First time trying this smash burger place and it was delicious. Have driven by this area before and never noticed it but it is a small location, tucked away a bit, so keep your eyes peeled when in this busy area! The young man who waited on me at the counter was so patient and sweet as I looked over the few options and placed my order. Every table inside was full and the energy was palpable with tons of laughter and stories. Definitely a popular place among the college students and I can see why! I got a single patty combo and had plenty of food. Wished I had room for banana pudding but will have to try that on my next visit. Just had delicious burgers here at a special pickelball event The burgers were being sold here hit n fresh..and they were fantastic . I met with Aiden the operations manager, and he was absolute fantastic with great service and he had pizzazz of selling his burgers with great passion!! The ambience of the restaurants in Athens I hear is full of great comfortable atmosphere enjoyable for food, friends and laughter. I highly recommend trying this burger and getting it the way that they sell it don't try to customize your burger as I am pretty picky, what I like on mine and when you order them directly the way that they have been made that is the ticket. Love the fact they use beef tallow to make the fries much better than the usual fast food nasty vegetable oil blends. You gotta try the pudding as well. You should also know the amount of meat for one patty is slightly more than a Krystal's single patty, but on a hamburger bun. I Tried this place for the first time because my friends were raving about it. The first couple of my bites were good, but then it felt like too much of the same hot substance. My boyfriend enjoyed his burger though. Personally speaking, it was missing the brightness of fresh veggies.
