I loved the flavors and everything tasted so fresh and delicious. Service was great and the girl helping us was very friendly and helped us taste test different flavors. I would say the price was a bit expensive for two people it cost $20 dollars. read more
I'm not sure where I've been, but I'm just now realizing that Bacio di Latte opened a store at VG's. Really pleased that VG is starting to attract higher end shops. Bacio di latte is one of my favorite stateside gelaterias. Until now, the closest one to me was the fashion island location. Honestly, nothing bad to report. This location is consistent with the others - well appointed store, friendly staff, really good gelato. I ordered a piccolo cup with Mousse di pistachio and Bacio di latte. Pistachio & cream hits the spot. I've read some of the complaints about the price point and my answer to that is, you get what you pay for. Outside of a few artisan shops, this is the closest you're going to get to real Italian style gelato. It doesn't quite transport me back to Florence if I close my eyes... but it's pretty close. It's worth the money. I'm sure I'll be coming here for my ice cream fixes. A welcome addition to Rancho Cucamonga. read more
When I first passed by, I got drawn to how cute it looked inside! It is a bit small inside but for a dessert place it is understandable. I tried different gelato and they were all really good but also really sweet! My favorite was the cookies and cream and sweet cream. That also have affogato so we had to try. I am a HUGE gelato fan. Totally addicted! Was traveling in CA and looked up the closest gelato place near me and this option looked intriguing. It is located in an upscale outdoor shopping area (Victoria Gardens) and at 2pm on a Friday i really struggled to find parking. Eventually found a spot a 3 blocks away. Place is really cute and nicely decorated. I did the line and ordered two flavors: 1 - Cocco Rio 2 - Crema Torino. I am spoiled because in WA (where i live) we have a local Ma and Pa gelato spot that really makes amazing gelato with high end fresh and organic ingredients. This place has more of a "chain feel" and i noticed the gelato was WAY TOO SOFT! This means it has lots of "fillers" and is whipped with air! Both flavors were good but not great. Too busy with too many combinations of fillers. I would rather go to my local spot but I got my "fix"'for the day! read more
Delicious gelato spot located in Victoria Gardens! Ambiance is very lovely. There is a decent amount of seating. The ladies working behind the counter were very nice. They have a good variety of gelato flavors. I ordered a regular size cup so I was able to choose up to three flavors. I chose two, Sweet Cream and Peanut Butter Caramel Chocolate. This is a really nice place to stop by after dinner for dessert! It's pretty luxurious and the prices do reflect that. It's too expensive for me to frequent more than occasionally, but I would say it's worth it to try at least once. The gelato is so smooth and flavorful. My favorite was the sweet cream. The small size (piccolo) was perfect for me. If you're coming after dinner I might even suggest sharing the small size with a friend. There are limited vegan options available as well as super delicious looking extra large cookies. It gets pretty busy at certain times so there may not always be seating available. It's new and clean inside and I loved the soft romantic lighting and ambiance. read more
Give me the whole cone and then give me another one cause hot DAM this place is good. This is the type of place that is the cheat day on your diet because you're doing yourself a disservice if you don't get the cone with the spread and nuts. The fully garnished cone is what makes this place #1 with a 20 minute radius. Like most of my reviews I have eaten here many many times before I reviewed. TLDR = Great spot for a sweet treat that's open late and has prepacked items you can take home. Exterior = 5/5 Located in the Victoria Gardens mall, there is plenty parking nearby and also a couple pay slots directly in front of the store. It's nearby JCPenney which is along the south side of the mall. The store has high windows and many of it so it lets in natural light. There are a couple seats outside if you feel like sitting outside. Interior = 5/5 As soon as you enter, the line entrance begins and is a short distance to the front where the gelatos are lined up. When it has been busy I have seen the line quickly form out the door since it's not a big waiting area directly inside. There are a few options for seats immediately to the right as well as more to the left of the entrance. I would say there are two locations to sit if you have a larger group, then the rest is more for smaller groups. The smell of what I believe is waffle cones is in the air, and they have a nice display for the gelatos. There is also a fridge where you can take prepacked gelato to go, which I love when I'm wanting to enjoy it at home. Service = 5/5 Everyone that has helped us has been super nice and attentive. You can try as many flavors as you want which is appreciated since there are so many flavor options and they do bring in special flavors on occasion. Order = 5/5 I find myself content with the small gelato with two flavors - I usually get the nutellina and another option (many times it's pistachio or stracciatella). I like the nutellina as it has sweet cream mixed with Nutella and you will sometimes have swirls or chunks throughout it. I love to get it to go. My other second popular one at any gelato shop I go to is stracciatella. They make this flavor great here. Both flavors are creamy and decadent. If you don't want dairy heavy options they also have sorbet! Overall = 5/5 When they first opened, I frequented here quite often (less now due to new year resolution - but I will be back soon). I have been familiar with this brand and appreciate the store opening a location more inland. I find their flavors consistent and hits the sweet tooth just right. Having them in a mall is also convenient so you can walk around after. Hint = don't sleep on the prepacked, they are great and I find them pretty cost effective. read more

