Okay, but this place is kind of the spot. It's got a modern feel, full liquor bar, Blue Bell ice cream station, and a whole dessert setup. They really tried to cover all the bases. There are a ton of TVs and plenty of seating, so it definitely feels like somewhere you can just hang out for a while, especially for games or with a group. You order at the counter and they bring the food out, so it's not traditional service, but watching the staff you can tell they've got a system. Everything keeps moving, food comes out quick, and tables are getting cleared. It stays pretty busy too, which makes sense since there's not a lot else going on around there. Food-wise: The pizza had a really solid crust - crispy and cooked all the way through. The cheese pull was probably the best part, but overall the flavor just wasn't really there for me. It was light on sauce, and I feel like that's something that would've made a big difference. Even just having extra sauce on the side would help. The wings, though, were the highlight. Perfect crunch, good size, and the barbecue sauce was actually really good - slightly sweet with a nice tang to it. Overall, I'd go back more for the atmosphere and the wings than the pizza. It's a good hangout spot, just a few tweaks away from being really good.

Was instantly in love with this place. It's spacious, every seat has a good view of a game on, lots of different games playing at once, and get out of here with their pizza! This was truly one of the best cauliflower crust pizzas I had. I will be back!

Looks like they have a stage so they may have live bands. The truck has a self checkout pad with a fairly simple no fuss menu. We chose their special they mentioned that's not normally on the menu, Pesto alla Vodka, Ricki Roni (pepperoni) and, garlic cheese sticks. Super friendly service and when we picked up they made sure we got some red pepper and parm. Food was done fairly quick, fresh, and TOASTY!!! They definitely know what they're doing. It's like a pan pizza where it's thick and fluffy in the center. Not greasy at all. Then the outside was crunchy from the cheese being toasted at the edges and bottoms are crisp. The sauce, toppings, and seasonings were chef's kiss. Even the buttermilk ranch on the side is made fresh. We'll definitely be back!

Apparently their meatza is the most popular pie. I won't tell you the name of the pie we ordered (because they no longer carry it), however, I'm pretty certain you'll still experience the joy of perfectly crisp crust, quality ingredients, and bright flavors from any pie you choose. Additionally, I talked to the guys that run this truck while waiting for my pie, and they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and passionate about their craft- my favorite combination. I never knew eating Detroit-style pizza Al fresco in the swelter summer heat could taste so good!

Despite that, the order still wasn't ready at the agreed-upon pickup time and was pushed back another 30 minutes. The lack of time management and communication is unacceptable. When a customer gives a restaurant four hours' notice, there should be more than enough time to properly plan and execute the order. Unfortunately, this experience reflects poorly on the management and ownership. It gives the impression that customer service and respecting customers' time simply aren't priorities. More importantly, it's disappointing that the employees don't appear to have been properly trained or given the tools needed to manage orders and pickup times effectively. First time here, and unfortunately, it will be my last. I won't be returning or recommending this restaurant to others. If you are single with all the time to waste then by all means go, but a working family just trying to get dinner for the family I should have went to my go tos like Crust Pizza, Marcos, or Pizza Hut.

If you never had Detroit style pizza then I highly recommend trying Via 313! Best way I can describe it is imagine your favorite cheesy bread but crusty and toasty with flavor packed pizza sauce and your favorite toppings. The ambiance was great as multiple games were playing in the TVs and if you're into sports it's a great atmosphere. As for service it's the only reason I gave it a 4. We arrive just after a large party maybe 10-12 people so it took awhile for our pizzas to arrive. I also rated 4 because while ordering the pizzas the server asked if we wanted any extra sauces with the pizzas and he named what was available. I was excited that hot honey was an option and it was great. It was an addition $2.50 for the small sauce cup and I wasn't given a heads up about the additional charge. I assumed it was free since it was offered.

I tried the fully loaded pizza (similar to a supreme) and a pineapple pizza and found the prices to be a little high. I know they supposedly use premium ingredients, but don't most independent pizza places also use premium ingredients? The pizza maker was VERY heavy handed with the olives, as it worked out to about 10 total olives on each slice. Unfortunately, I don't eat olives and I was busy picking olives off every slice. After some Googleification and my solid Yelp crew...we came across Brooklyn Pizzeria. Pics? Check. Reviews? Check. Salivating? Check. Then came the decision of toppings. Do we go full Monty or for our first foray...YES...Just like Joe's...you only order a cheese Pie. If you are a TL;DR person...this brought back so many fond memories it was like a scaled down version of Pizza Godliness. The Pie...As I prayed to my Pizza Godliness didn't suck...it lightly did not. The pie was ridiculously large. $18 before tip for this monstrosity is what we call Good Value for Money. Plus it meant I got to get up in the middle of the night when it had sat lovingly wrapped in cling film in the refrigerator so I could have cold pizza with Smoked Chipotle Tabasco on half a slice...and Gochujang on the other half...Your judgement is happily kept silent as this was AMAZING on both sides.
