I loved the decor inside and the wall art hanging by our booth. To drink, I tried the Daddy's Dragonberry (10/10) very refreshing and fruity. It was also strong and gave a good buzz. To eat, we started with an Onion Rings basket (10/10) they were hot and fresh and the sauce served with them was yummy. I also ordered the Bistro burger with Parmesan truffle fries (10/10) my burger was flavorful, all of the toppings meshed well together and the fries were fresh and crispy. My meal was sooo good!! We popped in here after a visit to Concord Mills. We were looking for a place for everyone to eat and one person wanted beer on draft. Thrilled to find this because then the whole family was happy. Hostess was so speedy to seat us which we greatly thanked her as we were all quite hungry and it was quite past a few family members normal lunch times! Our server Savannah was helpful and pointed out all the of the seasonal specials when we asked what she would recommend and if there are any new items on the menu. Whole family liken the brie and bacon bites and cranberry sauce that comes with them. We regularly doordash Bad Daddy's and I think that their tater tots are stand out. This location was no exception. They are the perfect texture and flavor every time. We ordered an assortment of burgers and everyone's order arrived exactly as requested from temp to which items or condiments to be included. They grabbed us some mayo when we asked for some for the tater tots. Whole family sans me loved the specialty sauce they make. It was ok but I am also not as into sauces as the rest of the fam :) For dessert we ordered the Oreo cheesecake and the banana pudding. Both were phenomenal and everyone was thrilled with. We used to love this place. I decided to come here last Saturday. The restaurant was busy. We were greeted nicely by the host. Sat at a half booth, half chairs, near bar. Sweet tea for drinks and needed about 10 minutes to order. I created a custom burger with wheat bun, grilled chicken, gouda cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayo. I added sautéed mushroom, onions, avocado, pickled jalapeños and wrote "on the side" beside them. Side was sweet potato fries. My friend ordered bacon on steroids burger, medium well. Medium well should be slightly charred and light brown, some slight pink color. We waited at least thirty minutes on our food to come without asking about it. When it arrived it looked like the pictures. Mine wheat bun had mustard and mayonnaise on it. Neither of us asked for that in out order. The crushed avacodo was brown. I immediately took it off my plate because it looked disgusting. You could tell our food had sat out on the counter because it was not even warm. Our waitress did not bring us our food so we had to wait longer to let her know the order was wrong. I actually had to wave her down to get her attention as she did not refill our drinks the whole time. When I let her know what was wrong with our order, she was rude to me and took back the top of my bun and said she would get me a new one. She did bring me sliced avacodo because when she looked she said all of the smashed avacodos were brown in back?! I left her a $5 tip and this review 2 stars for just that. While she was gone getting me a bun, we noticed that the burger on steroids was not cooked medium well. It looked rare. I cut my sandwich in half after I had a new bun and shared it with my friend as their burger was inedible. This has become our regular haunt for us since it first opened and we've never had a bad experience. The service, food and atmosphere are always great. We've even introduced it to family when they come visit us and now they request it when they come. I tried stopping at the Birkdale location after the holiday parade. However, it was so packed, so I ended up leaving. There is a location literally up the street from me in concord that I've been meaning to go to, so I decided to stop in for lunch today. I went around 1ish, and I was seated right away. I ordered a cocktail; Royal Bourbon Punch - I really enjoyed it. It was my first time trying bad daddy's, so I was not quite sure what to order. I asked the waitress for the fan favorites to try and narrow down my options, and she recommended the Daddy's Philly. I went ahead and ordered that with a side of fries. You can build your own burger or salad, or order off the menu and customize. Their giant salads are truly giant - I was only able to eat half. I love their fries. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich without the bun and it was served in a convenient little dish to cut with a knife/fork. They also have seasonal specials. Service is polite and friendly. All together we ordered fried pickles, western Buffalo burgers (substituted with a beef patty instead of the Buffalo), side of the hand French fries and the Caesar salad, and a cookies n cream milkshake, and chocolate milkshake. All of the food was amazing! Fried pickles batter had a bit of a 'kick' in it (which for me I loved because I love spicy food, and my bf who isn't a spicy fan, enjoyed them as well and wasn't too spicy). The ranch was also delicious since it was homemade. The smokehouse burger was 100/10, the bbq sauce (I ended up getting extra) was delicious, the fried onion straws on the burger were also cooked perfectly. Today, I took the family to Bad Daddy's Burger in Concord after church to enjoy a good decent lunch. When we arrived, we were seated within a decent time frame, and then greeted by our server. We ordered appetizers which were delicious expecting our main course to follow shortly after. 30 mins later we were still sitting waiting for our meal after the server came to the table to apologize and tell us that the kitchen over cooked the salmon that I ordered. After he walked away we said aloud, "How long does it take to cook a salmon", and then decided to ask to speak to the manger because at this point, the wait was absolutely ridiculous. To my surprise without me having to say a word, the manager said that he just heard and he made it right. He comp our entire meal (Total of 3) in addition to providing us with coupons for our next meal for when we return which I was extremely grateful for and also surprised because that type of service is not seen anymore these days. After the manager came by to take care of our situation, our server disappeared but it didn't matter because the manager stepped up and made it all good. Bad Daddy's at this location has never disappointed. The restaurant and restrooms are clean. We typically sit on the patio so that our children can play and the waitresses are all accommodating. This evening, they turned the heater on, and it was so comfortable. The staff and team work well together and it's evident. The manager even brought out our entrees-I love seeing those in leadership working as hard as their team. Onto the food. The deviled eggs?! Whew! It's a fab. I love that they aren't your traditional deviled egg-they coat it and fry it, then top it with a fresh jalapeño. The onion rings are huge and perfectly crispy! All of their sauces are flavorful, my baby literally tried to drink their signature sauce and quite frankly I don't blame her! I love that you can sub a veggie burger for any burger-I don't like the upcharge but I'm used to us vegetarians being punished lol. I absolutely love the fact they offer an impossible burger, w multiple different vegetarian options. I would definitely recommend the truffle fries. They are addictive.
