GRINGO burrito is what they should be called. I got the Mule and hubby got the sausage. This place has counter service and plenty of seating as well as a tiny outdoor patio which is loud as heck from Arapahoe Road. I like that they allow one to have the eggs fried which allows a better egg flavor but their chorizo is Spanish style and not Mexican style. They add spicy mayonnaise which makes it creamy and their potatoes are tater tots which is actually pretty tasty. They use spicy pickled jalapeños and I wish I would have asked for extra, but the hot sauce is all from tiny plastic packets of Cholula, no bottles. Fresh onions would have been nice. Well, overall I'd say it's a good place for $10 breakfast burritos but I'm more of a fan of Mexican style burritos.

Tried this place for the first time and the breakfast burritos were awesome. I would recommend the burritos with the eggs sunny side up!! So worth it to go here!!

This place rocks! I am a "more than regular" at Dog Haus in COS, which also has the BABB spin-off, but this one is great, jump in line and order food to eat-in or go, but the same vegan/veggie choices that I love! The staff is friendly and the place is super easy to find in Centennial/Lone Tree. The "beyond meat" breakfast burrito with tater tots, avocado, arugula, basil aioli, eggs, and cheese....sooo freaking good! They are always happy to customize as needed and just such a great choice for a non-meat eater looking to grub on a breakup burrito!

    Missing sauces... everytime

I LOVE THE FOOD. But... every single time I come in, no one says a word and they all look mad to be there. I've also never gotten ANY of the sauces I've ordered for extra $$$ on DoorDash and I always tip anyways. I'm on 5 side sauces missing and counting... for the love of god it's on the receipt you staple to the bag

If anyone is looking for this place, it's just Dog Haus selling breakfast burritos in the morning/day time slot. Due to covid-19 shutdowns, sanctions, etc; I believe this is the reason behind them repurposing their business model to stay afloat and subsidize any losses during that time...... Anywho, so if you want to slide on through for a hand held size breakfast burrito, this is the place!!! You can order ya eggs sunny side up or scrabbled for ya burrito. They have an assortment of common burritos or you can create your own. While there it seemed like a lot of people pre-orderEd and just ran in to grab their ready burritos. There was a lot of door dash/ grub hub orders ready for pick up. This is a great morning edition to this store. They are moderately priced, some may say a lot for breakfast burritos ($8-10), but remember they are huge hand held tasty ones, and food prices have spiked in last 2 yrs. These are a great deal, so pre-order if you need & stop in and grab one in the morning.

Great breakfast burrito! My only complaint is there is no hot salsa. The flavors were excellent though.

Mothers Day. The…read moreservice at Sazon was honestly horrible from start to finish. We waited an unreasonable amount of time for almost everything, and the staff seemed completely inattentive and disorganized the entire visit. It felt like customers were more of an inconvenience than welcomed guests. Trying to get simple things like drinks (we never got to order refills), check-ins, or updates on food took way too long, and communication from the staff was poor throughout the experience. Even when issues were brought up, there was urgency and concern but then forgotten the moment they walked away from the table. What made the experience even worse was that by the end of the meal, the service had become so bad that we were literally trying to pay just so we could leave, and even the manager could not seem to bring themselves to come process the payment in a timely manner. We sat there waiting just to give them our money and leave. Finally a different manager told us we can just leave no need to pay. Unfortunately, the bad service completely overshadowed the meal and made the overall experience frustrating enough that we would not return. This was our second time giving them a chance to make it up bc the first time wasnt any better :(

In the old Landry's building converted on the interior to a chic yet comfortable atmosphere. There are cozy-up areas with sofas for a spectacular chill happy hour event. The specialty cocktails left me wanting to come back soon to try more of them. They even have a delightful Pino Grigio from Italy which Mom enjoyed! The loaded nachos are not to be missed and the desert mini doughnuts are a fan fav and were so delish! The children's meal came with little delicious churros for her desert. My folks have the tiger prawn tacos and at 92 years old- ate every bit and loved them! My DIL had the burrito and I love the way they cut it in pieces to serve and make it manageable. I had the Market Salad with yummy grilled chicken which was the most wonderful combination of flavors including fresh delicious fruit. I'll definitely be back when I'm in town from Phoenix!

Ok, back to what you care about, their Happy Hour. For two people we got an Americano Taco, Nachos w/ Chicken, Guacamole, ceviche, and margaritas. The margaritas, for being at a Mexican restaurant, were passable. The mango margarita tasted a little like mango, like a Lacroix version of a mango margarita. This was the least enticing of what we ordered. The Americano Taco was a classic white person taco. Hard shell. Ground beef. Nothing too crazy. It was a taco. The ceviche had delicious plantain chips, which I love, to accompany it and the striped bass. In addition there was pineapple and sweet potato. My problem with the ceviche was that there wasn't a lot of fish in it. The guacamole was well mixed and flavored. Served with potato tortilla chips was nice and they were nice and salty. The best part, the nachos with cochinita pibil were flavorful, filling, and cheesy. I was the most happy with the nachos choice for HH so if you're looking for a good happy hour deal come for the nachos.

Probably the worst Mexican restaurant in Colorado…read more We were greeted by a young red-haired hostess at the front, and unfortunately she seemed completely uninterested in her job or even seating us. It was a very poor first impression. After being seated, things didn't improve much. The staff working the bar and nearby tables were very short with us from the beginning and gave off the impression that they didn't want to be there. What made it worse was that the restaurant wasn't even busy at all. I ordered a michelada, and honestly it was one of the worst I've had. I've tried micheladas all over the Americas, and this one was terrible. I specifically asked for it to not be too spicy, was told "okay," and it still came out extremely spicy. I couldn't even drink it. For food, I ordered a burrito while my friend ordered fajitas and a quesadilla. The pictures looked great, but the food arrived cold. We had also ordered well before the two tables next to us, yet they received their meals at least 10 minutes before we did. The only positive part of the experience was the woman who brought our food out from the kitchen. She was very kind and welcoming, and honestly the best part of the restaurant. Back staff should probably be taking the orders. After our food arrived, nobody checked on us even once. We were never asked if the food was okay, if we wanted another drink, or if we needed water refills. The server only came back when it was time to pay. Walked by us multiple times and never took the time to stop to ask us how we doing. There was essentially no service throughout the meal. I will say the decor and atmosphere were beautiful. The restaurant did feel like a small piece of Mexico, which I appreciated. However, as a Latino, the hospitality and service did not reflect the warm and welcoming Latino vibe I expected. Overall: great decor, but the service and food were extremely disappointing. There are many other Mexican restaurants nearby offering much better experiences. This place seriously needs to improve its hospitality and customer service.
