The facility was clean and organized. The staff were very knowledgeable and excelled in their performance. The individual who handles the scheduling and calls is also equally kind and professional. Their bedside manner was fantastic. Typically, if you have to go through physical therapy at this location for a few weeks at a time, you'll encounterdifferent physical therapists from their team. They all coordinate and take turns helping different patients. No matter who is helping you through your physical therapy you will be in exquisite hands. By the end of your treatment, you'll be happy to be rehabilitated, but sad to leave behind this wonderful team. A word of caution : sometimes there's high patient traffic and you might end up doing exercises in your own little corner, but in a large room shared by others. She remained patient, answered my many questions, and helped me to understand the processes around me. When she departed for lunch, Maria assisted me with water and a snack. I was struggling with my medical assisted devices but she bought them to me without hesitation. I do enjoy customer service done correctly! Chris was whom who took me back to see the doctor. He was kind, considerate, professional and kept the humanity in the processing of measurements, testing and preparation for the doctor. He was sincere in treating me like a person, not another number patient. A gentle touch goes a long way! Dr. Dizay was also kind. She had reviewed my chart, had questions, testing and was prepared. She was efficient, timely and compassionate. I can see how good leadership, begins at the top. Only suggestion would be to inform at scheduling there is a significant packet to fill out before seeing doctor. I could have benefited from bringing someone with me to help fill it out, read or even write. I wasn't sure my documents were as legible as they could have been with my pain while sitting and writing. Overall, I would return. But I've waited over 30 minutes past my appointment time to get a room, not even considering actually speaking with the doctor. The doctor recommended a medication that's not covered under insurance as a first go -WTH. My insurance denied my request for imaging due to lack of medical information by the doctors; the insurance stated what needed to be said which - is the whole point of why I am being seen. Every follow up with the office, I was told it was submitted etc. yet I received the actual paperwork and it wasn't until I filed a complaint with my insurance that this was handled. They think they have passive patients who will let this stuff slide. If you want to be seen timely and get what you need, I wouldn't recommend at all! I have to give a minimum of 1 stars but I'd give a -1 star if I could.

My physical therapist never knew why I was there or had a plan for me when I was there, even though I had a fractured scapula.she was always just trying to make up stuff on the spot, she tried to make comments about other physical therapist by saying they exercises they told me to do where silly but she was my physical therapist for the other visits she just forgot and was basically talking about herself. In addition when I told the head physical therapist I was loosing confidence in the treatment because they didn't have a plan to help recover from my fractured scapula. He was clearly offended and told me if I would rather just find another place. Never tried to reassure they can help or offer another physical therapist. I immediately reported them. I've never expected to have someone pushing on my broken scapula and telling me to stretch harder than forgetting I had a fractured scapula and apologizing after. Very traumatic experience.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kimball's since December 2024 for a knee injury that he did 2 surgeries and multiple injections on. The front desk is friendly and helpful, the back office was incredibly helpful dealing with my insurance denials and scheduling. Dr. Kimball himself is one of my favorite doctors I've ever been treated by. He is very calm and friendly which was always helpful for my anxiety. He is empathetic and was very sweet during the few times I couldn't help but cry to him. He is incredibly knowledgeable and confident and answers questions patiently. His work on my knee was everything I could have dreamt it to be and he managed to fix my injury and make it feel as though it almost never happened! I am 27 years old and was very worried I would be held back for the rest of my life by a bad knee but Dr. Kimball has made me hopeful that once I am fully recovered I will be able to do anything I could do before. The only reason I don't give a 5 star review is because you'll probably never get into your appointment at your scheduled time. It regularly takes 20-30 minutes past my appointment to be seated in a room and a few times it has been almost an hour. BUT I don't mind too much because I am always given as much time as I need during my visit and my visits have never felt rushed. That allows for the quality of care that I appreciate so much and I would hope that every patient gets the time and attention they need.

The phone system is also a mess. Its impossible now to know if your message gets delivered. They have goofed up in the back office with RX orders. And they do not return phone calls in a timely manor. I hate to leave this group but may have to in the near future.
