I visited here around 9:45pm with my sons after a day at Great Wolf Lodge. It wasn't busy at all and we were able to pick our own table. I ordered around 9:08pm. I ordered a large pep pizza (that was half off) and a "hog" sampler. The mozzarella sticks are very long. They were fresh but slightly overcooked and flavorless, honestly. The cheese on top was almost pointless as it didn't add flavor and it fell off immediately. The quesadilla was tasty. The garlic parm wings were crispy and cooked well but the sauce was different... it wasn't nasty but not what was expected. After a conversation with the waitress, she knew it was different. In these cases, I believe the servers should tell customers that versus letting them find out after the fact. The pizza came at 9:30pm and tbh, it wasn't the best lol. It was mainly for the boys and they ate it with no issues. It was subpar to me and I was disappointed. The service was inconsistent with attentiveness which was another bummer considering it wasn't busy at all. It's unlikely I would return. read more

Food & Service: I went for dinner on a Saturday evening; arriving around 6pm. It wasn't at all busy, 5 tables in total on arrival. It is a seat yourself environment. There were two girls covering the area. The tables needed a good cleaning, sticky & a bit grimy feeling. The one who covered our table was incredibly slow as was the kitchen. It took 10ish minutes for our drink order to be taken and receive the menu. We put in appetizer request at same time. We ordered what was described as a "GIANT" pretzel; gross overstatement. It was comparable in size to an Auntie Anne pretzel. The queso included was bland; it had a little heat/spice but flavorless. For meal ordered garlic parm boneless wings with sweet potato fries in place of regular, what I received absolutely was not that. It was chopped chicken breast chunks with some sort sauce. We also order Philly cheesesteak; very little meat and huge pieces of peppers basically filled the roll with regular fries. Both types of fries were unimpressive. I did confirm that the flavoring of the wings was available as I requested and let them know I received something entirely different. Due to it taking nearly over 30 minutes to get food and was nearly finished by time we were able to flag her down for drink refill and point out the error; food was not corrected. Ambiance: Vibes were hole in the wall sports/biker bar with pool tables and bar to one side & dining to other. There are TVs absolutely everywhere so great for watching a game. If there is ever a live band playing, the vibes are definitely right. Don't expect to be able to hold a conversation while eating. Initially when we arrived TVs were on and music playing at a pleasant level to be able to converse without yelling. No idea if it was intentional but it changed to a football game blasting (entirely too loud for no crowd) but didn't align with any of the TVs. Overall, it was a very underwhelming experience. My wife & me tried to eat here last Saturday. Wasn't very busy with plenty of open tables. We sat down & waited. At least 2 waitresses walked by our table multiple times. No smiles, no greeting, didn't even acknowledge we were there. We waited about 15 minutes w/o a single acknowledgement. First & last time. Hard pass. Our bartender was fine, this review is directly towards the owners sister who is "management" and they have no clue how to manage customer service- When there are no pictures on your menu or description of "thunder size" chicken breast sandwich... it would be nice to be warned how it is prepared. Instead of the kitchen cutting it in half and STACKING the hunk of meat that "they've never had anyone complain about the size", they lay it on two open buns and call it a "sandwich" how do you pick it up? It's just an entree at this point. Where they truly went wrong was the CUSTOMER SERVICE part... took management about 20 minutes to come over and discuss the dissatisfaction, and by discuss I mean argue with us already knowing she was not comping off the ticket and us order something else. The bartender mentioned she would have to pay for it if she takes it off our tab... that's illegal for you to do to your employees. Then to call the police when we said we would pay for the tab... you're straight up trash people. Good luck with your business, I'd love to see her face when someone else complains about this issue, too. Can't even see the building sign as you're parking... they should care about some of the things that they do not. If your pride is based on the size of the chicken sandwich so much that you can't afford to comp $12.99 from our tab... it's pretty sad. A company who isn't going to be known for the outstanding quality of food should at least aim for excelling in customer service to balance the experience, no? I saw a friend had visited this place and it seemed interesting, so I looked at the menu and decided to check it out for myself. The main reason I wanted to visit was for the huge mozzarella cheese sticks, these things are huge! Aside from their size, they were about the same as any other mozzarella sticks, not that it's a bad thing. The patty melt I had was good, and my wife enjoyed her salad. What a joke! arrived at 4:44 on Saturday. Waited until 550 and still did not have my food. Lady next to me asked for her check three times and didn't get it. Got up and walked out. Three bartenders and zero customer service. And I know these bartenders have been there for a while. One even told the guy she couldn't stop talking to that she had been there 12 years!! During my lunch visit, I was served a 12-piece wing dinner that did not meet safe temperature requirements, along with overcooked French fries. Upon notifying the staff, I was asked to return the meal, which was then inspected by a staff member who incorrectly claimed the wings were cooked to a safe temperature, despite obvious signs of undercooking. The representative then made a remark that suggested a biased attitude towards me and my colleagues, who are regular patrons of this establishment. So, the food was decent. I had the Bacon Wrapped Shrimp, Sloppy Seconds, Coleslaw, Onion Rings, Corona and a Sweet Tea. So the Sloppy Joe was a bit overly "tangy". Bacon Wrapped Shrimp was Ok but shrimp a bit tough and bacon not exactly cooked evenly. Onion Rinds were good. Coleslaw was good as well. As far as the service, I was one of three or 4 tables in the entire place. Sever came by and checked on me but her personality left a lot to desire..... Now when it came to the bill, I actually noticed so discrepancies. My Sloppy Seconds Sandwich was a lunch special at $6.99. However, I was charged $7.99 as you can clearly see on the receipt. The Bacon Wrapped Shrimp was on the menu at $8.99, however you can clearly see I was charged $9.99. The food is good! Service was not acceptable. The bar manager on staff was a female and was distracted cursing on her