When I finally dig an inspector out, he said there was no issue whatsoever and that I was fine to just clean up some minor water spots on an interior window and do a better job caulking. I finally went for a second opinion, and not only did they find the nails were not galvanized and installed on top of the roof instead of on the side, water had leaked in quite drastically leading to a $3000 repair. This other company literally walked on top of my roof and with her bare hands, picked up the entire tack strip that is supposed to keep things glued down. She couldn't believe the nails that were used and the placement but more so, that this was said to be 'no issue' by a professional. Your guy that came out to investigate literally never even put his hand on it to wiggle it around and see if there was an issue, he just looked - no ladder, just climbed part of my balcony and looked. If I had listened to him and just caulked the interior window so that more water wouldn't have come through, this would've continued and become an absolutely horrific problem. I know customer service agents aren't always a reflection of the company but this gentleman was a 'master installer' his words. I'm not sure what there is more to say, but as a business owner you may want to know. As an aside, I do appreciate that even months later, someone responded to this. I do hope things work out as your company continues to change.

This was the third time this team has cleaned my windows over the past 6 years or so. They always do an amazing job and are somehow able to get to the impossible-to-reach areas. I have a particularly problematic kitchen window (ok the whole house is problematic since it's 4 stories high and along a slope, which is why I can't clean the windows myself) that's up on the third floor, on a hill, and behind a tree, and they came back not once but TWICE with different equipment to clean it until I was satisfied that it was clean. I really couldn't believe they went to all that trouble, since I told them I wasn't even sure if they'd be able to reach that window. It's the kitchen window so obviously I look through it alot and it makes a huge difference in my world to have it clean again. Apparently they serviced my roof too, which is another thing they've done multiple times. My roof is super high up and I don't have a good way to see how it's looking but my assumption is that it's moss free and good for another year of leaves falling and birds jumping around up there without my needing to worry the roof is in bad shape. Honestly this team goes above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied. They're super easy to deal with, since they use text/email/phone calls, and everyone from the team I met over the times I called and they came back to clean the problem window was very gracious and helpful. Jerrod's work was extremely professional from start to finish. One side of our gutter had some minor damage, and the original contract was to replace that section. After carefully inspecting it, Jerrod told us that a full replacement was not necessary and that he could fix it instead. He contacted the company to update them and ended up saving us about $500. That level of honesty really impressed us. In addition, Jerrod did a very thorough inspection of our roof and checked for any moss-related damage. He helped us apply Moss-B-Ware to protect the roof and noticed that we didn't have enough product to fully cover it. Without hesitation, he used some of his own Moss-B-Ware at no additional charge--both the materials and extra work were completely free. He also took extra time to explain how to properly protect and maintain our roof going forward, which we truly appreciated. He went above and beyond what was expected. Overall, we are VERY happy with Jerrod's service. We will definitely hire High Point Gutter again for our roof next year and in the years to come. Highly recommended! They actually provided two separate estimates: one for the noisy downspout and another for a basic cleaning. When I asked why the estimate for the downspout was so high, I received a passive-aggressive text from the estimator, Evan K., saying that I was "not the right fit" for the company, complete with a smiley face emoji. I then attempted to schedule only the basic cleaning (the separate estimate), because the project manager had not indicated that I was not allowed to do so, and I continued to receive automated reminders via text and email. Then, Evan K. followed up with a passive-aggressive email, also complete with a smiley face emoji, continuing the interaction unnecessarily. After that, my number appears to have been blocked, and I was no longer able to reach anyone at the company. Regardless of pricing, this level of communication is extremely unprofessional. Based on this experience alone, I would not recommend this company.
