I had a problem with this because I was about to buy a deal on clipp.com when I realized that what was being offered in the deal was no longer being served at this place. It's quite a drive from my house and for me personally not worth the drive because what is now offered is available much closer to me. I will say this. The owner responded to my review quickly and did say she would resolve the issue with the offer on clipp.com. I will also say that looking at their menu this does seem like a very reasonably priced establishment, especially with the currently available $9 for $30 worth of food offer on clipp. Many owners don't even bother looking at their reviews and commenting on them. This owner is definitely feisty and if she's that devoted to standing up for her business, I would venture to say the food is probably quite good. However I think it's actually 3 rounds of max 3 tacos each round but I'm not positive and we couldn't eat more than that anyways lol. The set up is chafing dishes with the meats ready to serve. They assemble the meat and tortillas and you top them off yourselves. The tortillas are singles and thin which was perfect. They have tri tip, chicken, brisket and pulled pork. Ordered pick up for dinner last night. Got 1 of every meat, including mac&cheese, potatoe salad, bbq beans, banana pudding and hawaiian bread. Drove 40 mins. to pick up our order and even though it said ready online, still had to wait once arriving. When we got home, noticed that the bread was missing, okay whatever just bread right? but still paid for it. After serving and opening sides, the bbq beans had less then a container of beans and was more full of the bean juices. Mac&cheese was dry, had no sauce coating or a cheese pull anywhere. Plus just tasted like wet noodles. All the meats were dry, no bbq sauce was provided on the side or on any of the meats in general. I understand if it's just smoked meats but considering the name has bbq in it one can assume there is some bbq. The one thing that gets a five star is the sausage, it has a nice snap to it. full of flavor and spicy. Just as advertised. We have been going here for the last two years. This is a great place to have fantastic BBQ, cold beer, and listen to music (AMI jukebox). The service has always been great, but today they topped themselves. Just love our Norco people and businesses. The brisket and pulled pork are our favorites. We went on a long horse ride today and tied up to get our BBQ on, it was hot today and Eric and Nick found a bucket and filled it with cool water for our guys. The name is misleading, they no longer sell anything BBQ. Overnight the menu was updated with new options. Since the menu change we have visited two times and never again. On both occasions we experienced the same issues. * short staffed. (The staff is really friendly) It took an average of 40 mins to be served for a party of 4. * food quality was not good. My meal this last came was the worse. I had the short rib with shrimp plate. The ribs where tough and cool. Considering how long it took, it should have been fresh. My daughter left her chicken bowl, her meat was slightly pink in the middle. * both times, they had been out of tap options for beer and soft drinks. Both times we visited on Sunday and it could have been to timing, I just haven't had this happen 2xs in the same establishment. We live in the community and love supporting our local business. I go by speak easy BBQ on my way to the 15 freeway at least twice a week. On my way home on Thursday, 4/10/25 stopped in to pickup what I thought was barbecue but instead it was sticky rice with chicken on top, a small side salad, an egg role and an Asian dumpling. The meal was cold. I ate some of the chicken with the garlic sauce, the egg role but that was about it. This was not the barbecue I had expected. I won't be coming back to your restaurant. The menu is simple but varied. Your choice of meats and delicious sides. My friend and I had the pulled pork for two and we had plenary enough to take some home. We had the Mexican corn and cowboy beans as our sides . The beans had big chunks of meat in them with just the right amount of tang. The Mexican corn!!!! Perfect. I could just eat the beans and corn and be happy... but why would I when the pulled pork was tender and amazing! Very simple dining. You order at the counter they bring it out. Long picnic tables with benches and your bbq sauces along with paper towels within arms reach Jarod took our orders, answered our questions and was delightful! I wasn't sure about the coleslaw ( I'm picky) so he gave me a little sample. It was fresh and crisp... just turns out I didn't like it. I prefer the sweet mayonnaise based and this was the vinegar based. I'm sure it's as good as everything else if you like that type of slaw. All in all I give it a 10 out of 10!!! This was $129 where is the beef?? Called last week for a reservation, and was set for 1pm on Father's Day. We arrived before that, and was told "just grab a bench first come first serve".....what's the point of a reservation?? No brisket, ribs, potato salad, or bread, so gal at register suggested these available meets. We ordered 1/2 pound chicken and 1/2 pound sausage.....that isn't wait we got. Three pieces of sausage doesn't equal 1/2 pound! Chicken was dry and tasted old and reheated. Shredded meat was extremely dry and tasted less then fresh. The corn tortillas for the tacos were exceptionally warm, soft and flavorful lil disks capable of holding any meat filling! They were out of potato salad and substituted macaroni salad, which was disappointing as one of the sides was macaroni & cheese. But all the sides were very tasty.