This gelato shop has quickly become one of my favorite spots in town. They have SO many different flavors -- from classics like pistachio and chocolate. The best part? Every single flavor I've tried tastes amazing. You really can't go wrong here. One standout for me is the matcha affogato -- it's rich, slightly bitter in the best way, and perfectly balanced with the sweetness of the gelato. If you're a matcha fan, don't miss it! The staff is also super friendly and welcoming. They're happy to let you sample flavors and always have great recommendations. This wonderful little treat shop offers the best gelato, sorbet, coffee, espresso, affogato, and even cookies. Such a great spot inside Victoria Gardens close to Mendocino Farms. They have seating inside and a bench outside. The service is always fast and friendly and they have a loyalty program with points for dollars spent. I love treating myself on the way home from work! Stumbled upon this charming gelato shop at Victoria Gardens after having dinner at the Mediterranean place. Sampled a variety of flavors and they were all so good and decadently rich. Got the Pistachio and Crema Torino combo in a small size. The flavors were intense and spot-on! Smooth, creamy, nutty pistachio and not too sweet. The Crema Torino tastes like Ferrero Rocher chocolates, a tad bit sweeter for my taste but equally rich and decadent. Hubby got the mint chocolate and hazelnut flavors, both creamy and delicious he says. Expect to pay a steep price, but definitely worth it! Indulge! read more
My husband and I have been hunting for gelato that hits the spot since our Italian honeymoon... this isn't quite it but it's still good and tbh it may be the Italian ambiance as a whole that we miss! This is a chain gelato shop BUT they do apparently make their gelato in house every day, which does make a difference! The vibe is cute inside as well but small. The first time we walked by there was no line but we weren't ready for gelato yet, by the time we came back there was a line. Line move fairly quick though. I visited this wonderful gelato place (Bacio di latte-Kiss of milk)! first at fashion Island and it was amazing. You do really feel kissed when eating this gelato.When I heard they opened up at Victoria Gardens, I was elated. These two Italian brothers from Italy really pour their heart out into the many flavors of this delicious Italian Fancy treat. I don't even eat ice cream anymore. I only want Bacio. I also love their Illy coffee as well. The people complaining about the taste and flavors of the gelato really don't know what they're talking about. This is not ice cream. This is gelato from Italy and they use Clover organic milk from Sonoma ca. I really didn't understand negative reviews claiming it was too sweet after they requested it be dumped it in several types of creams and cones. And others, claiming that the minimum wage workers weren't doing cartwheels for them as they came in. And then docking the business two stars. This place is top-notch quality and it is worth every penny of paying the expensive price. read more

