This was my first time visiting this establishment. I'd been wanting to try it for years. I was in the mood for a hot beverage so I went. Pros - Nice and friendly cashier, dirt cheap prices....don't even bother wasting your coins on Starbucks. Open early and thank goodness because it was too cold in December to hang out in the RV. I was through the door of Sip Coffee House shortly after 6am when they opened. For a while, I was the only customer and then people started coming and going for their morning caffeine dose. Friendly service and while the barista didn't know what a cortado is, he was able to make a decent flat white that was tasty and got me the needed start to the day. Sitting in Sip for about two hours with that coffee and another was pleasant. It's a nice neighborhood coffee house. This is a great spot to sit with your laptop. A lovely visit to a cutie little coffee shop in Reidsville while dog sitting in the area. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in to see a plethora of holiday decor, a beautiful chalk board menu and many smiling faces! Behind the counter was one young man running everything- taking orders and making the drinks. He remained calm and kind throughout the whole process. And the drink was deliciously made. I ordered the s'mores latte off the holiday menu. It was a hard decision due to there being so many yummy options. Personally, Holiday/winter menus are my favorites. While it's a good drive from Greensboro, I look forward to visiting again. My friends lives about 4 miles away from Sip and has never been. I'm excited to introduce her and maybe even try a sweet treat next time. read more

This place is amazing! Me and the boys were waiting for another restaurant to not be so busy and walked around and stumbled upon this coffee shop. It's absolutely one of my favorites I've ever been too. Starbucks who??? If I had money I would buy everything here it's such a cute little place and very cozy and plenty of room to get work done or play games they have here or just sit and drink coffee and lounge where they have a tv area. The bakery items are insane. Homemade honey bun cakes!! What!! Even though this place is 30 minutes from my house we will absolutely be returning! 100/10 stars for this. This is my third time stopping by there. This time, I bought blueberry muffin to take home for breakfast. I normally eat half of the big muffin and save it for later. It was so dang good that I couldn't stop eating it! Service was great. Area is clean and cozy. A lot of different areas to sit in. Even had a little fireplace going to keep me warm. read more

I moved to the area about a year ago but this was my first time I visited Sip. I went in today to buy several coffees and hot chocolates for myself and my children along with some muffins (I have a lot of children). The service was excellent, the selection was excellent... but the best part was how good everything was. One of my children's (21) (who is very particular about his frappe) immediate response was "this will be a stop on my way to school from now on". Thank you Sip... for the service... for the time talking and laughing as I waited and for the delicious coffee and hot chocolate and muffins.. We WILL be back!! read more

I love small family owned coffee houses simply because: The prices are amazing, they have the liberty to tweak and mess around and create new drink concoctions, the customer service is always so nice! So this place hits all my "tick" marks. The owner is very nice and sweet. If I have a crazy request they'll accommodate it. The drinks are soooo soo good. The place is quiet but they do have another separate section that's good for studying and a tv room. You can tell the owner out a lot of pride and thought into her location and she loves it. I don't live in Reidsville but when I'm in town for business or groceries I use it as a reason to come in to Sip. read more

Looking for coffee , desperately on Rt 29 S. Nothing except gas stations. Another cafe in Reidsville popped up, but was closed. Turning around found this gem. Opened in September in a cool, old building according to owners. It is a bright, warm and toasty comfy place to get your coffee fix. We had a latte- exceptionally creamy, yummm! And a most excellent cappuccino. Smallish, time forgot it kind of Town- cross the RR tracks and go. Small business America at its best. read more

The best kept secret in Reidsville if you want a good cup of coffee, a pastry and a quiet and serene environment with sidewalk seating. The staff is friendly and helpful and there are even private rooms to relax in with a TV or to read a book. Don't pass this place by. Haven't been here in awhile but today the sun was shining with a Day off of work time to take the motorcycle out for a ride in 47 degrees. Didn't take long before I needed something warm to drink a latte yep that's it. For me a coffee lover I so enjoy small business not the larger coffee shops were everyone's tapping away on laptops. Every time I'm in reidsville I try and stop here for a number of reasons. First and foremost the lattes and they are delicious, and a plus for me is the limited sweets that a plus don't need the cake.
