I've been here numerous times, and the Gelato is top tier. The affogato with Pistacio creme spread on the cup is probably my favorite. The staff is super friendly and is always eager to offer free samples and help describe the different menu items. The inside is a bit small, so on a Friday/Saturday night it may be crowded..... but almost any other time, I always find a seat. They play old tunes for the ambiance, like Frank Sinatra, so it definitely sets the vibe.
Despite this being an especially busy Bacio di Latte, the service here is always amazing! The gelato is incredibly delicious! I was able to get my favorite flavor, tiramisu and as always, it was to die for. The staff was super nice and accepted my request of wafflecone on the side. The pistachio cream with nuts was so good and the cone stayed nice and crispy! I can never eat the gelato fast enough and it usually ends up soggy, so thank you! Between, the Newport Beach and Pasadena shops, this probably has the nicest and most comfortable sitting area. The line is almost always out the door, but the wait is definitely worth it!
This place has amazing ice cream. Actually I believe it's gelato. It's so rich. You really only need one scoop or two. I always get three scoops and never finish it because it's so rich. The flavors are unique. They have seasonal flavors too. The price is reasonable. But think of it as a personal treat, a mini luxury for yourself. The service is awesome. Everytime I do in I have to try at least several flavors. I do try to limit it though if they're busy. It's a small shop so it gets busy quickly. I like the decor. It reminds me of a cute cafe somewhere in Europe. It's a nice place to bring a date and sit and chit chat.
Gelato was amazing! Let's just get that out of the way, the ambiance was also adorable. The location was quite busy for an early Monday night so that is great! The variety of the flavors were large and the flavors themselves were delicious. But very rich! The service however seemed a bit off, lovely workers but the energy seemed low and they seemed a bit bothered. We got two little samples which were nice by the staff but they all just seemed a bit drab and unimpressed/uninterested. Just extremely blasé and unconcerned, even after we told them it was our first time there. They did ask if we had allergies so that was nice. I would like to go back and try something else, but because the prices are so expensive it might be a while!
Perfect for the summer heat and probably just as perfect during a California winter season. My family and I stopped by VG because we were craving gelato and I was happy this was nearby. It's conveniently located near the south side of the mall by Flemings. The line was long and stretched to the door. It is a small place but has some available seating. We reached the front after waiting maybe like 7 minutes. I got a regular cup with pistachio, cookies and cream, and sweet cream. It was very good! My favorites were the cookies and cream and sweet cream. It wasn't too sweet and the creaminess and distinct flavor profile was fantastic. The pistachio was good but it leaned a bit more nutty and bitter for my liking. My mom and my husband enjoyed theirs too. My mom liked the salted caramel and my husband really loved one of the chocolate flavors. The service was good and the girls who served us were nice and took time and precision to create my mom's yummy gelato creation.
Burgeoning chain of gelaterias that have clean, bright, and sleek interiors. Lots of flavors of gelato to choose from and friendly and helpful service. This is actually the second location I've visited now. And if I see a location somewhere, I feel like I know what I should expect and that's tasty gelato and friendly people. Since this location is in the Victoria Gardens, there's plenty parking around and you can get here relatively easily through a combo of finding a good spot and/or walking. On this visit, I got the two flavors of Buttercream Pretzel and Stracciatella. This combo definitely satisfied the sweet tooth and were very tasty and creamy along with a bit of texture. All in all just a great and satisfying experience. A great option for dessert/ ice cream in the area.
One of the most decedent things I've ever had! The staff is kind as wel patient, they let us try all the different flavors. It was difficult to choose because I also loved all their chocolate flavors, but I ended up getting Pistachio and Crema Torino. The pistachio is the best flavor, so rich and creamy with the perfect taste of nutty pistachio that's not overwhelming. On my way to Mendocino Farms on Monet Ave at Victoria Gardens to pick up some dinner, I saw a lot of people standing and sitting outside a shop. I didn't know what it was until I got closer... it's a gelato shop called Bacio di Latte. I said to myself, cool... I'll be back LOL. So here I am... What a hip place to be and enjoy some yummy gelato in a comfortable and alluring ambiance! They did good with the simple cute decor and off yellow/orange lighting that gives it a soft and romantic feel to it especially in the evening. Seating inside with limited bench seating outside. Take me out for date night every night, will you? LOL I love gelato!! They have over 20 gelato flavors. Kid you not, they had about 6-7 staff members behind the counter to assist the customers with sampling and purchases. Yes, they offer free samples. That's super great service! All the lady staff were so very friendly, hospitable, and helpful. Thank you misses! There was one gentleman helping out, too. Thank you sir! They were extremely busy, but the line does go fast with so many staff to assist. The only thing is they need to organize the line better. I feel it can get chaotic. For gelato, you can get it in a waffle cone, cup, or sugar cone... all priced differently based on size and how many scoops. They also have pre-packaged gelato for purchase... look for the freezer. To elevate the gelato experience, they offer ciocchino which inludes your favorite gelato flavors in a cone lined in nutella or pistachio cream topped with crunchy nuts like hazelnuts or pistachios. Can't wait to try that one! If you want a cool or hot drink to be paired along with your delightful gelato, iced or hot lattes, caffe, and expresso are available, too. Last, but not least, they have an affogato bar... a scoop of gelato topped with a shot of hot espresso. They have 4 different flavors for that. Per Google, "The name "affogato" translates to "drowned" in Italian, referring to the ice cream "drowning" in the hot coffee." Good to know! If that's not enough, they also have cookies and other sweet desserts. Now to what I ordered... I tried samples of 4 different flavors... sweet amarena, crema torino, carmello saltato, buttercream pretzel. I ended up getting a regular cup (up to 4 flavors) with sweet amarena and buttercream pretzel. Smooth and creamy... just so YUMMY! It was indeed not enough. I may have to get the pint next time LOL. Yes, they have take home options in family or pint sizes, too! YES, I will definitely be back for more kisses of milk (English transaltion of Bacio di Latte)! If you haven't gotten your kiss of milk, now is the time. Go get them!
Amazing decadent gelato that is rich and creamy. Unique flavors. I've tried it in a cup and in a waffle cone. Interior is warmly lit. Employees made good suggestions on which flavor to pair with. I've tried the strawberry cheesecake with the creamy Bacio di latte (sweet cream). I've also tried the chocolate pistachio with the hazelnut and loved this combo. They offer half flavors so you can order the small piccolo size and try two flavors. Prices are what you expect at the Victoria Garden mall (factor in rent, cost of supplies, cost of labor). It's my new favorite dessert place of the moment. There are outside benches since we had our dog with us. They also offer specialty coffee drinks and cookies that I'll have to try next time.

