DO NOT GO HERE! You have been warned! I gave this place a chance and regret it! I went into the warehouse and immediately you can tell it's a junky and shady place. Take a look at their reception area, papers everywhere, a mess..dirty and dusty!! Appearance says a lot. If they don't even care what customers can see, that tells you a lot. Even though it looked like a mess in there. I bought a washer and dryer set for about $745, since I was trying to be frugal and it was cheap. The dryer was fine. The washer however shook like an earthquake and didn't spin correctly, leaving the clothes dripping wet! [[HIGHLIGHT]]I immediately called Appliance warehouse and they sent a repairman out in a week, they stated it was the soonest someone can come out to check it out.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Mind you, I just had a baby and is recovering from a c-section. Having two kids under 2, I need to do laundry and can't wait a week. I was so frustrated![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Repairman finally came out and ran a few cycles and stated we have to run it only on "normal" cycle. Ok....I should be able to run it on whatever cycle suits my needs, that's why there are different options on the washer. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Days after he came out, same thing the washer was loud and shook again (on normal setting). I called Appliance warehouse again and it's the same story, I had to wait for days for a repairman to come out.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I asked if we can get a replacement, and the lady who is tan and has long nails stated "no" the repairman has to try and fix it at least "6" times...EXCUSE ME??[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Finally, after one last attempt, repairman came out again, and they washer now does not shake anymore but I am only able to run it on "normal" cycle, not "heavy or light cycle". I found out that all of their washer and dryers are all torn apart and rebuilt with reburnished parts (junky parts). Long story short, go somewhere else! You're better spending an extra $100-200 for a brand new set at Costco. I AM NEVER COMING BACK HERE! Oh yeah, and they tell you to leave as "good review" to get a free month of warranty. read more

An overall wonderful experience with this establishment and workers! We came here on different occasions, within a week, to purchase a refrigerator and a washer/dryer set. The refrigerator was purchased first and Steve was our delivery man both times. From the first encounter from entering the warehouse to shop around to our delivery date, customer service was wonderful. We were greeted upon walking in. When we came back for the washer/dryer set, we again were greeted upon entering. Nicole assisted us and answered all questions we had. She also checked us out and was able to give us a discount since we had previously purchased the refrigerator not too long ago. There was a cute kitty on the property. I've bought 3 refrigerators from here the 1st was too big so I exchanged it. The second broke after the warranty was passed. This next one knocks a rattles but works. This washing machine takes the cake y'all. I bought it on the 9th of November and it had a leak but very small so I wasn't sure. Called for a repair they said black Friday between 3 and 9. No call no show. They didn't call me today. I had to call. They said repair man was leaving and I'd be his first stop. Guess what? I wasn't. Had to call back twice. I went for refrigerator, and they had over 200 all different styles and colors. Found the one I wanted and they were able to deliver it right away, the next afternoon. They called about 30 minutes before. When they got to my house, everything went really smoothly, fast and took care of everything. I purchased a beautiful GE Profiler ($3500 value if purchased new) and a washer and dryer set on 11/16 with Peyton. I can not express how pleased I. It had one slight scuff on the side that is not visible from the front. The appliances match beautifully with my new home! I purchased all of the above for under $1000. I would have been like $3-4k out of pocket buying brand new. I thought I had an issue with the water dispensing and called them, they were ready to send someone out within 2 days but I had to cancel because it started working after the reset! I am VERY pleased. The only downside and the only slight negative feedback I'd share is I really would have appreciated a heads up knowing that their team can not deliver appliances upstairs. I wasn't asked where My laundry area was located, so I never even thought that would be an issue or anything I'd need to ask, so that was a little bit of bummer , I had to find someone else to install and move upstairs for $100 bucks so that's the only thing, please take note of this and please advise your customers just so they can plan and budget ahead. Their competitors options were very limited and in most cases were very dirty and had not even been cleaned. I have purchased from them in the past and have not had the best luck with the appliances I have gotten. I definitely feel like it is one of those "you get what you pay for" situations and I guess I should have known better. I will not be purchasing anything from them again nor recommending them to anyone going forward. Some of the people working there are great but some are very curt and unsympathetic which only adds insult to injury. After having a washer from somewhere else in our house for over eight years, I purchased a replacement from them that only lasted one year and three months. After having their tech Chris, who is amazing by the way, come out to service the washer I was told the price to fix it was more than just getting another one from their shop. He picked out another comparable machine from their sales floor but I ended up bringing home a non-functioning washer. It took five days (granted, one of those days was Christmas) until I was able to get someone out to try and service the washer that I literally just bought broken. He identified an issue with the control panel and told me he wouldn't be able to bring the part back until the next day. So now I am six days with a broken washing machine that I paid for and I am still having to go to the laundromat to pay to wash my clothes that are piling up around me. He replaced the part to no avail for me to be told that I'm going to have to replace it again. At this point, I am feeling completely defeated and have been brought to tears multiple times because this situation has turned into such a nightmare. As a single mom with two young kids, and the caregiver of a disabled parent, purchasing from them has caused me so much more stress and money than I ever would've anticipated. As much as I would love to continue to support a small business, I will have to figure out how to shell out that extra money and go through a bigger company next time. Hopefully the machine they bring me to replace this one will last me long enough to be worth all of this trouble. read more

We have purchased several washer and dryers from Appliance Warehouse over the years for various rental properties, but this was the first time we decided to look at their refrigerators when ours went out. We ended up purchasing a Samsung model# RF28JBEDBSG. We purchased it on a Saturday and they came the following Monday afternoon to deliver it and remove our old refrigerator. The opening to the kitchen was too narrow for the new refrigerator to pass through so the installers removed all of the doors in order to get it through the kitchen entryway. The installers obviously had a lot of experience because everything was expertly removed and reinstalled before plugging in the power and water. They did a great job! About a week later, I noticed that the right side door to the fridge wasn't closing properly and the fridge would beep indicating that it was ajar. Also, every now and then I could see the light was on inside the fridge even though right-side door looked to be closed. The light would turn off if I pushed it closed even more, or if I tapped on the top-right side of the hinge. I contacted Appliance Warehouse and they offered to dispatch a technician to troubleshoot the issue that afternoon. The technician discovered that the door on the right-side was sitting a bit too low for the switch to realize the door was actually closed. He installed a washer before seating the door back onto the hinge and that seems to have done the trick. It's been two weeks since the repair and everything is working perfectly. I'm very happy and I'm glad to recommend Appliance Warehouse for their great selection, service, and support! read more
