I stopped by Scramblin' Egg Breakfast On The Go in Bloomington, MN, and left pretty satisfied. I had the breakfast burrito, cinna minis, and hashbrowns--and all three were solid. The burrito was hearty and packed with flavor, the hashbrowns had a nice crisp without being greasy, and the cinna minis were a sweet little bonus that hit the spot. The ambiance is definitely no-frills--it's a grab-and-go kind of place--but the food speaks for itself. The lady at the register was extremely helpful and friendly, and the owner even came out to say hello. If you're looking for a quick, tasty breakfast without any fuss, it's worth a visit.

Quick and easy to go in and grab your online order. Food tastes like it was made at home, but you didn't have to cook it. Very friendly staff and plenty of parking!

OMG. Love their egg sandwiches! Saw their food truck on my way to work near by. Saw lots of people stopping by and wanted to give it a try. It was worth it! Greeted by a staff member quickly who took my order and payment. Service was fast and friendly. I've tried a basic sandwich with chili crisp the first time. That was a good chili crisp kick to it. I had to come back another day to try more. LOL. The second time I tried the egg sandwich with onions/spinach with chili crisp and hollandaise sauce. Drools.

I've been obsessing over breakfast sandwiches lately, and here we have another obsession-worthy option! This is a food truck that looks like a super cute wooden hut on wheels. When I went, it was at the Bloomington Garden Center, but they have a handy calendar on their website so you can easily track them down. It's kind of build-your-own style, so you can order a sandwich, burrito, or bowl with your preferred combination. I got a sandwich with ham and Spicy Scramblin' sauce. This thing was packed with fluffy folded ribbons of scrambled egg and had just the right amount of cheese and sauce. It was on thick, soft toast, and the whole thing was delicious and extremely filling. I would be satisfied to get this exact thing again, but I want to try it with sausage, some of their other sauces, and maybe try one of their bowls to see what they're like with potatoes and quinoa. The line was pretty long when I went; I had to wait 20 minutes, but they had warned me about that. There were four people crammed in that little shack cranking these things out as fast as they could. I highly recommend that you check this truck out for a breakfast sometime!

Wow this place is worth the hype!!! I love that they're so close to home and so so delicious! I tried their breakfast bowl and it was AMAZING! The eggs are so flavorful and their spicy scramblin sauce was the perfect add. Solid breakfast places can be tough to find but this one truly impressed me! I will continue to keep an eye out for them so I can get breakfast again soon!

Scramblin' Egg was filling and I didn't need to add anything to enhance the flavor. We both had burritos and sandwiches which were enough for breakfast and lunch. We had the scramblin sauce and chili crisp on the side. The scramblin sauce almost reminds me of raising canes sauce. The wait was long, but the staff was friendly and apologetic. We paid about $40 including tip for 4 items.

I've heard great things about this place and wanted to check it out. It didn't disappoint. The egg sandwich was so good that it made me full and the coffee I ordered was the right amount of caramel. The gal working in the am was pretty quick and knew what customers wanted to order. This place is perfect for a grab and go before going to work or even before heading out of town on a road trip.

Cut lil food trailer! Meat sandwich with Sausage is LEGIT!! Sausage taste like is a mild Chorizo. Delish!! The toasted bread is scrumptious. I had mine with Hollandaise sauce. Big portion. They wrap it perfectly and it holds up well. Friendly owner too. I ordered on their Facebook page link and it was waiting on my minutes later. Quick n easy! I will be back to try that huge burrito.

This place is so good it's a joke. Do you want a burrito all killer no filler? Do you want a dozen eggs in a burrito? Do you want to taste every item you ordered in every bite? Speak no more. I got a "Everything Burrito" which comes with potatoes, rice, like 27 eggs. I added chorizo, onion, spinach, and Hollandaise because I'm fancy. Every single bite had ALL of those flavors. Unreal good, locally sourced items, online or in-person ordering. Friendly staff to help through the ordering process. Bravo team,

Everything burrito with sausage.

The was an amazing breakfast burrito! Traffic was steady at the track, but they were taking and pumping out the order in a very timely manner. The everything burrito with sausage was hot and tasty. Great serving size and price point. We will definitely be stopping again.

Excellent all around. One of the best breakfast sandwiches I've had in the last 38 years. Will definitely return for Anotha One

Thanks to the Tony Cu review we knew we needed to try this place. I sent this TikTok to my neighbors- they went two days before with rave reviews also. We didn't order before (beginner error) but we loved watching cars come and go. We could tell that this place had many regulars that come often! My husband and I were IN LOVE after our first bite. This won't be our last time to the cute little shack - amazing breakfast. The eggs are amazing by the way truly terrific!

