This place never disappoint me. Prices are reasonable. Service is great, always nice and they do their best to get you seated ASAP. Music playing is calm and acoustic which helps to relax. I never write a review but I was so upset I went in for a regular pedicure with French. And as she was doing my toes I showed her a picture of French toe nails I wanted. And they did not know how to do it!! They are a nail salon that does not know how to do a thin French pedi. Not only did she not know how to do it the own owner did not know to create a French thin pedi. They also don't let you pick your own base. They choose whatever they want for you. I walked out so upset. I usually go to Jade Nails across the street, but I want to try this place out, I went straight to Jades nails and they did not disappoint! So if you are in the area and don't make my same mistake and just go down the street to Jades! My go-to lash spot! I've been coming here for a month now. The owners and workers are very friendly. I usually book my appointments online and it's super quick. The past three times I've came, I had to wait 15-30 minutes. During the wait, the male worker/owner? Asked me if I wanted any snacks or drinks. Luckily I didn't have any plans after so I didn't mind waiting. The lashes are done in the back room and there's two beds. It's a bit hot and stuffy in there since it's the summer but they have a standing fan running. Linh has been doing my lashes and fills and she's great. She's super kind and works really fast! The lash retention is great, but I'll come in to get a fill every 2 weeks since the little gaps bother me. They also have lash shampoo that you can purchase! A few things: Making an appointment was easy online. I was quickly shown to my area for lashes. $65 for volume cat eye. However, one thing I didn't like was the technician would go on her phone to talk and go outside lash room. She didn't wash her hands after using phone. Kind of a big ick for me. However, she was very efficient, 45 minutes on the dot to finish. The lashes also lasted over a month without a fill. Sketchy plaza, don't leave valuables or bags in plain sight. There's plaza security but don't expect help. I actually would come back because I really liked my lashes. read more

I've been coming here for a few times to get eyelash extensions and I am extremely happy with the way they always come out. The first time I came was to get a lash fill from another place and I just loved how she made my lashes even better. So now this is my eyelash spot. She's super friendly, fast (but is meticulous with her work) and gentle. The owner or manager (I can't recall his name) is also very friendly. I would give them 5 stars but my experience with the mani/pedi i got wasn't great or even good. The girl that did my nails didn't seem like she wanted to even be there and my nail polish chipped off like 2 of my fingers literally the next day. But other than that like I said, eyelashes I'll definitely be a client for years. Who knows, maybe I'll try the mani pedi again in the near future and get a better experience, we'll see read more

There was an ad that popped up on my instagram regarding their services with eyelash promo. I contacted the business on instagram and received an immediate response. Scheduled me immediately for the appt I requested for eyelashes. I came in about 45 mins early so I had time for a pedicure, the nice gentleman up front asked if I wanted a pedicure. Sure, why not! He was so nice, gave me a charger to charge my phone and a drink. Cindy did my pedicure. Soooo thorough felt soooo good! Definitely enjoyed it! Felt she got bothered when I asked her if she can please remove my ingrown's. Then she took another person before she was even done with me. Really liked this place, until they gave my toe an infection. The nail tech technician that worked on me cut me too deep. She acknowledged it, I even said "OW!!" and I didn't think anything of it because I know cutting too deep was a mistake. Prior to this I never had an ingrown nail. That's important to know because they tried telling me that that's what it was. I went Friday afternoon and by Saturday afternoon my toe was inflamed, green pus and red. It hurt to even put pressure. I did contact them and they tried to accommodate me, but again they tried telling me it was an ingrown toe, which I know it wasnt. I let them know, I was cut deep and that I had no ingrown toe history in the past. they did try to accommodate to open on Sunday, even though they're not open usually, I had to work to so i couldn't go,though I wouldn't want go back to a place I know gave me a toe infection. Very friendly people, but beware of toe infections. read more

Got my lashes done here and literally 3 days later my lashes were falling off an abnormal amount so I contacted them if they can plz fix them. They did and literally 6 days later I had like 5 lashes on each eye. Not only did they fall off so quickly, but some of the extensions were literally glued onto another extension not even my natural lash. Guys BEWARE... they will mess up your eyelashes... my girlfriend showed them a picture and they said they could do it... after they were done they were horrible... much more lashes on the right than the left... keep in mind the whole time she was saying she knew what she was doing because my girlfriend commented that she was going a little fast... long story short WE now asked for a refund because they're not anywhere close to what we asked for and the owner got soooo upset and hostile and started yelling when we asked for a refund... that's not all he called the POLICE on us for asking for a refund we even offered to pay the removal as long as they refunded our money... which they refused and proceeded to call the police... writing this review as we wait for the Anaheim Police Department Ummm if you want to lie and say I was towering over one of your workers that's fine I wasn't the only one the in story there was a couple of other ladies in the shop that witnessed the whole issue... the pictures look nothing like what we showed the lady... We understand you run a business and wish you nothing but the best moving forward but you can't be doing that to your customers we offered for you to keep the tip and we would return your gifts as long as you gave us the refund for the lashes... keep in mind you don't deserve a penny after the stunt you pulled... I am happy your customer witnessed everything and I am sure after you yelled at us and tried to run us off.... They will no longer be returning. We asked for the refund reasonable and you went ballistic... I guess you don't like to be called out on your horrible customer service... I will attach the pictures here so you guys can judge for yourself... just comes to show what type of business owner he is... you can't possibly call us scammer after we offered to return your gifts and keep the tip AND PAY FOR THE REMOVAL.
