We had a great experience at 713 Burgers! The guy behind the counter was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The service was excellent from start to finish. We ordered the smash burgers. Delicious--perfectly cooked, well seasoned, juicy and full of flavor. We also tried the seasoned fries, onion rings and cheese curds, Everything came out hot, fresh and really good. The atmosphere is very casual and laid back, which makes it a great place to stop in for a relaxed meal without any fuss. Great food, friendly service and a comfortable, easygoing atmosphere. I've eaten from here twice now. I had the homestyle burger and my friend had the Andrew Smashburger. It seems like the beef is very fresh. I really enjoyed mine. It was thicker than I expected and the bun was so soft. The fries were really good too. I usually never finish my fries, but whatever seasoning they used on them made me kill them!!! Stopped by for dinner a couple days ago, and I'm pretty happy that I did. Got the burger with the chili and cheese, some fries, and a drink. The burger definitely tasted different with the wagyu beef and the chili added a nice layer to it. The fries were crispy and well seasoned, and I like the pickled whole jalapeño touch with each meal. Straight Fire . Sad I hadn't checked this place out sooner. Loved the local vibes. I asked the cashier what he recommended and he suggested a few things from the menu (the Andrew Smash and the Javier Cheesesteak) and then pointed to literally Andrew and Javier who were in the kitchen preparing the burgers lol. He said Andrew was his little brother and Javier was his best friend that he grew up with. Absolutely Loved that! Burger did not disappoint. It was so juicy and just oozing flavors. When the online search results for a gourmet burger in Cypress yielded this place, I was surprised that I hadn't heard of it. Their website mentions only using Wagyu beef; that means we have to check it out. It is located in a plain retail strip center, and inside is a smallish ordering counter and dining room with a few TVs and modest decor. It was clearing out after Thursday lunch when we arrived, as we were greeted by the cashier. The 6 ounce Wagyu patty was cooked well and made for the juiciest burger I've had in several years. There was only a single small tomato slice, a few dill pickle chips, and a bit of shredded lettuce inside a perfectly-toasted brioche bun. I will ask for extra tomato, pickle, and lettuce next time. The fries were lightly battered and seasoned--quite tasty and cooked just right. They were temporarily out of chili, which was disappointing; a chili burger will have to wait until next time. We dropped into 713 Burger a few weeks back after seeing others on here post their experience. First thing I noticed walking in was the unmistakable smell of burgers on the grill. The cheesesteak and the cilantro jalapeño burger were amazing but the chili cheese fries stole the show. It would be hilarious if the chili was just out of the can and it wouldn't matter. Seriously the chili was that tasty. The added bonus was the Owner is from Alief and those of us fortunate enough to have grown up in Alief...let me just say we are a very proud bunch. I didn't get the name of the girl who took my order, but she was very sweet and helpful. She let me know that getting a combo was a $3 upcharge, and it got us a drink and a fries. I chose a Mexican type orange soda and it was delicious. The fries we got came out cold, but they got us new fries that were nice and hot so and the counter girl apologized for the fries that we got before which seemed hard, old and cold. So no harm no foul. I got the original burger, and it was really good. I like that it had caramelized onions and it just tasted very fresh and like the other of you said a hundred percent grass fed halal meat. We also got the hot chicken sandwich, which my husband preferred, because he liked the coleslaw addition to the sandwich. We also got garlic parmesan wings because of a picture I saw online, and I have to say the picture looked better than the actual wings.They were quite salty. I would not get those again. The establishment looks clean.The customer service was great, and besides the fries mishap, our food came out in a nice orderly time and was fresh and hot. I would definitely recommend to come here!

The ambiance was nice and modern, which I appreciated, and I do like that they're open until midnight on weekends--definitely a plus if you're out late. Would we go back? Maybe not. It wasn't terrible, but there was nothing memorable enough about the food to make it a repeat visit.

I had an amazing experience at this burger spot! The burger was absolutely incredible -- a big, juicy beef patty cooked perfectly and loaded with chili cheese and queso that took it to the next level. Every bite was packed with flavor, and you can really tell they use quality ingredients. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a good meal. I inquired about my beverages, and after reviewing my receipt, she provided two cups, placing them on the counter before attending to other customers. I then filled the cups, secured them in the cup holders, and placed them in the bag. Subsequently, I awaited the bagging of my food items. As the attendant continued to serve other customers, I eventually had to interject and inquire about a bag for my food, noting a bag lane nearby. She confirmed its availability and resumed assisting other patrons. I then commented, "Okay, so I'm suppose to bag my own food." I must convey my significant disappointment, as this level of customer service is uncharacteristic of my previous experiences at this establishment. I felt a distinct lack of respect and a sense of being disregarded.
