I worked with Daniel to repair the undercarriage of my car as well as replaced the interior door panel on my driver side He was very knowledgeable, very patient with any questions I had, and was very open about my options. I never once felt like they were trying to charge me or rip me off. The clips are my undercarriage came in pretty fast however there was some trouble finding an appropriate door panel for my car. Daniel did keep me updated and communicated with me all throughout and was very transparent about any changes that need to be made. You can tell that he cared about the quality of the part that was coming in. The bottom of my car and my door is working great now. I even asked about a small paint chip and they addressed that for me. They did the least invasive option and then he said that if it's not to my liking to just give him a call and then we can discuss any further options that I may want to do. Stephanie took a brief look as I walked the vehicle with her, but her experience was evident as she noted various areas and let me know they'd send over an estimate soon. The estimate itself was very self explanatory and Charlene was available for any questions I had, but the pricing was very fair for the work to be done. Throughout the entire process I was kept apprised of the status of the vehicle, including suggestions of where to save money, or not recondition since the area just needed a good polish, which was very much appreciated since that honesty is highly valued for people that don't know anything about body work! She also mentioned that there were areas not up to her standard so they reworked it! Needless to say, it looked like a new car, with a deep, glossy shine, fresh from the factory! Because of the aluminum truck bed body the shop I previously used could not fix it. So I searched around and called some well known body shops that did aluminum body work and they declined to see my truck. Thanks to Yelpers that left earlier reviews for Chang's I called and came to them. They saw me the same day which was great because I had taken off the day from work. BEST part was I was actually able to leave my truck in capable hands. They did ALL the work contacting and working with my insurance company, AAA (who did an awesome job too). Simon and his crew kept me updated along the process. Happy to report the work was great and the calibrating of the truck sensors were perfect too. Last shop could never get the rear right sensors right and I always would get a false warning. Thanks Simon!

They did find more issues after removing the bumper, and I trusted them to add the extra work beyond the initial estimate.
