It took maybe 5-8 minutes for my plate to come out. 3 other people came in, ordered and left before I did. I think it was because theybhad to grill the lamb chops. Visually the food looked delicious. Very generous serving of everything. However, the collards were the most disappointing collards I've ever had. They didn't taste bad. They just weren't seasoned AT ALL!! they just tasted like a collard with pepper flakes. The rice was just plain and Not seasoned. The mac n cheese was pretty good. They need to season the pasta a bit more and use a more flavorful cheese. The star was the lamb chops. They were a good size, seasoned extremely well, tender, and grilled to perfection! That was longer than we were hoping dinner would take but I know kitchens can be tough. Our food comes out and the server says "I don't think those hot dog toppings are right." And, lo and behold, she was right. I'm not sure I've ever seen a server bring food to the table knowing that it's not what was ordered. She offered to fix it but after 20 min, we were just ready to eat. The hot dogs themselves were ok. Chili had good flavor. The first bite of the fries was great.
