Absolutely phenomenal! I have a 15 year old Mazda CX-9 that is mechanically fine, but had suffered terrible hood oxidation and was starting to creep up on the roof as well. Not only that, but various chips, dings, and "character" marks were throughout the rest of the body, along with no shine and dull finish. Stephanie took a brief look as I walked the vehicle with her, but her experience was evident as she noted various areas and let me know they'd send over an estimate soon. The estimate itself was very self explanatory and Charlene was available for any questions I had, but the pricing was very fair for the work to be done. Throughout the entire process I was kept apprised of the status of the vehicle, including suggestions of where to save money, or not recondition since the area just needed a good polish, which was very much appreciated since that honesty is highly valued for people that don't know anything about body work! She also mentioned that there were areas not up to her standard so they reworked it! Needless to say, it looked like a new car, with a deep, glossy shine, fresh from the factory! Incredible service from start to finish. Charlene was very quick to respond with an estimate and thorough with all questions I had. I had body work done that was not related to an insurance claim, and the shop stayed true to the estimate. The paint on my trunk needed to be repaired and an aftermarket spoiler I had needed to be reinstalled. They fabricated holes to fit with the existing openings in the trunk lid and secure it. By just looking at it, you would think it was original with the car. Charlene said the work was more than expected (and the invoice showed it) but she was going to keep her word with the original price. I received frequent updates and photos of the work in progress. It turned out absolutely flawless. They went above and beyond what I was expecting and anticipating. My only regret is not bringing my car in sooner since I've been needing the work done. It took longer than originally expected, and they offered me a loaner vehicle (at no charge) for the inconvenience. I was able to coordinate alternate means of transportation, so I didn't need to, but the fact that they did was amazing. Once my car was ready, they even brought it to where I work since I wouldn't have been able to make it to the shop that day. If I ever need any future body work done, I will only ever bring my vehicle to Russ Ward. I will be sure to refer anyone who asks me for recommendations; you won't get any better when it comes to price, honesty, transparency, and quality. So I made a pretty bad mistake while driving and scratched the side of my car against a stucco wall while trying to park my car in my garage. Dumb mistake but a pretty bad one. It was on a brand new 2019 corolla hatchback, so I was pretty devastated. Luckily Russ Ward was there. After reaching out to four different auto shops via Yelp's quote feature, Richard was the first to respond and only one willing to give me a ballpark estimate. I decided to go in, and Richard was there. Very polite and incredibly honest. He told me it would take about 4 days and his quote was very close to the one he gave me online. He gave me a free loaner to use while my car was in, which was a HUGE bonus. After only TWO DAYS, I get a call saying my car is ready. I go to pick it up and it's as if the scratch never happened! He even removed a couple other scratches that weren't even related--for free! I absolutely recommend this shop based solely on Richard's honesty, excellent work ethic, and timely turnaround. I came to Russ Ward on 09/20/17 to get an estimate on some body damage done to my 2006 Scion XA. The driver who did the damage reversed into my car while it was parked and stated he would pay out of pocket for the repairs. So I decided to come to Russ ward because of the good reviews. When I first got there I was greeted by an older gentleman and a girl named Jessica. Jessica is the one who did the estimate on my car. As you will see in the pictures, the (minor) damage was done to the driver side front wing and front door. As a result, I was not able to open the door and Jessica offered to have it fixed on the spot for $10. This was a relief because I was crawling into my car from the passenger side!! As she was typing up my estimate, Jessica stated she would leave a note on it to deduct $10 from my total for fixing the dent - which I appreciated! Jessica was super friendly and engaged in conversation with me the entire time I was there. She made me feel welcomed and I felt reassured that she valued me as a potential customer! The other driver decided to go through his insurance instead of paying cash and when the time comes I will definitely be bringing my car here for the repairs! I cannot attest (yet) to the end results of repairs from Russ Ward Auto Body but I would definitely say to take negative reviews here with a grain of salt if they did not post pictures of what they are claiming. A random person hit my car as they were parking their vehicle into a parking space and I was referred to this shop for repair. At first, I felt as if I can trust this shop. Communication was decent and the driver's side, near the back bumper was fixed great (where original repair was.) However, after I got my car back, I noticed a few things were out of place and not working properly. I'm missing the Chevrolet Logo from the back of my car, I noticed some wiring from the driver's side door and my trunk were out of place, along with a few other minor details. The most upsetting was my car stereo was not working anymore after getting my car back. I had to replace my stereo out of pocket since it was "broken," even though it was in perfect condition before taking it to this shop. Although Russ Ward knows this was the case, till this day I have not received a call back or anything. When you take your car in to get it fixed, you don't expect for you to get your car back with other things broken and tampered with. Overall service was disappointing. read more

If I could give this place a -0 I would , so how can I start , I took my car (GTI) to get it fix a couple months ago , needed just a rear bumper that's all ,easy job cost more than 1500+ (went Thur my insurance) so the day it was "ready", they call me said car ready ok I went to pick it up had a lot of sand all over the paint didn't even bother to go a color sand how they supposed , bumper wasn't even a line good my car was there for like a week for it to not be ready , ok they told me to come back another day I did , took my car they just buff out the bumper with some cheap ass corrector , wax all over lol my bumper wasn't even a line still , they said come back we gatta order a part for it to hold tf , I thought bumper was brand new but I guess not they put my old bumper on cuz it keeps falling from the same place I got hit , so "they fixed it " and told me oh we can't give you a warranty no more cuz your car is low and that's the reason why it keeps falling off lol , so I left cuz they said it be good just drove a mile bumper was off again , my car been low for like 3 years never had a problem is not even touching the bumper , so I just gave up , they took my insurance money and didn't even fix my car how it supposed, place is the worst , but Yésica gave me a great customer service, just the workers ain't doing the job and pretty sure owner told her to tell me that , by the way I'm luis so you can know who I am ... worst place should've just taken the check from the insurance and my tio wouldve fixed it better , now I'm fucked with a fucked up bumper thank you guys read more
