Stopped in for breakfast tacos because the ones from Fuel City were AWFUL - I'd give 3 stars for the tacos themselves and an extra star for their green sauce which is PHENOMENAL. Staff was friendly and the vibe was chill as nobody was dining in on the holiday morning. Got our tacos to go so didn't snag any photos but they were yummy. It's happened many times before and I've had the staff tell me that they just don't want to make anymore orders. I was also in the mood for a Breakfast Burrito, but being from New Mexico I will tell you that nobody in DFW makes a good breakfast burrito. They have a ton of options it looked like on the menu, but my heart was set on breakfast. I went with the Phat Azz Breakfast Burrito which has Eggs, cheese, sausage, bacon and hashbrowns. Only thing I would add is Hatch Green chile if possible but thats the New Mexican in me talking! This burro was really good! It was fat and filling too. Me and my son decided to give this place a try today for lunch. We waited a few minutes in the drive thru which is expected since it was lunch time. We pull up the man was very friendly and took our orders. We both ordered a Carne Asada burrito in a flour tortilla and a Large Drink. They have many options of tortillas and toppings etc. I have to say that I am very pleased. The price was reasonable, great flavor and good quality ingredients. Way better than Chipotle which we frequent quite often. This will be our new favorite spot. The price on the outside drive thru sign isn't accurate but maybe they just haven't had the time to update it. A Regular burrito was $9.24, a large drink was $2.50 and guacamole was a $2.50 up charge as well. I told the man it was our first time visiting and he said that inside you actually build your own burrito. I am looking forward to going inside and checking it out the next time we visit. I ordered from one of apparently many of BAB's ghost kitchens "HuevoRito." I didn't realize it was a ghost kitchen at the time, and it really has no bearing on my order. I was just happy to find a place to order breakfast that had an option to substitute egg whites right on the menu. I have an ALLERGY, so egg whites were important! UberEats even did that thing on the order receipt for the restaurant that says "this is a complex order" so they double check it... but I still got regular eggs, yellow as the sun, so my burrito was inedible. I also ordered churro bites, and received a package of store bought cookies instead, with no explanation. I called the restaurant to speak with a manager (I know, I know) just to caution them to use this as a teaching moment for their staff, that egg whites are important in the event of an allergy. After calling 4 times and being hung up, I finally got through. Then the employee tells me "there is no manager" so here I am, beating my allergy warrior drum. I'll give props for a large size burrito, tender tortilla, and good salsa. This felt like a different spin on Mexican food. My husband had the loaded tater tots and I had street tacos. Both were delicious.

We ordered Bad Azz Burrito through DoorDash. It's a decent place to eat to get full if you're hungry, kind of similar to a fast food restaurant. The custom burrito was a good size for around $12. The vegetables were great. The meat was smokey yet salty and fatty, very similar to fat from a canned meat container. This was all offset by the lime rice, which made it taste better overall. Overall, it's a good place to grab a quick bite. If you love spice, definitely try out their sauces. That was the plus! read more

Went back for lunch and whoa did my estimation go down from the first visit. My husband and I got a bunch of stuff to share and we were both underwhelmed. The okay: brisket, chips and queso. The mediocre: everything that was just plain bland - chicken taco, shrimp burrito (though I did like the lime rice), refried beans, fish taco (TINY and bland), Mexican rice. The bad: carnitas - severely underseasoned/unsalted and so dry, it was hard for us to even choke it down. Also have to give a shout out here to the shrimp in the burrito... which had shells on them. I can't say all of them did, but I bit into two pieces that I then picked out and put on my plate. Hm. So, nothing good or great. Definitely nothing to make me want to go back for lunch. This is the place where dreams are made. The decorations are not much to look at but this place makes up for it in the food. Large quantities of food that tastes amazing. I have had the carne asada fries, a burrito bowl, and the tacos. The carne asada fries are the best I have ever had anywhere. The burrito bowl was good. On Tuesday, they have Taco Tuesday where you can get 3 tacos, rice, and beans for $5. The Taco Tuesday special is only for chicken and pork tacos. I hate to have to give this place 2 stars. I've been going here for over 10 years. The food is still great, but the service has kind of gone down My biggest problem with this place now Is I always order the same thing always have for over 10 years, and that's the wet burrito, and they have gotten more and more conservative with their queso or whatever topping you're wanting to put. It's called a wet burrito, but they end up making it a damp burrito. You have to repeatedly ask them to put more and sometimes you get a dirty look from the lady behind the counter And the funny thing is right above the food. However, when you order it, they barely put 2 half scoops. And it doesn't even cover the entire burrito. That would be my only complaint about this place. I've passed by this place thousands of times and I finally decided to try it out. The wait is kind of long since they build your burrito or bowl as you go down the line so it could take a while. I had the bowl with both rices, beans, carnitas, some onion, cilantro, mixed cheese, jalapenos, corn, pico, and green hot sauce. Looking at the size of the bowl it really seems like you don't get much food when you compare it to the size of the huge burritos and the two being the same price. This business is ran by scum. On Feb29,2023 I ordered a breakfast burrito, chorizo, extra chorizo, potatoes, tomatoes, rice, refried beans, Pico de gallon, and cheese. They gave me a ground beef burrito with egg folded into it (I have food allergies to eggs) which is why I did not order eggs. I was spoken to with lots of disrespect and attitude, when I said I just want a refund the gentleman replied I do too.
