Their red and green salsas are delicious. I highly suggest enjoying them as quickly as you can, the juicy meat can make it get soggy with time. Next time I'd like to try a "stoner" quesa birria, the quesa birria but with added hot Cheetos for a fun twist. Tacos Chonchis is a red food truck located on grand in the parking lot of a liquor store near the Ortega's entrance. Their hours are set and the service is friendly. The music was pretty good. It was also a first for me because I've never seen a food truck that also provided live music. I'd say the food took about 30-35 minutes for it to come out which wasn't too bad. When my food came out I got a a very large smoking hot juicy sandwich with fries and coleslaw on the side. As I started eating the Sandwich I got mixed flavors of sweetness and spice. The meat on the sandwich was also moist with their Barbecue sauce. By the time I was halfway done with this sandwich I was already full. The fries were quite crispy and delicious and the coleslaw was great too.
