I am from the Deep South, so I naturally expect a bolder flavor scope and more personality in dishes like chicken salad, egg salad, barbecue, turkey and flatbreads. This may simply be a difference in culinary style, but after several visits, the food profile for this spot feels tragically bland rather than clean or delicately seasoned.