This gelato shop has quickly become one of my favorite spots in town. They have SO many different flavors -- from classics like pistachio and chocolate. The best part? Every single flavor I've tried tastes amazing. You really can't go wrong here. One standout for me is the matcha affogato -- it's rich, slightly bitter in the best way, and perfectly balanced with the sweetness of the gelato. If you're a matcha fan, don't miss it! The staff is also super friendly and welcoming. They're happy to let you sample flavors and always have great recommendations. This wonderful little treat shop offers the best gelato, sorbet, coffee, espresso, affogato, and even cookies. Such a great spot inside Victoria Gardens close to Mendocino Farms. They have seating inside and a bench outside. The service is always fast and friendly and they have a loyalty program with points for dollars spent. I love treating myself on the way home from work! Stumbled upon this charming gelato shop at Victoria Gardens after having dinner at the Mediterranean place. Sampled a variety of flavors and they were all so good and decadently rich. Got the Pistachio and Crema Torino combo in a small size. The flavors were intense and spot-on! Smooth, creamy, nutty pistachio and not too sweet. The Crema Torino tastes like Ferrero Rocher chocolates, a tad bit sweeter for my taste but equally rich and decadent. Hubby got the mint chocolate and hazelnut flavors, both creamy and delicious he says. Expect to pay a steep price, but definitely worth it! Indulge! read more
My husband and I have been hunting for gelato that hits the spot since our Italian honeymoon... this isn't quite it but it's still good and tbh it may be the Italian ambiance as a whole that we miss! This is a chain gelato shop BUT they do apparently make their gelato in house every day, which does make a difference! The vibe is cute inside as well but small. The first time we walked by there was no line but we weren't ready for gelato yet, by the time we came back there was a line. Line move fairly quick though. This gelato is pretty good! The ice cream is light and fluffy! The waffle cone and pistachio cream is sooo good u must get that. The service is fast as well, make sure you try the flavors! It is pretty expensive for gelato though read more

