I've attended this location 4 times and left disappointed 2 times because the chicken wings were out of stock. I'm not a fan of chicken tenders. I drove 15 miles for such disappointment. I was very impressed with the chicken wings when they were available as they were cooked to order and very tasty. The store was clean and the staff was courteous and appeared well trained. I've noticed that quite a few food establishments are challenged with survival in the Salisbury market. I would like to see this store survive as I became a fan of hot chicken following a visit to Nashville. I would love for this store to survive and win new recurring customers to this unique product. I want them to definitely improve their inventory management... especially in regards to the chicken wings.

Harassed and TOUCHED by cashier. Do NOT ever go here again. I was just harassed by the creepy old man behind the counter. I did not laugh at his joke and instead of handing me my change he stuck his nasty fingers on the side of his mouth to turn it up and said "smile". I told him to give me my money and then her proceeded to PUT HIS HANDS ON ME and ask if I was ok. I called back to this establishment (or should I say RED FLAG EXPRESS) and I said "is this the man working the counter?" and he HUNG UP! Bagel Bakery is an all around solid breakfast spot from the food (I'd recommend an everything bagel with jalapeño cream cheese, but that's just the Texan in me) to the welcoming service. The atmosphere is reminiscent of a homey "Cheers" style restaurant where everyone in there is a local and they may, in fact, know your name.
