Love this place! I stopped by on a Saturday a few weeks ago and my husband and I both got the Mountain Man (Everything) Bagel Sandwich with eggs, cheese and bacon. It was SO good! The Bagel is the perfect density and is huge so you really feel like you are getting your money's worth. They also make really good lattes and espresso drinks. We have been back 2 times since and have been loving it! The drive thru is not the fastest, but it is understandable because they make everything there. Only complaint is that it is not uncommon for them to run out of stuff, so it is a good idea to call in your order ahead of time if you are not going in first thing in the morning. My office recently relocated to Parker & Plaza intersection in Parker, so being in a town full of food I have ventured out for a few of the plaza food spots. This was my first experience in doing so. I went in around noon on a Monday. the young staff was super nice and very helpful. They helped me order, new places and menus always are tricky for me, lol. A denver omellette on a croissant! Yummy! Hot fresh and for being freshly made a 5 minute wait was not out of the question. They even refilled my empty soda cup full of ice. (They serve Pepsi and sadly im a diet coke girl) But the staff was wonderful. Changed my route to work and started going here more. It just disappoints every time. Their bagels are big and fluffy. Not at all the NY style pop you want in your bagel. They're more like bread. Breakfast sandwiches have a lot of egg, very little meat and are sometimes burnt. Such a great spot that they get good traffic, but I wish they tried harder to have a really good product. We have been going to Bagel stop for years because of the consistently great bagels. Recently we have seen a change in the quality, flavor, etc. I don't know if the shop has changed hands or if they are using a new bakery or what but it's not the same. Skip the trip. Used their "drive thru" tried to order a bacon, egg and cheese on a bagel. Every bagel I asked for they didn't have and the girl just seem annoyed every time I asked do you have this one? How about just tell me what bagels you do have? Bagel Stop has the best bagels! I love the Bacon, egg, & cheese on the six cheese bagel! Today, I tried the Apple Cinnamon Bagel with French Vanilla cream cheese. I am in LOVE! We've been coming here periodically and there ALWAYS is a problem with them fulfilling and order, shame on us for coming back as much as we have, and trust us never again after the last order. We were on our way to Denver airport and in an attempt to save tyme we place our order online via ChowNow and we shoulda known better. When we arrived and my wife attempted to pick-up our order (Two California Bagels with Eggs, one with meet, Chocolate milk, and Macha Tea) after waiting over 20 minutes (the order was supposed to be ready at 11.47 am- right!) and because we had a plane to catch she brought the order to the car and we went on our way (quite frankly we should have looked as there ALWAYS is an error with the orders placed there!) once at the car park we opened to bag and the was one sandwich on sourdough bread, no egg and merely cream cheese. No chocolate milk and my wife's tea was incorrect! We immediately tried to call Bagal Spot but their number was disconnected! We in turn called the ordering service, ChowNow, and told them of the mishap and they assured us they would contact the owner (they too called and the number they had was erroneous) and said they'd attempt to get in touch with the owner. 3-4 days went by as their attempts were in vain then finally they got through and this off-site owner merely offered a partial discount!!!! Obviously totally unacceptable in that we didn't get one thing we ordered at an absorbent price and just one sandwich that even a homeless would have passed on! In this day of Social Sites whereas this type of service (over and over) can be in bright lights this owner obviously doesn't care and merely takes the low road! I hope this post in turn provides enough evidence to have most customers think twice before frequenting this far below the level of customer care establishment and their responsibility to paying customers!!!! read more

