The food is well made and tasty. The Sunday traffic is busy. Happily we arrived around 10am and the line got crazy at 11am. I think they take reservations so maybe plan ahead to wait or make reservations. We sat at the counter and watched the staff try to keep up with drink orders. The drinks were good. I ordered a custom omelette and extra cooked hash browns. I thought I ordered a pretty good omelette and the hash browns were crispy like I prefer them. My spouse had the chilaquiles with green instead or red sauce. He'd have preferred the chips cooked a bit in the sauce but everything was otherwise solid. Of the places we visited for breakfast/brunch I liked this one this the most.

Best buttermilk pancakes I have ever had. We added blueberries and it made them even better. While waiting to order I saw a huge stack of pancakes go by, so I knew I had to order a stack for my husband and I to share. We got a small stack of two and they were delicious. Crispy on the outside and fluffy in the middle. Served with real maple syrup. I may drive across the state just to have these again. We also ordered cocktails, bloody mary for me and a fresh squeezed Paloma for me. I love Bloody Marys and I love horseradish, but it had so much horseradish in it I couldn't drink it. The fresh Paloma was delicious. I also ordered the breakfast sandwich which was great for a breakfast sandwich. My husband had the huevos con chorizo and he enjoyed it. They have a nice collection of hot sauces to use. Unfortunately, I didn't see them until after I was done eating. Definitely order the pancakes!

    Bloody Mary

Easily the best breakfast you can have in walla walla. You can tell time and effort have been put into the menu creation I always get a Bloody Mary and the migas and they are absolutely incredible but you could order anything on the menu at random and be blown away !!! This place always has a line out the door, rightfully so and a hundred percent worth the wait!!

Never a fan of long waits for food and I would much prefer to go somewhere else but since my hubby had his heart sat at this place ,I decided to be patient for him . Maybe I don't understand how restaurants work but if I see plenty of open seating and they still make you wait 20 minutes , it just doesn't sit well with me .Once seated the food took another 30 minutes to arrive and by this point I was pretty much bored of the wait . All that having been said ,the food was fantastic and the service was good . I was not a fan of my cappuccino at all but the OJ was freshly squeezed and hit the right spot . I had the salmon lox benedict that comes with a side of hash browns and my husband got the Biscuits and Gravy which he loved. Pricing seemed fair .

Tasty breakfast! Serving up tasty eats and hot hot coffee...do you really need more?! I enjoyed my Benedict. Poached eggs were perfect!

Top notch breakfast. This was just down from our hotel. It's cute. We arrived at 9:30 for breakfast and were sat quickly. We had to wait a little for our server, but food came out quickly and was very good. I highly suggest the French toast.

Excellent food, service and atmosphere. I had the Tuscan Eggs Benedict and I am still thinking about it several hours later, solid 10/10. I have tried all of their other Eggs Benedict's and this is by far my favorite. I also tried a new cocktail and deviated from my normal Bloody Mary; I ordered the Coconut Margarita, and it was incredible, my new favorite breakfast cocktail. Very happy with my meal today. I will be back soon!

Went here two days in a row - solid brunch/breakfast food, great helpful staff. While popular and I was worried after hearing stories of lines, we never waited more than 5 minutes for a table for two.

Huevos con Chorizo, French Toast, & the Breakfast Sandwich

My friends and I came to Bacon & Eggs on a busy Sunday morning. Despite the full restaurant, the food, service, and atmosphere was outstanding. To drink we had the green Bloody Mary (I believe it's made with tomatillos vs tomatoes) a Screwdriver, and a morning paper. All three were great, but the green Bloody Mary is a must try. For food, we ordered the chorizo con huevos, French toast and the breakfast sandwich. The food came out fast and hot. The chorizo was full of flavor and the French toast was perfectly fluffy. I still think about the chorizo, another must try. Our server was attentive and made us feel at home even with at least 7 other tables. We will be back as this is now our favorite breakfast spot in the Walla Walla valley.

Chilaquiles, very good flavor, mild/medium spice in the sauce.

Food was great! We both enjoyed our meals. Good crowd and the staff handled it well and minimized the wait. Very attentive. Casual, open concept dining areas. Wife made a comment "if you make good food, the people will come". She wasn't wrong!

