I like the concept. Unfortunately, the execution left much to be desired. I'm game for a good old out in the open chair massage most days. Especially a day where I am stuck at O'Hare airport for multiple hours. This airport doesn't boast any nail stations (WHY!?) -- so this seemed like the next best thing to kill 15 minutes in comfort. Let's see, where to begin: *The girls at the counter barely acknowledged me. *The guy that did my massage was terrible. No massage would've been an improvement, I'm not joking. And I"m not that picky. I wondered if you needed to be trained to perform chair massages? Seems like you should have to do something so its not horrible for people. *Clammy hands. *$25 for 15 minutes!? I know this is an airport, but that is robbery. Clammy handed robbery of $25. PLUS TIP. No good, not recommended unless you have a specific person you recommend. *open 9am-9pm daily. read more

Think ownership changed? Place I went to just said "Spa" but is in terminal 3. Overpriced chair massage by someone very unskilled with some weird technique. Not relaxing and didn't help my back. Tip: when you're tired and your flight gets cancelled save your money and just hold out to get a real massage from someone qualified when you get home. read more

These jokers are a total rip off. They had a young dark haired girl assigned to give me a massage. After 5 minutes of the most unskilled "rubbing" I had ever had I stood up and said we are through here. She obviously had no training whatsoever. Her idea if a massage was to put her elbows on my shoulders and apply her weight ! When she moved to my mid back she put her forearms on my back and leaned against me! I had asked for a 30 minute massage but gave up after 5 minutes. The manager insisted I still pay $19.00 for thus joke of a massage. Steer clear of this place it's a scam! read more

I ended up waiting 30 minutes with still no service, and one of the workers was arguing with who I assume was the owner outside. Two other girls who did have appointments were also waiting to be serviced. I started to read how bad the gel is here and ended up walking out and leaving. Won't be going here ever again!
