I called back country Chiropractic and they let me know that it would be a while for an appointment due to being a new client. I went ahead and waited a couple months and finally got to come in for my appointment. This place is fantastic and the entire staff is awesome! Everyone is very friendly and they really take the time to treat you right and get you back in shape. They are also accommodating to your schedule and go above and beyond any other Chiropractor office I have been too. I have had major back issues from the military and it usually takes two to three weeks to recover when I have any new problems with my lower back. I recently needed treatments and found Back Country through Yelp as it is near my home. Within one week they had me fixed up and back in action! Absolutely the best chiropractor I have ever been to and I have been to many over the years!!! I suffer from back problems, chronic pain and migraines. Been seeing Dr. Osbon for about a week now and I feel so much better already!! When I called and made my first appointment with her I had thrown my back out and was stuck hunched over and using a cane to help me make it through the day by the 3rd visit I was standing up straighter and not needing a cane at all!!! I have so many back problems I thought that I was looking at doing spine surgery come the first of the year but if I keep seeing Dr. Osborn I might be able to not need to have surgery anytime in the near future!!! Dr Jennifer Wells saved my life. I was in so much pain. I was trying everything; acupuncture, message therapy and was ready to have a needle in my spine to help control the immense pain. My right hip hurt so bad I walked with a limp. It was hard to stand straight and very painful to stand after sitting, even after short periods. I couldn't sleep. I hurt for days after I rode my horse too and that was one thing I was not going to give up. I was taking so much ibuprofen I was afraid of the lasting affects on my body. I took my MRIs of my back and hip to Dr Wells and said "Can you help me?" She looked at them both and said absolutely. It will take time but with regular adjustments the pain can be managed. The first adjustment, no lie, I walked out of her office pain free from my hip. First time in months. Over the course of treatments my back got better and my hip is pain free. I can sleep better too which was a huge issue. I can ride my horse for 3-4 hours and not be in the excruciating pain I was in. I give Dr Wells the full credit. She has delayed and perhaps alleviated my need for back surgery. I urge anyone with the pain I was suffering from to call Dr Wells first before agreeing to the knife. I am thankful to her I did just that. She is kind and takes the time to talk to me each session to assess my pain level. I am 95% pain free. The nerve pains are all but gone too. I have been coming to this chiropractor for more than three years. I have had both Dr. Wells and Dr. Osbon work on my back. They are amazing at what they do. I had my back go out when I was pregnant and could barely walk. I was able to be seen right away and got so much relief and was able to at least walk better than when I went in. I have ongoing back problem especially with my lower back and disc issues and I can say that with regular visits I am able to avoid my back going out. The whole staff is friendly and so helpful. Over the past few years I have seen two other chiropractors prior to discovering Dr. Wells and Back Country Chiropractic. Dr.Wells is by far the best, her staff is great and the Massage Therapist, Amanda, is incredible. I have chronic neck and back pain from a surgery I had 12 years ago, resulting from an injury. I have been seeing Dr. Wells for three weeks now and in conjunction with massage therapy from Amanda, I am virtually pain free and feel much better. I definitely recommend Backcountry Chiropractor to anybody who has mild or severe pain or just keep your spine in good shape! From my experience a therapeutic massage before getting adjusted I've gotten great results. My first time in I was on crutches and could not stand or sit. After a few visits I was able to go back to work and even do things I haven't done in a long time, like good to the gym or go on hiking trips. Had my first and only appointment a couple weeks ago with Dr. AJ. Got what seemed be a standard/generic exam then he cracked the hell out of me. I've had a ton of neck pain and days later I was crying in terrible pain after this rough 1st adjustment. Luckily I decided to give a different chiro office a chance - and everything from the exam to the adjustment was night and day. It was tailored just to me and my neck issues, he discussed what each vertebrae was doing and what the plan was. He was way more gentle. Now I know why all the patients in Back Country were waiting to see dr. Jennifer. Also, my other issue was they wanted to charge me $10 over my $35 co-pay for anything "extra," like message or stretching. When I pointed out to the reception he only messaged my neck for 10 seconds - it didn't matter. My new chiro has never heard of this, neither has my co-workers.