The first thing is coming in you get that rustic lodge feeling from the woodwork and decor as you get hit with that smokehouse aroma. No better way to get you hungry and set the mood for BBQ. Just yum! Our server was friendly and knowledgeable. She was attentive and checked in but never intrusive, hovering and did not ignore us once served. Tried a flight with Huckleberry, Berry, Cinnamon, Espresso and Walla Walla Sweet Onion (they "tree in" the espresso). Could take or leave the berries espresso and cinnamon were fantastic while the onion was interesting. Had a Bloody Mary with the onion and it was good. One table mate had the loaded potato with Mac and cheese and pulled pork. The noodles were bigger than skinny boxed and very tender. The cheese was creamy and flavorful and the pulled pork was tender and juicy and jam packed with flavor but could have been a bit more smoky. For the food: I got a small BBQ platter which came with 3-meat choices , a dinner roll and a single side choice. I chose baked beans for my side. Tri-tip, ribs and brisket for my meats. I tasted the beans nothing special but tasty. Same for the roll. The ribs were fall off the bone tender, juicy and meaty! I got three 3"-4" ribs. I also had a small pile of super thin sliced tender juicy and flavorful tri-tip and three 1/4-1/2" thick slices of brisket. The brisket was moist and had a good smoke flavor as well. I ate all the ribs, half the tri-tip and a slice of brisket. The rest went home with me as this was a hearty serving. To end our evening we were sent on our way with well wishes and thanks for patronage from our server and the bartender!

From the moment you walk in, you can feel how much pride and passion goes into everything they do. This isn't just a restaurant; it's a family pouring their heart into their craft. The backstory alone is inspiring -- from perfecting a coffee liqueur recipe years ago to building a full distillery and now a restaurant that's quickly becoming a local favorite. On our visit, we tried a little bit of everything: the legendary Texas Twinkies, hearty Loaded Baked Potatoes, the signature Cedar Rain Sandwich, and the savory Brisket Dip. Every bite tasted like it came from years of practice, care, and a true love of good food. And the drinks? Absolute perfection. The Peach Green Tea Cocktail was bright and refreshing, and the Lavender Lemonade Mocktail was every bit as crafted as a cocktail -- thoughtful, balanced, and locally inspired. We both ordered meat, because it's what's for dinner! The pork chop and the New York specifically. With the blistered beans and wood stone potatoes. All seasoned very well and delicious. For startes, we ended up ordering the Pork Rulette, which was excellent. They even brought us more bread to enjoy it with. I think the biggest downside is the price, but we were finding everything in Walla Walla to be expensive. When in wine country, pay wine prices. I'd have preferred beer prices. She took care of party of 6 that ranged in ages from 44-86 with lots of laughter and fun. Every single thing we had was phenomenal - from the cocktails to starters to entrees and dessert, I was a fan of every bite. Starters: Salted Fries: perfectly crispy and seasoned with the best homemade fry sauce Ahi Wontons: great fish quality, crispy wontons and awesome sauce Mains: Three of us ordered the rotating steak and with three different cooking preferences, they nailed all three. Two of us got the Gochujang Glazed Tofu and it was delicious. The two sauces that came with could be added to make it to your liking. Our friend is vegan and they were able to customize it with no issue. Ahi Tuna: perfectly seared and delicious. Desserts: Zucchini Cake was a healthy portion and well-balanced. The star of dessert was the salted butterscotch ice cream. In a collab with Pine Cone Creamery, I couldn't stop eating it. The restaurant is gorgeous, still preserving some of the old pieces of it while modernizing it. Eating in the wine barrels or the private spaces looked special as well. It was pretty dry, with barely any sauces and the bread made it more dry so it was hard to eat. The lamb was pretty good but wasn't the best. I also wish it came with fries or something else as a side. Finally got the Bibimbap with tofu. It was beautifully plated and had a lot of toppings but the rice was inedible. It seems to be at least a day old, not fresh, and it was not warm at all. The rice made it hard for me to enjoy as that was majority of the dish. The tofu was pretty good but overall I wouldn't return here unless for the k-pop wings. After dropping off the bill our waitress didn't come back at all so we had to wait a long time to get checked out, even another waiter had to come in and check us out because he realized she didn't come back. Since the menu didn't indicate it was grilled or served hot, we expected a traditional cold sandwich. Instead, it arrived hot, which quickly wilted the lettuce to the point that we removed it. The ciabatta roll was also underwhelming--it was soft throughout and lacked the crisp, chewy crust that ciabatta is known for. The tater tots were just okay and seemed a bit overcooked or possibly freezer-burned. We were also surprised to see a charge for splitting a meal. We rarely ask to split dishes because my husband typically eats much more than I do, but it's the principle that bothered us. When the gal brought it out she said "we don't have bell pepper" so there obviously is a miscommunication with the guy we ordered with.