Bright paint on the walls with colorful photographs, a slightly raised space with cushions that might be used for a performance, and long tables that invite family-style dining. I chose this spot because I was curious about their "Afghan hamburger," which was sausages, hard boiled eggs, various vegetables, and fries with spicy ketchup in a tortilla-like wrap, exactly as described. The fries were pleasantly crispy, and I enjoyed the spicy ketchup. I wanted and got something different. The wrap came with a generous portion of chutney, perhaps the same mint walnut chutney I've seen elsewhere. I washed it down with salt lassi, which hit the spot for me. It wasn't too salty, and it had fresh cucumber in it. I was a little confused when the prices at the register were slightly higher than the prices on the menu, but it was still reasonably priced, especially these days. It would be great if someone updated the menu prices. I took home some sabzi palak (spinach stew) to go. Even though both the stew and the fresh bread it came with had cooled down by the time I got home, they were delicious! As soon as I finished eating, I ran to my computer to look up a recipe. That stew hit it out of the park. I will never think of spinach in the same way again. Next time we're in the neighborhood, I will definitely take my spouse here.

Food: Chabli kabob Vegetable samosa The chabli is like a sausage patty, though has Afghani spices. It was a little spicy. I'm not sure if this is the traditional preparation or maybe just the ones I got, though they seemed a little charred. The portions were big (probably not clear from the photo). The naan wrap is bigger than Indian naan. It was paradoxically fluffy yet also tough (jaw was slightly tired after chewing).

I got the breakfast burrito and added crispy cheese... it's probably the best breakfast burrito I've ever had. It's also MASSIVE. I ate half and was very full... so I waited an hour and then ate the other half. Now I'm plain old stuffed. I also got a horchata cold brew... likewise, this may be my new favorite cold brew now. I thought it might be a bit too sweet initially but that thought quickly disappeared. Delicious with great depth of flavor. I will definitely be back to eat inside with friends soon. Lots of booths! Plenty of parking outside as well.

The ambiance is very modern, with smooth tables and an enormous, vaulted ceiling. Service was quick and efficient, with a cash register/ordering station, and a separate pick-up station to the left. Took about ten minutes to prep my burritos. I ate one of them at home, saving a breakfast burrito for later in the week. Delicious carnitas burrito, good salsa. There is parking in back, and some on the side street without paying. The menu appears unique, a mix of traditional and fusion. Prices are in the $15 range for an entree. Food delivered warm, in aluminum wrap. Generous portion, quite satisfying. Note: Please participate in my proposed National Hispanic Small Business Week, starting Monday, Feb 2, to Monday, Feb 9. Our neighbors recommended us this spot, so my partner and I came here one night for dinner on a…read morerandom occasion, and unfortunately ended up having a relatively subpar dining experience. To begin with, our table and the menus given to us were very dirty and had lots of visible food tidbits, which made us have to clean things up a bit ourselves. That was okay, though, because I have experienced worse and wouldn't choose to let it impact my judgment to such an extent. I thought the only item that was solid was my lengua torta, which had a good amount of stuff inside ranging from meat to lettuce to mayo, and made me full in a very satisfactory way. A lot of the tacos were dry and reliant on the lime for a little bit of juice, including the birria tacos. My partner ordered the chicken, shrimp, and fish tacos, and thought they all tasted mediocre. Personally I enjoyed having some radishes because they cleansed my palate when needed. Another unfortunate event was that later that night, I experienced a severe stomachache and had to throw up. Granted, I have not tried their birria with consomé yet, which per my understanding was what made them famous since the beginning of time, at least according to a piece of newspaper I had seen next to the bathroom. Next time when I visit, I will try such instead, which I hope can provide me with an improved experience.

Let's start with service, the server was nice enough, but very rarely came by to refill drinks. The others were taken quickly, but the food all came out at wildly different times. I received my food probably 20-25 minutes before the last person received theirs. The wave was maybe 2 people's food at a time. The whole free dip with 5 Birria tacos was confusing as no one really knew which tacos qualified. As for the food, the horchata was okay. It wasn't super flavorful and seemed poorly mixed. I had to take the top off to try and mix it better, but the straw didn't work well. The goat Birria was very bland to me. I added all the hot sauce, but still couldn't even really taste it. I ended up mainly just dipping the tortillas in the green sauce, which wasn't bad. Perhaps I came on an off day. I'm not sure I would go back though.