Been seeing all the amazing reviews and photos for this place and just had to try it out! My kids didn't want to go anywhere tonight, so I ordered online for pickup. It was while I was ordering that I discovered they offer "perfect for sharing" options. They even offer the option to get cups or cones so you can make your own dessert at home. We decided to go with the Amici which they state serves about 3 to 4 people. That turned out to be accurate. We got Cioccolato & Menta (Mint Chocolate Chip) Nutellina (Sweet Cream with Nutella®) and Pistacchio (Pistachio), as well as a couple of cones. I put the order in while I was stopped at a stoplight near Victoria Gardens and by the time I parked my car, I got the notification it was ready! Super quick! This place is super cute! They were busy but not overly so. I didn't see a pickup location so I was standing by the register and one of the gals asked if she could help me. Told her I had a pickup order and she asked my name. Another gal went to get my order and I was asked if I wanted to try any of their other flavors while I waited. Sure! I asked to try their most popular flavor, which currently is the Crema Torino (Hazelnut). She asked if I had any allergies, which I appreciated, and confirmed I do not. Wow--that flavor was incredible! I told her it was like dipping a spoon in a Nutella jar lol! I received my order and we put it in the freezer for a bit once I got it home just in case it melted in transit. We made our gelato cones and everything was amazing! It's gonna be dangerous having this gelato so close to home! read more
A new gelato spot in Victoria Gardens opened up! They have a lot of decadent flavors and I settled on a classic mint chip. One of the girls offered me samples.. the chocolate flavors were too rich for me. My friend let me try her pistachio gelato which was earthy and sweet. Lots of seating indoors or outdoors thankfully. Although on the pricier side, it makes sense since every flavor is delicious in its own way. Tip. Get two flavors in a bowl or cone! read more

I visited Bacio Di Latte in Victoria Gardens today with my daughter after a workout, and I'm so glad we decided to try it out since it just opened nearby. There was a small line, but it moved quickly. We were helped by Alin, who was incredibly patient and amazing. I went with the Nutellina (sweet cream with Nutella) on a cone, and my daughter chose the Caramello Saltado (Salted Caramel) in a piccolo cup. Both flavors were absolutely delicious! The interior is clean, cutely decorated, and has seating available. They also offer pints starting @ $14.95 to go, which is a nice option if you want to bring some home. There are so many other flavors I can't wait to try next time, like the strawberry & cream with white chocolate or the Nocciola (Hazelnut). Saw on YouTube an original Affagato shop in Italy that serves thousands of Affagatos a day. And it looked so good. So when I yelped Affagato, I was happy that a place close by to me served this sweet treat. It's right across from Luna Modern (which has since shut down...) we got there when they had just opened on a Thursday so there was no line which was really nice. They have a nice display case with about a dozen different gelatos you can choose from. I had a couple taste tests and they all tasted amazing!!! Of course I went with the Affagato. I had their pistachio mousse with their espresso. It comes separately which I appreciate or else the gelato would be even more melted then it already was. I really enjoyed the cold and hot. The bitter and sweet. It was really a nice pairing!! Other people in our group ordered hot chocolate, and it came with a little scoop of gelato which was really nice. Others got different types of Affagatos and they all really enjoyed it. My buddy who went to Italy and had many a gelatos there said it tasted pretty authentic! The ambiance with the decor and the music transported me to a little Italian cafe. So that was pretty cool!! You can earn points here too, with a free gelato or Affogato with X amount of points earned. So that's pretty neat. I will definitely be back in the very near future to try some other Affagato combinations!! read more