Visited for the first time a few weeks ago and was really unimpressed. It was around 11 am and they were already out of bagels. There was a ribbon of receipts flowing out of the register, over the counter, and all over the floor - right where you should stand to order. It was dirty, everything seemed sticky. New to the area and figured I'd check this place out since I had heard the bagels were fantastic. I will forewarn you- the kids running this place are CLUELESS. Absolute WORST customer service I have had in a long time. I ordered 2 bagels and 2 coffees and had to stand at the counter for at least 20 minutes for the girls to finish up my drinks. The girl whom was taking orders seemed like she had no care in the world as to how long her customers were waiting and seemed as though she did not enjoy her job. The women who were working in the back seemed to be the only ones who had it together. This place is a little pricey for the quality of service they provide. Had to ask for an itemized receipt two times..., come to find out they had double charged us for my sandwich, a coffee we didn't receive or order and then had to sit there until we could talk to someone about getting a refund. I can only assume that this place is a local favorite or the good people of Parker have nothing to do with their time. I've been here 3 times and each time the wait is over 15 minutes to get a bagel. These folks need to evaluate the bottleneck in the ordering process or they will continue to lose business as they did today when the wait was 20 minutes and I had to leave the drive through because it's the morning and people can't wait all day for a simple order. People try to support local small businesses and stop because of experiences like this. read more

Close to where I work so I hit up "The Bagel" at least once a week. The bagels are big and tasty. I love the Cali breakfast on a pepper jack bagel. Bagels with egg/meat/cheese are also awesome. I would give this more stars if I didn't have such an issue with my last visit. I had been stopping quite frequently and found a California sandwich on an onion bagel was my favorite. They had put up signs all over the windows and the front counter that they would now be open until 2:00pm on Saturday and Sunday. It felt as if they were happy to let the customer know the new times. I stopped for my usual on a Sunday at 1:30pm......i was told that the kitchen closes early and i could not order this. UMMMMM WHAT? You said you are open until 2? So what can I order, almost nothing.........I have not been back since. We moved to Parker in 2010 and found the Bagel Stop. We went there quite often and mostly got the Apple Cinnamon bagel with the french vanilla cream cheese. We moved out of Colorado in 2015 and have since located to Phoenix but have not found a bagel place that comes close to the Bagel Stop. After missing them so much I finally contacted the owner who shipped me the bagels I love so much and he was great about it. I cannot thank the owners enough as they bring back some great memories of my time in Parker. You guys are awesome. read more

Stopped by here to see the hours of operation to make sure they'd be open when I need my bagel fix and saw a bunch of people complaining that they run out of bagels. I see more people go through this place daily than I do most fast food joints. I've eaten here probably 20 times in the last year and I've only seen them mostly out of bagels one time and it was very late in the morning. It's the most popular bagel place in Parker, they are going to run out of things sometimes. People baffle me. The food is always great and I very much enjoy their americanos. The only thing keeping this place from 5 stars is the inconsistent service. No one has ever been rude, but I've had more than one experience with an indifferent employee there. If I had to put money on it I'd guess it's a fairly high turn over job. Most of the employees appear to be teenagers and it's a very busy and demanding place. I'm sure good help is hard to find. I'm not sure of the training program there for customer service, but it wouldn't hurt to look into an adjustment. read more

Great breakfast sandwich with a normal sized bagel, as opposed to the thin bagels you get at chain restaurants. Respectful, prompt service with no issues at the counter. I came in at 8:30 and they still had the full selection, I like that they don't overproduce and end up wasting food everyday! The drip coffee was good too. read more

Friends told us about this place, we drove by it so many times over the past 13 years we've lived in Parker and only now we got to try it... So glad we did. The bagels here are huge and fresh and tasty. The cream cheese is also freshly made in-house and very light and whipped. Forget about grocery store bagels or even Panera Bread, get your bagels from this place. The service is good, fast and friendly. The prices are very reasonable. I like the lox cream cheese, just wish they put little more of the smoked salmon, otherwise, it's to die for. My personal favorite bagels are sesame and blueberry; favorite cream cheeses are garden vegetable, lox, and plain cream cheese. This is place would be great except they never actually have any bagels! I have been to this location several times and have been able to get a bagel only once. If you are open until 2 why are you out of what you sell by 10? Why aren't more of the popular flavors such as cheese and jalapeño, and plain being made to avoid running out? I called today to see if they had any left and the first time I called there was no answer, the second time there was an answer but I wasn't able to even finish my question before the guy on the line interrupted me with a "no! We're out" I get that they are probably busy (although I have no idea what they could be possibly selling, maybe busy turning away customers for being out of bagels...) but a little phone courtesy goes a long way in customer service.
