This shop used a pile of non-OEM (imitation) body parts without discussing it with the owner. The parts didn't fit well, there was overspray on the exhaust, an emblem was replaced crookedly, they didn't do procedures listed on the insurance company estimate (and were paid to do), and the steering pulls to the right. This is definitely not a consumer oriented body shop that would be an advocate for the owner of the vehicle. They even tried to persuade my customer's boyfriend to endorse an insurance check that was issued to her.

When I arrived, they were confused about how to do an inspection/emissions test and after 1 1/2 hours they only did the inspection. I ended up having to go to Pep Boys to get the emissions done. My state provides a list of out of state emissions/inspections providers and told them to remove these guys from the list to prevent any other people in the future from wasting their time. I don't recommend them and won't be using any of their auto services in the future.
