There this place is! So I bounced out and ran quickly across the street. I was greeted immediately and I might have been a bit rude because I don't remember acknowledging them and immediately asked, "Where are your men's pants?" They were more than happy to point me to the right direction. Found what I needed, rushed back to the cashier and was asked, "Were you able to find what you needed?" Smiled and pointed at the pants. Then! As she rang up my item, she asked, "Did you just come from the consulate across the street?" Tooooo funny!!! So I guess it happens a lot!!! We both thought that was funny. Found what I needed, staff were great = great return visit, albeit decades later. The space has reduced in size, but hey. Glad they're still hangin' on.

He took a moment because he thought it was a little less online. When he asked "and that's the total with tax?". Normally you hear back a confirmation but instead she said no with tax it's $73.62. Mind you we were at the register to pay not for a price check. My husband was looking at his phone and she blurts out "you want it or not?". We told her yes but I had to explain to her he is just taking a moment to look up the price. Normally someone at the register gives the total price when purchasing not sub total. I walked away once my husband got the receipt and was already a good ways away from the register and she yells out "Good Bye!" In the most patronizing tone. It was the cherry on top for this review. We are all human and can do better but this right here is why online shopping and self check out is putting cashiers out of jobs. Maybe she should remember that the next time she wants to be unjustifiably rude and try to make people feel less than with "you want it or not?". So if you want your intentions to be buy something rudely questioned in front of other guests than this is the place and Jaslene is your go to.

The staff was friendly, welcoming, and happy to answer my questions. One thing that really stood out was the huge outdoor screen where they were showing the World Cup match. Lastly, now that it is summer they most certainly have everything one would need with regards to swimwear, pop up chairs, towels you name it. I wish I got the young gentleman's name because it seemed like he was one of the only ones in the store who 1) knew where things were 2) could perform an assigned task 3) actually help us out. The reason I am saying this is because we went to the cash register upstairs and the cashier was uncertain that the service was downstairs. Not a big deal, she radioed them and confirmed where we could go. Easy. We go downstairs and show that cashier the glove (brand new, just bought for christmas) and that guy did not know how to do the steaming services, which was also fine because he asked another staff member who helped us, HOWEVER, the first guy told us the cost of it (which there is no cost because after a certain price glove it is a free service). The second guy (bless him) corrected him and stated the price of the glove and why it's free. As the worker was breaking in the glove the other guy cashier asked him multiple questions about where things were, if they did certain services, if he could help this other guest. Honestly that cashier guy was doing NOTHING. This is all in the midst of our guy fitting the glove which consists of steaming and banging it with a mallet which could be dangerous! Just seemed like an unprofessional thing to do. Now maybe this guy was new so I'll give him the benefit of the doubt but seriously it seemed like he didn't even bother trying to figure it out on his own before turning the the gentleman helping us. All in all the service was great, he was knowledgeable and answered the questions we had! It seemed like there was a large selection of inventory and some decent sales. I came here on Saturday looking for a specific item and no employees were of help. I couldn't even find an employee to help me which is odd because there usually is an employee or two walking around fixing things but not this time. I found what i needed and went to pay and the cashiers were so inattentive. It felt more so like a get out of here so we can continue to talk which is actually what it was because as soon as i finished paying and left, thats exactly what happened. The friendliness and helpfulness this location used to have is gone. Which sucks because this was my favorite Dick's location. What a shame
