Nobody likes a soggy taco that falls apart, and Rubia's knows this, so they prevent it from happening. Something so small is so smart and made such a big difference. He said the red was very spicy so I went with the burrito chile colorado. C'mon dude, this is New Mexico! That chile wasn't spicy at all! Utterly bland is the word!
