Lloyds was welcoming and they always were very happy and respectful and to add, inviting. My ignition works perfectly and they even utilized my AAA discount and they were the ones who recommended Lloyds to me. There were other issues with my car and the fixed my door latch which they fabricated the connectors. Impressive! Then my car didn't run right and so they installed a new Weber and not a copy. My car runs so much better and is now functioning and this value to be is invaluable to so many in the vintage market. Thank you!!

They actually suggested Midas, but due to a relationship with National Auto next door, I was turned on to these guys. When I called to inquire about services, they couldn't have been any nicer. Like most auto places, they tried to discourage me from waiting and suggested I leave the car for the day. In order to do that, you either got to give me a loaner, or have enough retail and entertainment for me to be comfortable while I'm in the area. This place is a desert, and a loaner wasn't an option, so I decided to stay. Ironically, the interior was comfortable, not at all what I expected. There was probably room for 8 people to wait comfortably. There was a TV, but it wasn't on and they had bottled water and chips non gratis. They told me book time for my car was 2.5 hour, so I should expect to be there for at least 3. Book time is a joke. For example, if you wash your car, you probably take 30 minutes to rinse, wash, rinse again and dry. That is book time, what it takes the average person to complete a task. A friend of mine used to be a detailer and he could wash and dry a passenger car in about 3 minutes. It's not about rushing, it's about repetition. When you are good at something it doesn't take as long and book time is about charging you more. In this case, they had a flat fee for services but always know what you are dealing with when you choose a mechanic. If it takes them an hour to complete a service, they shouldn't be charging you for 2.5. Long story short, I was there for less than an hour, they completed the service, and I couldn't be more pleased. The level of professionalism, kindness and courtesy are attributes this industry lacks and it was refreshing to experience them today. Again, off what I consider the beaten path, but their strong review profile speaks for itself. I've been driving for 40 years and this is my 3rd alignment. Not a service most people need often, but whatever you need, if these guys offer it, I recommend it.

I had…read moreprobable suspicion that my steering rack and pinion was bad due to the serious leaking of steering fluid coming out. Peter did a really good with the job at a reasonable time with fair pricing compared to other businesses. Another thing to add was that I had several dash lights left on due to replacing the brake pads and rotors on my own. Peter went through and cleared/fixed the VSA/brake issues so now that my dashboard isn't lit up like a Christmas tree! The service requested was a rack and pinion job as well as getting the engine bay cleaned so it would be easier to spot leaks in the future. I was recommend this place by my uncle and honestly if I was still living near Renton I would make this the go to place for my car to be serviced on.

I have bought two Subaru Forester's from East Valley auto. The first one, a 2001, I had from 2007…read moreuntil 2012. By the time I traded it back to East Valley, I put on 90,000 miles on the car. The engine was stellar and probably could have gone twice that with proper maintenance. In 2012, I traded that car to East Valley and got a 1998 Subaru sport model. here I am in 2017 with 105,000 miles on the engine and I lean on that daily driver like you would not believe. I have had engine rebuilds done elsewhere. There is a shop in Burien (superior) that charged me $3,000 for a rebuild on my 1984 Subaru and it lasted barely over a year before the oil turned into chocolate milk. I decided to try another import engine re builder (A-1 Japanese engine.) Same price and even worse result.Another chocolate milk machine.They kept putting chocolate milk machines in until 1 day after the 1 year warranty was over and basically said take us to court. After that I went to Mark and East Valley. I talk to many friends who are also mechanics and have met others along the way and they try and get me to consider them to do my next engine overhaul. I have told them the same thing I am going to tell the public. I can't afford to experiment on another Subaru rebuild. I know what I am going to get with East Valley. I am going to save up 4500 and get 5 years or more of reliable transportation. I suggest you do the same. They do know how to rebuild Subaru engines well and they will last.

The owner explained that he felt his relationship with insurance companies was somehow super important and didn't want to put pressure on them to pay for damage caused by a collision. Essentially being insurance centric instead of customer or truth centric. Furthermore they put red coolant hose kit on instead of the blue requested. Attention to detail might be lacking.

I'm not a cheap girly when it comes to taking care of my car, but that's insane. Marysville charges me $105 for a full oil change with tire rotation, 360 inspection and I have never had any issues or increases in prices even when I had my last Toyota. Do not waste your time with these outrageous prices. I'm always sketched out about dealerships other than corporate locations and this just confirms my fears.
