There are many options for the salt room, including group or private, and sound. We did a group and there are 5 beds, 4 people in total. When we walked in we were greeted and explained the process. They have coffee and water at the front. Then we were taken back to a small changing room and put robes on. You want as much of your skin as possible in order to absorb the salt air. You then go lay in a lounge type chair for 45 minutes and relax. It was so soothing and interesting. I was expecting a sauna vibe but it was room temperature and peaceful. Definitely returning!!

So again, nothing against their girls, and their products, and perhaps my experience was isolated but I am not interested in going back to them even though i have an active membership.
