I get the impression many of the employees dont really know what doing and they're often understaffed. If you're going through the drivethrough expect atleast 5 minutes per car. I have been to this bagel place twice. Each time they have had only a few types of bagels compared to the list on the menu. When I asked why they didn't have majority of there menu they said it was due to a rush. How could you not realize that maybe you should make more due to demand? I was helping my boyfriend drop his car off at a nearby shop and was craving a good bagel. Thankfully, bagel stop cafe was only a couple miles away so we decided to check it out! I really love bagels - pretty much any kind - and the bagels here were no exception. My wife and I scheduled to drop off our vehicles for an oil change and tire rotation nearby. Our son was in town and we were going to go and have a fun day in downtown Denver. My wife did a little online research where we could have a quick bite beforehand and The Bagel Stop Came up. Sounded good. Then, I did a yelp and reviews were all over the place. I almost nixed the choice, but, after further review, it seemed most of the negative reviews came from the drive thru. True enuf, going inside the storefront, ordering a couple Parker Brkfst Burritos, a Bagel egg and chesse and sitting on the patio was just GRAND. I did notice quite a back-up at the drive thru window. Management needs to work that cluster frick out I guess. read more

Worst customer service ever!!!!!! I went in around 10 am not a single person said welcome in or went to register to help me they stood against the counter talking to one another. After I figured out what to do the girl said "what do you want"! How rude. I gave her my Order she gave me a number with an attitude like I annoyed her. Then she just walked away, didn't tell me anything just walked away. I waited 20 minutes for 2 bagels and the entire time me and the other guest waited and no one was in the line these two girls just stood there and talked they didn't make anything or help anyone they didn't clean they didn't do anything but talk. My family and I really enjoy eating in at Bagel Stop Cafe. It's a pretty and clean environment and the service is reasonably fast considering everything is freshly made. My kids and I love their bagels which are huge, fresh and include a generous serving of cream cheese. We recently tried the egg burritos and they were HUGE! They could have used some salsa for flavor. In addition to the great bagels, the other great part of Bagel Stop is the friendly, hospitable staff and the really nice crowd that frequents it. read more

I have to say it is the best bagel place we have found yet. The bagels are huge and so are bagel breakfast sandwiches. They have tons of bagel and cream cheese flavors. The cream cheese also has a lot of flavor. It is amazing every time. And... the price is great! I can't speak to anything besides the bagels and coffee. It makes sense they run out of bagels because they get really busy. Sometimes they are out of our preferred kind but I really don't mind that because they all taste great and fresh - which is what counts the most! read more

I hesitated before writing this review, because while I firmly believe that Bagel Stop is fabulous, I also don't want to fight any more people to be able to get in there. My husband and I have been going to Bagel Stop for Friday morning before-work breakfast for about the past 5 or 6 years. Hubby is a die-hard fan of their ham, egg and cheese bagel sandwich - he always gets them on a cheddar bagel, and I must admit, the cheddar bagels are to die for! Also, as a hot tea drinker, I love that the tea is one price for any size and they automatically leave room for cream and sugar. For those on their way in to the office, Bagel Stop offers bags of day-old bagels - 6 for $2.50. Or you can have them box you up some fresh ones. The drive thru is always busy, but we find that it's faster to go inside and order. And because the staff is largely made up of high school students, there are times of year when the staff turns over and the service slows down. But it's a small price to pay. If you're in a hurry, go someplace else and leave Bagel Stop to those of us who have budgeted in a little extra time. One last thing ... I love the murals on the walls! It's a little thing, but I think more restaurants need murals! :-) read more

Actually it's 4 1/2 stars, but dang this is a good bagel! I went in at around 10 am on a Saturday and it was pretty busy inside with a long line in the drive through. You could tell these people are working hard because not one person stood still for longer than a couple seconds! Most of the bagels were already gone by the time I got there, but I snagged some onion, plain, apple cinnamon, and cheddar. I also got 2 lattes. Run down: 5 stars for the bagels 5 stars for the customer service 4 stars for the coffee (I'm a snob, what can I say?) but all in all a pretty dang good latte! The owner is doing a good job of making sure the chaos is ordered chaos and getting people what they need. He is very nice! The girl at the counter was also very nice. I went here after dropping off my son at a nearby preschool. The atmosphere is bland (strip mall) and the staff is noncommittal. The food/coffee is just average. For a better coffee/breakfast experience, try Kunjani Coffea at Lincoln and Jordan. The owners are present and the atmosphere is much more pleasant. read more