Been seeing all the amazing reviews and photos for this place and just had to try it out! My kids didn't want to go anywhere tonight, so I ordered online for pickup. It was while I was ordering that I discovered they offer "perfect for sharing" options. They even offer the option to get cups or cones so you can make your own dessert at home. We decided to go with the Amici which they state serves about 3 to 4 people. That turned out to be accurate. We got Cioccolato & Menta (Mint Chocolate Chip) Nutellina (Sweet Cream with Nutella®) and Pistacchio (Pistachio), as well as a couple of cones. I put the order in while I was stopped at a stoplight near Victoria Gardens and by the time I parked my car, I got the notification it was ready! Super quick! This place is super cute! They were busy but not overly so. I didn't see a pickup location so I was standing by the register and one of the gals asked if she could help me. Told her I had a pickup order and she asked my name. Another gal went to get my order and I was asked if I wanted to try any of their other flavors while I waited. Sure! I asked to try their most popular flavor, which currently is the Crema Torino (Hazelnut). She asked if I had any allergies, which I appreciated, and confirmed I do not. Wow--that flavor was incredible! I told her it was like dipping a spoon in a Nutella jar lol! I received my order and we put it in the freezer for a bit once I got it home just in case it melted in transit. We made our gelato cones and everything was amazing! It's gonna be dangerous having this gelato so close to home! read more

A new gelato spot in Victoria Gardens opened up! They have a lot of decadent flavors and I settled on a classic mint chip. One of the girls offered me samples.. the chocolate flavors were too rich for me. My friend let me try her pistachio gelato which was earthy and sweet. Lots of seating indoors or outdoors thankfully. Although on the pricier side, it makes sense since every flavor is delicious in its own way. Tip. Get two flavors in a bowl or cone! read more
I visited Bacio Di Latte in Victoria Gardens today with my daughter after a workout, and I'm so glad we decided to try it out since it just opened nearby. There was a small line, but it moved quickly. We were helped by Alin, who was incredibly patient and amazing. I went with the Nutellina (sweet cream with Nutella) on a cone, and my daughter chose the Caramello Saltado (Salted Caramel) in a piccolo cup. Both flavors were absolutely delicious! The interior is clean, cutely decorated, and has seating available. They also offer pints starting @ $14.95 to go, which is a nice option if you want to bring some home. There are so many other flavors I can't wait to try next time, like the strawberry & cream with white chocolate or the Nocciola (Hazelnut). I recently saw this place on instagram and i was so excited to try it. We went around 8pm and there was a small line but all the seats were taken. I was impressed with the amount of flavors they had. When we got to the front the worker let us know we can sample them. All of the gelato flavors were soo good! I kind of wish they had more fruity flavors. But maybe since it's October they have more sweet flavors. I decided to go with Salted Caramel, Chocolate crunch and Pistachio Mousse, All of them had a great consistency. Very creamy and not too sweet. I loved mixing all the flavors. I'm looking forward to coming back and trying more flavors. read more

Saw on YouTube an original Affagato shop in Italy that serves thousands of Affagatos a day. And it looked so good. So when I yelped Affagato, I was happy that a place close by to me served this sweet treat. It's right across from Luna Modern (which has since shut down...) we got there when they had just opened on a Thursday so there was no line which was really nice. They have a nice display case with about a dozen different gelatos you can choose from. I had a couple taste tests and they all tasted amazing!!! Of course I went with the Affagato. I had their pistachio mousse with their espresso. It comes separately which I appreciate or else the gelato would be even more melted then it already was. I really enjoyed the cold and hot. The bitter and sweet. It was really a nice pairing!! Other people in our group ordered hot chocolate, and it came with a little scoop of gelato which was really nice. Others got different types of Affagatos and they all really enjoyed it. My buddy who went to Italy and had many a gelatos there said it tasted pretty authentic! The ambiance with the decor and the music transported me to a little Italian cafe. So that was pretty cool!! You can earn points here too, with a free gelato or Affogato with X amount of points earned. So that's pretty neat. I will definitely be back in the very near future to try some other Affagato combinations!! read more

Perfect Gelato Break While Shopping Tucked conveniently inside Victoria Gardens, Bacio di Latte is a sweet little escape during a shopping day. Their gelato is incredibly smooth, with a wide range of flavors that makes it hard to pick just one. I love that they offer smaller sizes--perfect if you just want a little treat without overdoing it. The house-made waffle cones add a fresh, crispy touch that makes everything taste even better. Plenty of seating, super clean space, and the service is excellent--friendly and fast. Great spot to pause and enjoy something delicious. read more
So many flavors and cute interiors. What sets Bacio di Latte unique at Victoria Gardens are its rich flavors of gelato and specialty cones. The interior was also very pleasant to eat in. A regular sized cup also gets you 3 flavors. We tried the Cioccolato Belga, Tiramisu, and Caffè & Caramellatte. Highly recommend stopping by after a hot day shopping. read more