I recently saw this place on instagram and i was so excited to try it. We went around 8pm and there was a small line but all the seats were taken. I was impressed with the amount of flavors they had. When we got to the front the worker let us know we can sample them. All of the gelato flavors were soo good! I kind of wish they had more fruity flavors. But maybe since it's October they have more sweet flavors. I decided to go with Salted Caramel, Chocolate crunch and Pistachio Mousse, All of them had a great consistency. Very creamy and not too sweet. I loved mixing all the flavors. I'm looking forward to coming back and trying more flavors. read more

Perfect Gelato Break While Shopping Tucked conveniently inside Victoria Gardens, Bacio di Latte is a sweet little escape during a shopping day. Their gelato is incredibly smooth, with a wide range of flavors that makes it hard to pick just one. I love that they offer smaller sizes--perfect if you just want a little treat without overdoing it. The house-made waffle cones add a fresh, crispy touch that makes everything taste even better. So many flavors and cute interiors. What sets Bacio di Latte unique at Victoria Gardens are its rich flavors of gelato and specialty cones. The interior was also very pleasant to eat in. A regular sized cup also gets you 3 flavors. We tried the Cioccolato Belga, Tiramisu, and Caffè & Caramellatte. Highly recommend stopping by after a hot day shopping. read more

I had the pleasure of visiting Bacio di Latte 3 times in one week (I have a problem, I know) after they opened recently! I definitely meant to try different flavors every time, but I kept gravitating towards what I favored the most after sampling a bunch. The girls behind the counter were always so attentive and sweet. They ask first if you have any allergies and then proceed to give any samples you request for. One of the girls was so sweet and gave me different options to sample that she enjoyed the combination of, or she'd dive into details of the flavors if you're feeling indecisive. I mostly gravitated towards "Mousse di Pistacchio" and "Crema Torino" every visit. This pistachio one is sweeter than the other one just named "Pistacchio" which is the more salty flavored one. I was automatically reeled in when Crema Torino was described as "the full hazelnut experience" and YES it really was. First visit: I got those two flavors in a "regular ciocchino" cup which was coated in pistachio cream and $10. You can put up to 3 flavors in a regular but I just wanted the two for a larger portion. The girls were so welcoming and made sure to help us out with the flavors and sizing options to the fullest extent. The place wasn't so busy and my friend and I were able to sit at a table for over an hour just chatting with people just coming in and out. Second visit: I still got both flavors but with a "Strawberries & Cream" scoop in between them. The strawberry flavor was so delicious and reminded me of like strawberry shortcake or something like that. It's mixed with white chocolate making it so smooth and creamy and not tart at all. I got all 3 scoops on a grande ciocchino waffle cone ($13.75) and added pistachios around the cone (.50). The girls were super nice, the area was clean and the place was empty except for one person sitting at a table. My mom had so many questions and things to say and they were patient through it all lol. Third visit: This was the free gelato day on 9/20 in which it was either one free piccolo cup or piccolo sugar cone. Long line way out the door, completely understandable. I got the piccolo sugar cone with Mousse di Pistacchio and asked for pistachio cream and added pistachios around the cone. I also asked for it to be topped with pistachios. The girl said we'll have to be charged for the everything extra and I said yes of course that's no problem. My bf got the piccolo cup with Nutella spread inside and a scoop of "Nocciola" which is just regular hazelnut and he loooved it. I thought we were just going to be charged for all the extra add ons so like $1.50 here and there and $.50 here and there, but turns out we paid $8.45 each for a piccolo cone and cup and $16.90 total, plus additional tip. So it definitely wasn't a free gelato day lol. I was also under the impression that if you ask for your gelato to be topped with pistachios, that it was gonna look like the photo how it's rolled and coated in it. But it's only sprinkled on and it's whatever sticks to it. Overall I'm impressed with how much this place has been booming since opening. Victoria Gardens seems like a great place for them to be located at esp with all their other locations being in diff LA spots and the OC fashion island spot. I hope it's here to stay because new, cool spots in vg are notorious for coming and going. We've decided this to be THE dessert spot to go to from now on!! The ambiance/decor are very light and classy and always looks clean inside. It is pricey but my wallet knows no bounds when it comes to yummy gelato. read more

