Burgers are great! We always order the Aztec Burger and the Hippy Burger with an order of fries to share as you receive alot of fries. The beef that they use is locally sourced. The restaurant is small so it can fill up. In the summer, they have patio seating. they have started serving beer. You order at the front, pay, and then they bring the food out to you. Service has always been fantastic. Very friendly. read more

The place is comfortable. The picture of the three cowboys riding their bicycles into the sunset is perfect. Made me smile. We were heading to see the Aztec Ruins but needed sustenance for the adventure. We found this place on Yelp and arrived just before the lunch rush without planning it that way. The place was popping when we left, with the line to the door. The food was delicious! My sister and I shared a Spicy Bacon Burger and our friend ordered the chicken sandwich. The blackberry jalapeños jam on the Spicy burger was off the charts Good! (I think it may have been my best meal of the entire trip).. Our companion was so delighted with the chicken in is sandwich he didn't even offer us a taste. Of course we didn't share ours either. Eat here! Get some fries and house made lemonade. I went after a day of throwing heavy things at the Aztec Scottish festival. The Aztec burger was delicious and the option for "hot" green chili made my day. The fries were cooked well and a good portion size. Topped off with a Ska beer and I was refueled. Good and fast service. read more

We come to Aztec every couple of months, and this time, we noticed a new burger joint. We decided to give it a try. The restaurant has been opened for about 3 weeks from what we were told. They are in the process of getting their alcohol license. The restaurant has about 7 tables inside and about 6 outside. It's a cute little place. We decided to try the Badlands burger with cheddar cheese, bacon, green chile and garnish ( tomatoes, pickles, onions, lettuce), and the Hippie burger with Swiss cheese and mushrooms. Oh my, both were amazing! So juicy and flavorful! Great tasting bun and meat. The green chile wasn't very hot considering it's New Mexico and we're known for our chile but it was flavorful. I would definitely order this burger again. The Hippe burger was smothered with mushrooms, and we love the shrooms, so it was right up our alley. We ordered some French fries which were good as well. They complimented the burger well. If I can also make a recommendation, try the lemonade. It was so good! They freshly squeeze lemons in the restaurant to make it. You won't regret it! Currently it seems like they pack all orders up in paper bags even if you are eating there, That threw us a bit off but Im sure as they get established that will change in the future. We look forward to coming back again. Once everyone discovers this place, there will probably be a longer wait, but the burgers are worth it! Staff was very welcoming and friendly, and they are handicapped accessible. read more

Easily placed an online order. Our first visit left us impressed. The staff is friendly and courteous. They put shredded lettuce on their burgers which is always better in my opinion. The hand cut fries are great too. We also tried the tacos w flour tortillas, which were deliciously different. A great addition to Aztec. I took off one star because I had to wait about ten minutes past my pick up time. It was worth the wait though. read more
