He spoke with the manager, who walked over to the register to remove the item from my ticket, but never even acknowledged me, apologized, or said a single word. He literally walked right past me. The bartender later asked if the manager had spoken to me, and I told him no. The bartender apologized again. The bartender was the only person who acted professionally. The management was terrible. A manager should have come directly to me, apologized for the complete breakdown in service, and comped the food that still had not arrived after nearly 50 minutes. Based on this experience, ownership needs to seriously evaluate the leadership at this location because the lack of accountability and customer service was unbelievable. The entire place felt disorganized, neglected, and poorly managed. I paid my tab and walked out, and I won't be returning.
