This place sells ridiculous breakfast burritos. It's enough for two meals unless you really go at it. The ingredients go beyond the usual. They sub tater tots for potatoes but inside a full-on burrito it's like hash browns that they got nice and crispy. If you like big flavor, these are your burritos. You can get green chili but this is Colorado that's not enough. Well, grab the menu because there are all kinds of meats, flavors, and sauces. These aren't $2 breakfast burritos. GRINGO burrito is what they should be called. I got the Mule and hubby got the sausage. This place has counter service and plenty of seating as well as a tiny outdoor patio which is loud as heck from Arapahoe Road. I like that they allow one to have the eggs fried which allows a better egg flavor but their chorizo is Spanish style and not Mexican style. They add spicy mayonnaise which makes it creamy and their potatoes are tater tots which is actually pretty tasty. They use spicy pickled jalapeños and I wish I would have asked for extra, but the hot sauce is all from tiny plastic packets of Cholula, no bottles. Fresh onions would have been nice. Well, overall I'd say it's a good place for $10 breakfast burritos but I'm more of a fan of Mexican style burritos. read more

I am a "more than regular" at Dog Haus in COS, which also has the BABB spin-off, but this one is great, jump in line and order food to eat-in or go, but the same vegan/veggie choices that I love! The staff is friendly and the place is super easy to find in Centennial/Lone Tree. This place is ok Tried to order the Mule burrito and sub the bacon for sausage and they wanted to upcharge $4 for the sausage, a bit ridiculous but okay I guess. So I proceeded to order the Cajun burrito with sausage and while the flavor and ingredients were really good they cut the sausage link into like 6 pieces so there were just huge chucks of sausage not with 3 pieces near the top nothing in the middle and the remaining pieces on the bottom.
