It has now been well beyond that timeframe, and I still have not received my refund. When I contact customer service, I get conflicting information--either that the refund is on the way or that I can only receive store credit. The communication has been poor and inconsistent. I was originally told I was eligible for a refund, but the issue remains unresolved. Very disappointing experience. Rating suggestion: 1 star if the refund still hasn't been received.

Well yeah because they were installed then un-installed, they only sell one part for this car not multiple options and they do not list the undersized 12mm stud holes which should be 14mm. The knuckle side mounting dimensions were correct. Bad company, even worse customer service.