phone and then started cursing at a patron. I asked for the manager and was told she was the manager. I am thinking that a hospitality or ethics training would be something ownership wants to look into. Had lunch around noon on Saturday. We had not been there for a while and my brother in law wanted to go there. There were six in our party. Not many people in there when we arrived. The server came over, apologized in advance stating that she was the only server there at the time and that she would try her best. I really appreciated her honesty and effort. She turned out to be great. I order tail pipes. They came out looking very dark, I was worried that they would taste like the oil had been burnt but they didn't. Food was ok, nothing to brag about. We came here after doing some Christmas shopping at the mall. I noticed it after we left Boot Barn and though it would be a good place for a few beers and maybe some lunch. We were there for the $2.00 domestic draft specials which is a great price but apparently Mic Ultra isn't considered "domestic. No big deal though. My wife ordered the bacon wrapped shrimp and I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich. My wife said the shrimp was way over cooked. The chicken sandwich is huge but huge doesn't necessarily mean good. Come hungry for a pleasant stop near Concord Mills We were out today helping my Stepson and his wife pick up some patio furniture and go get some things for our upcoming trip to Marietta Ga for a some to be 3 year olds birthday when lunchtime rolled around. We had eaten at Iron Thunder years ago but had not been back lately. That is not to say we have not dined at one of their sister locations in Mooresville. Same menu for Concord, Mooresville and also Hickory. It a bit spartan when you walk in with most of the tables being hightops around the edge of the room. Still like most sports bars, plenty of big screen TV's around the room and for a change, this was the first Sports Bar I've been to that had competition Rodeo on. We were promptly seated and the normal sequence of presentation of menu and taking beverage orders followed returning with the beverages and taking our lunch order in a very timely fashion. My wife ordered the Crab Balls appetizer and the Soup of the Day which was a Brandied Onion Mushroom soup in lieu of a full entree. I ordered the Buffalo Chichen Sandwich with Fries as a side. I had that at Mooresvillle and had enjoyed it there so tried it again. My wife liked her meal and commented that the Soup and a nice taste and texture to it. As far my Sandwich, first of all I could not believe the size of the thing. Looking at it, I expected it to be very dry because of the crust on the outside but just beneath the crust was a very flavorful bird cooked just right. Hats off to the kitchen staff although i will point out the fries were a bit under cooked and needed more time in the fryer. I was a good lunch and I would recommend it as a different place to have a nice lunch in the Concord Mills area. It's next door to the Harley Davidson shop which is probably part of the origin of the name for the restaurant. Can't say enough good! Been going to Mooresville location for couple of years despite horrible vulgar locals making it unbearable. Wife and i are far from Karen's and very hard to offend but the Mooresville location is trash and quite frankly out of control even during the week. But this is about concord. Concord has the same wow factor in food and pre Covid, hard to believe prices! The service was beyond impressive. And no vulgarity or fights. Just relaxing fun sports bar vibe anyone can enjoy. As a loyal Yelper, when I am on the road I do try to try some of the local eateries instead of the well known chains. So when the small sign on the interstate (the one that lets you know what restaurants are at that exit) has on the bottom of the sign "where the locals go" I decided to give it a try. I knew it was in front of the Harley Davidson dealership, and from the name I expected a biker friendly decor and menu, and assumed that the female wait staff would probably be wearing something like jeans and tank tops. I was wrong on the last part. Evidently the female bar and wait staff dress in various outfits based on a theme. The theme on this day was lingerie. I seated myself and really wasn't paying attention when my server came to the table and asked what I wanted to drink. I wasn't expecting to look up and see a well endowed female wearing lingerie ready to take my food order! I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich. When it arrived at the table I was blown away at the size of it. It was served open faced with a side of fries and some ranch dressing. I ordered it with the medium heat sauce, and that was just the right amount of heat. Had a good flavor. Managed to eat half of it before I threw in the towel. 10/14/19 UPDATE....thanks for the shout-out Eric! Where to begin.... we had some time before heading to a concert at PNC Pavilion and wanted to grab a quick bite to eat. My husband saw this place on yelp and it had decent reviews... That was a big fat mistake, to say the least. The service was absolutely horrible! Our waitress, Abbie L, obviously thought she would get better tips from another table full of guys so she pretty much ignored us (also had our daughter with us). We feel we are very generous tippers, 30% or more, depending on the service. Needless to say this girl did not get much of a tip, especially since I had to go up to the bar to get drink refills and to go boxes. I said something to the people at the bar because they asked why I was up there myself. If we could have only gotten our server to actually wait on us versus flaunting her chubby self as she stood on two barstools trying to impress the guys. It was quite disgusting, a photo is attached. Not something I care to see when I am trying to eat, lost my appetite that's for sure. But it made me feel good about myself! Food is pricey and nothing special at all. Anyone out in Yelp world know why I cannot check in at this establishment? Very frustrating, but from this location, I can check into Quaker Steak and Lube????? errrrr.... Anyways, my wife and I visit about every Wednesday night for bike night. The wings are awesome and my wife says they have the best quesadillas. Also, if you wanna try something different, get the Buffalo Chicken breast sandwich, the breast is big as hell. I mix buffalo sauce and terriyaki for something different. The bleu cheese dressing is friggin' awesome. Not that running crap Quaker has...... My only bitch is, make sure you ask them to send out some fresh fries, seems like the fries are cold if I do not ask for a new drop...... There is usually 10-25 bikes, good crowd and they always have a great band. Sometimes the band sets up on the patio. Recently, Speedway Harley started have their Wed bike night, so you can walk back and forth. About 50-100 bikes up at Pat's.
