My husband had the huevos rancheros and he really enjoyed them. We sat on the patio, by the covered area and it was perfect on a Sunday morning for brunch. It is obviously popular, as the inside dining was full and the outdoor patio was nearly as popular. Service was very friendly, and helped us navigate the crust decision. The only downside - and I didn't test them on it - is the 'only one refill' rule on their fountain drinks. I hate this rule almost as much as Mexican restaurants charging for the second basket of chips and salsa. It just makes no sense to me.
