I booked a model set with Jenny about a week ago and she executed the manga look perfectly. I came in and the studio was serene and very clean, and immediately Jenny greeted me and showed me into her lash room. She was very sweet, so we started off just talking about what was going on with us for the first few minutes! She showed me a couple different styles that fell under the 'manga' category and we both decided on the one that would fit my eye shape the best. The lash bed was super comfy with a pillow for my legs, and since I already had loungewear on, it made for a cozy experience. We did a removal, a new set, and bottom lashes, and the whole process took i think around three hours which is so quick for all three services & the volume/ style that we did. We chatted throughout the experience which made the appointment even more personal! Don't be afraid to ask to use the restroom (which is also beautiful) or to bring headphones. When we finished, I was so amazed by the style and the fit of the lash set to my eye shape! I feel that Jenny executed the set perfectly. I touched up my makeup for this picture and Jenny gave me a brow pencil and clear lash/ brow gel to use right then and to take home as well! They also have snacks for you to take on the way out! This was such a 10/10 experience and I would absolutely recommend going to Jenny to get your gorgeous set done. I think I've lost just under five lashes which is normal since I brush them out & wash my face a lot. However, the bottom lashes are still super full! The glue she uses is a newer UV curing version that you can totally swap out for the regular glue if you'd like. I think this new glue has definitely helped prolong my set though! I must say, she is the lash artist that you need and want. She does understand the eye shape. My eyes is not the weirdest but definitely needs work. If I really take care of my lashes, it would last for 6 weeks. Never had a problem with the glue or lashes. Extremely inflexible with schedules even when she has time slots and will cancel you and charge you $50 if you are just LATE and on the way, but then at the same time post on social media to find other customers to take over your spot. Which means she could have given the slot to you even if you are late, but she chose not to and charge you $50. I'm here for service, not a trial for court. She might think she played it smart but I'd call it sneaky. Called my bank and disputed the charge and will never return to this business again, and of course told all of my frds to avoid her. She also has a huge spider pet in the store, given how small her store is, and spider is very close to the service area (pretty much right next to the bed), it always made me feel unsettling. The lash material she uses is also very low quality, thick and hard which are harmful to your eyes. Avoid her, too much drama. read more
