my go to place for when i'm hungover craving hollandaise sauce and breakfast burritos. NOMd: - chicken burrito. my friend got it with the country gravy and it was decent. the chicken was tender. - basic burrito. i've gotten this one a few times and it's been dry asl even with hollandaise sauce in it. - sausage burrito. my fav so far. i got double hollandaise inside and that seemed to take care of the dry issue. i actually really fw this one. - hash bites. i really like how they are string hash browns and they are yummy but wayyyyy too greasy. service, etc.: i need to start asking names but the person who's always at the front is always super nice and welcoming. to-go only. i will say i don't like the location and the construction has been so bad but ain't stopping me from coming back. i wanna dry some of their drinks and other items read more

I stopped by Scramblin' Egg Breakfast On The Go in Bloomington, MN, and left pretty satisfied. I had the breakfast burrito, cinna minis, and hashbrowns--and all three were solid. The burrito was hearty and packed with flavor, the hashbrowns had a nice crisp without being greasy, and the cinna minis were a sweet little bonus that hit the spot. The ambiance is definitely no-frills--it's a grab-and-go kind of place--but the food speaks for itself. Delicious but they started adding quinoa to the bowls and it has carbs. We don't get potatoes in them so maybe we missed a sign there or something but did not like. $34 two bowls each with an extra egg because we go lo carb. read more

OMG. Love their egg sandwiches! Saw their food truck on my way to work near by. Saw lots of people stopping by and wanted to give it a try. It was worth it! Greeted by a staff member quickly who took my order and payment. Service was fast and friendly. I've tried a basic sandwich with chili crisp the first time. That was a good chili crisp kick to it. I had to drop someone as the airport and looked for breakfast near me. They were a 16 minute drive based on the Yelp address. Drove there and no food truck. I then went to their website and the address was different. Could have saved myself about 40 minutes as they were very close to the airport. (Hence the three stars) Now to the food. Self ordering (while a reality in some restaurants) is always a bit daunting and bothersome and tricky. Ordered the everything bacon burrito with chili crisp, spinach, and mushrooms. I must say OUTSTANDING. I left MN back in 77. Ended up in LA so have had my fair share of breakfast burritos. This would be in my top three. Food and the people get 5 stars. Wrong address on Yelp brings the overall down to 3. Is you're on multiple platforms need to keep them up to date. Have bookmarked for when I'm in the area again. read more

Wow this place is worth the hype!!! I love that they're so close to home and so so delicious! I tried their breakfast bowl and it was AMAZING! I've been obsessing over breakfast sandwiches lately, and here we have another obsession-worthy option! This is a food truck that looks like a super cute wooden hut on wheels. When I went, it was at the Bloomington Garden Center, but they have a handy calendar on their website so you can easily track them down. It's kind of build-your-own style, so you can order a sandwich, burrito, or bowl with your preferred combination. I got a sandwich with ham and Spicy Scramblin' sauce. This thing was packed with fluffy folded ribbons of scrambled egg and had just the right amount of cheese and sauce. It was on thick, soft toast, and the whole thing was delicious and extremely filling. I would be satisfied to get this exact thing again, but I want to try it with sausage, some of their other sauces, and maybe try one of their bowls to see what they're like with potatoes and quinoa. The line was pretty long when I went; I had to wait 20 minutes, but they had warned me about that. There were four people crammed in that little shack cranking these things out as fast as they could. Scramblin' Egg was filling and I didn't need to add anything to enhance the flavor. We both had burritos and sandwiches which were enough for breakfast and lunch. We had the scramblin sauce and chili crisp on the side. The scramblin sauce almost reminds me of raising canes sauce. The wait was long, but the staff was friendly and apologetic. I tried this breakfast sandwich at the Bloomington Farmer's Market and it was pretty good! The staff were super friendly and they explained how to order and what additions could be in the sandwich or burrito. Once you order, you get a text when your order is ready. My sandwich was pretty good! It felt more on the plain side but maybe I didn't get enough sauce added ? I tried their Scramblin' Sauce which is their signature. My breakfast sandwich didn't have much cheese inside. They were out of mushrooms when I went (around 10am), which is my favorite breakfast inclusion. I did add every other veggie I could though. The brioche bread was the best part - so tasty! My husband got the burrito and I loved the flavors of his more. It came with potatoes and rice. His also had more cheese. Not sure if it was just a fluke on my sandwich that I didn't get much. Overall it was tasty but I would probably get the burrito next time for flavor ! read more

My husband has picked up breakfast from Scramblin Egg a couple times, and it's consistently amazing! The sauce is so delicious and everything is cooked to perfection. The coffee is also delicious, my husband enjoys the funky flavors. This time he brought home a gigantic cookie in addition to breakfast and it's truly a sight to behold.
