Its pretty simple, ive been doing it for years and im not even trained with kids. After that incident they told me she couldnt come back for 3 days. The day we brought her back she bit someone and they immediately kicked her out. Every preschool and daycare ive talked to since then told me they were wrong for doing that and shouldve handled it differently. I only wanted to bring my child here because she was familiar with a teacher from another daycare that recently started working there. 2nd problem, my children stopped going there in october of 2022 and this daycare was sending attendance forms to child action for november and december. My children were not going there at that time. So they were trying to get extra money from the county for my children that no longer attended that daycare. Idk if this was a racial thing or what but whatever it was, was a mistake because ive lived in Rancho my whole life, I know alot of people out here and I will always tell anyone with kids not to waste their time with this place. My kids go to kindercare now and they love it. So much different and they dont do illegal stuff! Its great! Beware genius kids and the people who work there.

The principal immediately stopped me and told me first he wanted to tell me about how Courtyard supports social and emotional growth of the children, then we will discuss academics. My jaw hit the floor. A school that fosters social growth and focuses on nurturing its student's emotional well-being? What is this utopia?? I got out my checkbook and left with having secured a spot in TK with the fabulous Ms. Mattson. My son spent a magical year in TK and we thought for kinder we'd try our local school for financial purposes. We made it 8 days into the school year before realizing the mistake we'd made and quickly transferred back. The atmosphere at Courtyard is like walking into a warm hug. The new principal, Principal Krause, is thoughtful, considerate and is the most dedicated principal I've ever seen. I know every day when I drop my son off that he is going to be loved, academically challenged and fed nutritional food (did I mention they have a profession chef who makes lunches EVERY DAY???) We dropped him off on the first day, left the campus, and then received a call telling us we needed to come back immediately to pick him up because he wasn't old enough. If a child is ineligible, the registration should be rejected immediately--not after payment has been accepted, parents have arranged their schedules, and the child has already been dropped off. Having to return and remove your child from camp after they've already started the day is completely avoidable and reflects a very disorganized enrollment process. The age requirement is technically listed on the website, but it's buried in a bullet point and is easy to overlook. More importantly, the registration system should verify a child's age before accepting enrollment and payment. We were left scrambling to find last-minute childcare, and our son was understandably confused and upset after being turned away. Thankfully, another camp was able to enroll him on short notice. This experience left us with the impression that Courtyard School's administrative processes are poorly managed. I hope they improve their registration and enrollment procedures so that no other family has to go through the same experience.

While the owner of forever friends claims there was a teacher on the grounds and she "removed kids from the parent because he was being hostile" . I don't understand how someone can witness a child or children being intimidated by a parent when their job is to ensure our child's safety. NO ONE AT THE CENTER FELT IT WAS APPROPRIATE TO CONTACT me and tell my my son was abused on their property. I had to hear all of these details from a 5 year old. ISSUE NUMBER 1 - no one reported or called telling me my son was hit by someone's FATHER ISSUE NUMBER 2- a center's responsibility is to ensure all kids that are signed in and out of their center is PROPERLY BEING WATCHED. ISSUE NUMBER 3- no incident report nor police report was filed on behalf of the center. - NEGLIGENCE I 100% fault forever friends for their negligence and if you are looking for care I would not I REPEAT I WOULD NOT take my child here. I had a mutual agreement with the owner that that parent would no longer be on their property YESTERDAY 09/30/2019 that trust from the owner was broken when I heard AGAIN from my 5 year old that that same parent that HIT my child was back on the property.
