This is a must do! My son and I had a wonderful time. And it really is an arm, back and core work out. We saw many large party groups. The instructor was thorough in explaining. It's a safe environment. Food is allowed on premises. Small parking lot but we found a few open spots at 6:30pm. Enjoy!

After brunch I decided to introduce my friends to this place. It's a great stress reliever. The business is located in a building shared by other businesses. There is private parking, however, limited. Street parking is also available. We were greeted by coach Robby! He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He showed us some tricks which was nice. Of course, safety first. Each participant do have to sign a waiver and they provide a QR code. You can make reservations or have walk-in. Pls check the websites for times. This place is great for small or big groups. However, you definitely have to call to save your spots. ENJOY! I know we did and we will be back. Thanks to the coaches!

The two of us swung by for a birthday activity and arrived right around noon on a Saturday. It was just us there at first and we had Aaron as our coach. Aaron absolutely made the experience for us! He was very patient, kind, and fun, and gave extremely helpful tips. It took me a while to get a hang of the motion and he spent about 15 minutes giving me pointers and adjustments to help me catch on since we were the only group there at the time. The vibe inside is very cool too and conducive to a fun time. It's nice that you're allowed to bring food inside because we were able to eat then throw. They also have whiteboards so you can keep score with your group which added a nice competitive edge to the day. Highly recommend you swing by for a fun time!

I took a date there last night, and I have to say it was a great date! As we got there we were a bit confused as to where it was at but once you see the signs it was pretty easy to find. As we walked in we got greeted and he had us sign a waiver and rightfully so. From there the fun began! He asked us if we needed a refresher instruction as I was a little rusty. I discovered that it's like riding a bike lol! I would definitely recommend especially for a fun and unique date!

This is my underhand( this was not easy for me) Left right after this to keep the good feeling going

Giving this 5 stars! But before I begin; For those who might visit at night- yes the entrance is right next to the kung fu studio. You'll need to walk all the way in and follow the signs on the walls before you reach Bad Axe Throwing. My partner and I were a little lost when we arrived lol street parking only & is typically available. Anywho- thanks for the experience! Ray helped us check in, register & provided some tips on safety & how to throw the axe in various ways. The humor and hospitality on Ray I don't remember the two other hosts but they'd stop by during our sessions every now again to check in & readjust our form of throwing for success. When I tell you they're detailed & want to you to land a good throw, they'll make sure of it! My take on this- don't over think it & you'll do well. There was many bad axe throwing in our station, but after 15-20 minutes in we were pros

Came here for a date and had so much fun! This was my first time axe throwing and I was a bit nervous going into it. The employee helped explain different throwing techniques and safety measures, which helped put me more at ease. The axe throwing itself was super fun--I feel like it's a good sport to try out and easy to learn. They also had some ideas for games that we could play to make it a little more interesting. I would definitely come back here sometime!!

Axe throwing in a big warehouse in the middle of nowhere in Daly City, what could wrong? Haha. Fun place, bare-bones decent setup, the staff were nice and attentive. We had the whole place to ourselves since it was mid-week and so they allowed us to practice on multiple stalls since they were empty before we played a little competition. Slots are usually 1.5 hours but they allowed us to book 2 hours. This place doesn't have any food or drink at all, not even a vending machine. They allow you to bring in snacks, but no byob, which was kind of disappointing. I've never been to an axe throwing place without a liquor license! (albeit in other cities) You'd think they would want you to drink while throwing sharp objects. Worth a visit, but plan ahead to feed your group if you are going with one!

It's definitely a fun activity to do on a weekend whether it's with your significant other or friends! My fiancé and I came here on a Sunday afternoon and there was barely anyone there! Just us and one other couple. You can do walk-ins or reservations. We were walk ins on this day. We were greeted by the worker, signed the consent form and he showed us how to the way for throwing the axe. The guy was super good at teaching and I was able to hit the target actually after few tries! (Lol so proud of myself) We stayed there maybe for an hour but the guy was nice and only charged us for 45 minutes which was nice. Not sure what the pricing are but it's a good experience and fun activity when it's raining!

Super fun throwing axes with the fam, friends, date night, or kids bday party! Yes I was brave enough to take my 13 year old son and his buddies to axe throw for his bday and they had a great time! Its a great fun thing to do because kids can be just as good as adults. Generational fun, everyone will enjoy. Go do it! Some things to note - Dress warm in layers in the winter as its a warehouse open space with high ceilings and gets cold. Bring snacks and drinks with you as they have nothing there.

The dog park was really nice with fresh cut grass and fencing so the dogs can be let off of their leash. They had potty bag holders available but I always bring my own so I'm not sure if they were stocked or not. There were only a few other people in the dog area, but there were lots of people walking their dogs. There was also a soccer game going on just adjacent to the dog run and the park was very lively and full of people. I personally did not appreciate that the sports teams had placed their goals on the only sidewalk/ walkway through the area so that anyone walking had to go on to the grass to get around them. I feel like the park has plenty of room and that wasn't necessary. Other than that, we really enjoyed our visit here. I also checked out the library while my husband checked out the food truck with our dog. There were clean bathrooms inside and an adorable children's book area. I definitely recommend a stop to this park if you're in the area.

It has garbage cans, poop bag dispensers, and double doored gates on both ends so you can enter from either end of the park. Bring your own water if you come but good Samaritans have left a dog bowl with bottled water when I stopped by. Needs improvement but I will still come as it's the closest gated dog park near my house.

It is high up, but not as high as my old street, Edgemar. We must've taken a different route, walking, a side street, and that's how we discovered it. We drove by here (only saw one person on the basketball court), and I wanted to see if it was here. Imagine my surprise! Seeing places from my childhood, just brings back memories. It gives me the warm fuzzies, seriously. I am so glad that this little gem is still here. I snapped a few pics. I sent them to my sister to see if she'd recognized it. And she did! But I could've sworn it was under a different name back then, though. A large tree providing a pretty view (the city is a pretty view too) actually, there are a few big trees here, a couple of green picnic tables, a basketball court, a red swing set, a small grassy area, a small children's playground, a couple of trash cans. Bordered by a chain link fence. If I lived here, I'd probably make this a regular spot. Since it's tucked away, not many people know about it, maybe just people in the immediate neighborhood (like a three street radius, maybe). There are posted signs, probably the hours of operation. One of them states, "No Parking Any Time." I tried checking in but it wasn't even on Yelp yet, so that's why it's me, who's adding it here.