I had the pleasure of visiting Bacio di Latte 3 times in one week (I have a problem, I know) after they opened recently! I definitely meant to try different flavors every time, but I kept gravitating towards what I favored the most after sampling a bunch. The girls behind the counter were always so attentive and sweet. They ask first if you have any allergies and then proceed to give any samples you request for. One of the girls was so sweet and gave me different options to sample that she enjoyed the combination of, or she'd dive into details of the flavors if you're feeling indecisive. I mostly gravitated towards "Mousse di Pistacchio" and "Crema Torino" every visit. This pistachio one is sweeter than the other one just named "Pistacchio" which is the more salty flavored one. I was automatically reeled in when Crema Torino was described as "the full hazelnut experience" and YES it really was. First visit: I got those two flavors in a "regular ciocchino" cup which was coated in pistachio cream and $10. You can put up to 3 flavors in a regular but I just wanted the two for a larger portion. The girls were so welcoming and made sure to help us out with the flavors and sizing options to the fullest extent. The place wasn't so busy and my friend and I were able to sit at a table for over an hour just chatting with people just coming in and out. Second visit: I still got both flavors but with a "Strawberries & Cream" scoop in between them. The strawberry flavor was so delicious and reminded me of like strawberry shortcake or something like that. It's mixed with white chocolate making it so smooth and creamy and not tart at all. I got all 3 scoops on a grande ciocchino waffle cone ($13.75) and added pistachios around the cone (.50). The girls were super nice, the area was clean and the place was empty except for one person sitting at a table. My mom had so many questions and things to say and they were patient through it all lol. Third visit: This was the free gelato day on 9/20 in which it was either one free piccolo cup or piccolo sugar cone. Long line way out the door, completely understandable. I got the piccolo sugar cone with Mousse di Pistacchio and asked for pistachio cream and added pistachios around the cone. I also asked for it to be topped with pistachios. The girl said we'll have to be charged for the everything extra and I said yes of course that's no problem. My bf got the piccolo cup with Nutella spread inside and a scoop of "Nocciola" which is just regular hazelnut and he loooved it. I thought we were just going to be charged for all the extra add ons so like $1.50 here and there and $.50 here and there, but turns out we paid $8.45 each for a piccolo cone and cup and $16.90 total, plus additional tip. So it definitely wasn't a free gelato day lol. I was also under the impression that if you ask for your gelato to be topped with pistachios, that it was gonna look like the photo how it's rolled and coated in it. But it's only sprinkled on and it's whatever sticks to it. Overall I'm impressed with how much this place has been booming since opening. Victoria Gardens seems like a great place for them to be located at esp with all their other locations being in diff LA spots and the OC fashion island spot. I hope it's here to stay because new, cool spots in vg are notorious for coming and going. We've decided this to be THE dessert spot to go to from now on!! Bomb dessert spot with so many flavors to choose from - classics, sorbet and seasonal. I've sampled a couple and my faves are the Crema Torino, Cookies 'n Cream & Stracciatella gelato! Pricey but worth it and reminds me of the cute little gelato shops I'd visit in Italy. It's lit! read more

Located in Victoria Gardens. We came here after a bday dinner. I'm so happy that you can pick three flavors with a regular cup! I chose pistachio crème, pistachio, and coffee. The pistachio crème has more natural flavors than the pistachio! Coffee taste punches you! read more

I love this lil gelato spot in Victoria Gardens, I am definitely becoming a regular. Its fun to head here after a long shift at work for a sweet treat. Its a thank you to myself for my hard work. My favorite flavors are the crema Torino and the buttercream pretzel. Ask for a sample before choosing. They don't mind. I always get a waffle cone and pay the lil extra to get the cone dipped in pistachio cream and toasted pistachios. Its so good. The employees are nice and the line moves fast. Having been to italy i think this gelato is just as delicious. Its a good life.. read more
