It's a pet peeve of mine that if something is included in the price the server should offer it to you. Bad business in my opinion. My husband and I appreciated the taste and texture of each bagel we tried and the egg sandwiches were crafted well. My order was a bacon and egg (no cheese) on a garlic bagel and it hit home every time. It was also a nice touch to have a complimentary orange juice or coffee coupled with each sandwich to round out the breakfast experience. Overall, we had a positive experience during our trips to Bagels and More. We would definitely return the next time we're in the area and are so happy to have found a good bagel spot in town.