Bomb dessert spot with so many flavors to choose from - classics, sorbet and seasonal. I've sampled a couple and my faves are the Crema Torino, Cookies 'n Cream & Stracciatella gelato! Pricey but worth it and reminds me of the cute little gelato shops I'd visit in Italy. It's lit! read more

Located in Victoria Gardens. We came here after a bday dinner. I'm so happy that you can pick three flavors with a regular cup! I chose pistachio crème, pistachio, and coffee. The pistachio crème has more natural flavors than the pistachio! Coffee taste punches you! read more

I love this lil gelato spot in Victoria Gardens, I am definitely becoming a regular. Its fun to head here after a long shift at work for a sweet treat. Its a thank you to myself for my hard work. My favorite flavors are the crema Torino and the buttercream pretzel. Ask for a sample before choosing. They don't mind. I always get a waffle cone and pay the lil extra to get the cone dipped in pistachio cream and toasted pistachios. Its so good. The employees are nice and the line moves fast. Having been to italy i think this gelato is just as delicious. Its a good life.. read more
Great dessert after a nice dinner. I had a small cup with 2 flavors and a sprinkle of pistachio. This gelato place is the bomb! Service was fast. The waffle chips are freshly made when ordered. The room is very quaint and decor is very clean and pretty. Line can be very long. Just be patient and you will be glad you came. read more

Don't be intimidated by the line that might be long because the ice cream is worth the wait! They have an amazing selection of unique flavors and I love that you can get you cup dipped in pistachio chocolate along with adding nuts! They have plenty of options for everyone / from different cones to different chocolate dippings and nuts. The service is fast and friendly and the atmosphere gives luxury. This is definitely a splurge and treat yourself place, but don't pass it by. We will be back to try the coffee/cappuccino next! Makes for a great date night experience at Victoria Gardens. read more

My husband and I visit Bacio di Latte every week after dinner on our date nights, and it never disappoints! The store's décor is absolutely charming, and it's always spotless when we walk in. The young ladies working there are so delightful and welcoming, making each visit even more enjoyable. The gelato is simply amazing--so rich, creamy, and full of flavor. And the freshly made waffle cones? Absolutely delicious! We love having such a wonderful spot in our Inland Empire community. Highly recommend--10/10! read more

The sweet kiss of heavenly bliss you just can't afford to miss! Believe me when I tell you this! These flavors will make your tongue twist! So this is more than just an ice cream shop, they have lattes! Plus they serve them in cute little trays! You say No Way?! I say Yes Way! Before getting into that I ordered the monthly special which was the Crema Torino. Now this gelato is a bold and rich hazelnut that's made with milk and cream that's organic and it tasted so good! I ordered it on a cone which was also good and found myself plunging my tongue in the hole again and again cause I wanted more! Now to the latte! I ordered their pistachio and it had a nice balanced coffee to flavor ratio after mixing it a little. I really wasn't expecting it to come in a tray a cute and stuff but it did! And that right there got me all giddy! So, the service was on point and love that they give out samples. The shop is super cute so charge up your phones! And that's my take on this milk kiss! Finally got to try the Rancho location that opened a couple months ago. Situated in front of Luna modern Mexican kitchen. Limited seating inside. A couple of benches on the outside. There are some parking spaces in front but it's first come first serve. The employees are really helpful and service is fast. Pictured are the different flavors offered. They even have a restroom inside for patrons. The smallest scoop is about $6.95 *prices subject to change*. My favorite flavor is the mousse di pistachio. Love that there's little pieces of pistachio in the gelato. It was a Monday afternoon so it was fairly slow. Highly recommend. read more
I arrived on a Friday evening and there was a line and lots of people inside. The line went by fast. I love that they were patient and let you try flavors. I was impressed by the quality. I opted for 3 flavors: hazelnut chocolate, pistachio and passionfruit. The passionfruit just tasted of cream? I think they should swirl in the passionfruit more. The interior is very elegant and nice. The price was about $14 for 3 scoops on a cone. Overall, amazing tasting gelato and such a great addition to Victoria Gardens. The pistachio and chocolate hazelnut were my favorites. I loved how the lady assisting me made my cone beautiful as she knew i was going to take a photo. She even offered a cup once i paid to prevent my gelato from dropping. read more
