Was really excited to try this place when I found it on google! I ordered a sesame bagel toasted with cream cheese and the white chocolate blended boba. First thing I notice is there bagels/croissants are sitting in an open baskets behind glass and there was flies flying around inside. Then The drink took forever to get and there's no boba in it so I let them know there was supposed to be boba and the lady who took my order comes over and says you wanted boba? And I said yes. She then proceeds to talk to another employee in a different language and the lady looks at me. I'm assuming it's because your supposed to pay for boba so they were annoyed or something but I did order blended boba meaning that I wanted the boba. After all that I still had high hopes that it would all be good. I get to my car and my bagel is completely burnt then I proceed to try my drink and it was bad I had to spit it out. I have never had boba that tasted like that and I've tried a lot of different boba places. It was absolutely nasty and even the drink itself had a weird taste. The bagel also had a weird taste. Let's start with the food. It was delicious. The bread was fresh and soft, I got the Lox and my only complaint was that it needed to have more lox for 8 bux. The cream cheese was yummy too. I was excited to try this place. I went and i got their croissant breakfast and a green tea boba. The order took longer than expected. The place was not full at all maybe 2 people infront of me and i waited around 15 minutes. I didnt care for the boba. It tastes like milk and the slush was watery. The green tea flavor was absent. The croissant was delicious. It had large pieces of avocado and was a good size to save some for later. I will be coming back to try the bagels soon! read more

The place is located on the outskirts of Moreno Valley. The place is clean on the inside and the staff is friendly. Now let's get to business. I got the #14 and it was pretty good except that the bagel was not soft and doughie. This was disappointing, I was hoping to have some crunch on my bagel but still get the softness of the dough. I also bought a cookies and cream boba, which was basic and nothing to brag about. The ham and cheese were pretty good but you can find the same quality at any doughnut shop. Overall I would still try it once more. I always try to give every place at least two tries before I put it off my fav list. read more

This place used to be pretty good.... today I stopped off here and got an iced coffee and a blueberry muffin. Cost me almost 9$. The lady who helped me was very rude. I watched her dump two giant scoops of ice into an already tiny cup with a tiny bit of coffee in it and topping it off with a third scoop of ice! I politely mentioned this to her and she rudely replied "well that's just how it is!" I paid for it all anyway. The coffee was terrible! Tasted like two week old coffee disguised with extreme amounts of sugar, and normally their iced coffees are amazing. Not anymore I guess.... The blueberry muffin was also terrible! Burnt! Hard as a rock and tasted like straight flour and way too much sugar with fake blueberry extract. I only took one sip and a bite from each and decided that it was disgusting!After paying about 9$ for this garbage, I feel ripped off! They just lost a customer. I'll go to Starbucks from now on. The girl at the register was very nice, the lady making the sandwiches should not be working with people. First time here, sandwich was good. Didn't know bagel on sandwich was an everything bagel, when I asked, the person making the sandwich was trying to force me to eat an everything bagel, I don't eat that. My wife and I gave this a try on Sunday. The bagels are so dry and far worse than anything you can get at the grocery. Sausage was like microwave jimmy dean. Bacon soggy and microwaved. Did I mention dry bagel like hockey puck? Coffee drinks a chemical disaster piece. Less is more owners. If you can't make a good bagel to start you need to stop while your ahead. read more

Used to like this place, but I have discovered that they are not the most honest of businesses...the last four visits, I have tried to order a ham & cheese croissant. They tell you that you can order one off the menu but they don't tell you that they are charging you $2 more. At 9 in the morning it's one thing to run out occasionally but not every time. Today, the counter person was argumentative when I bought this up. Shrugged her shoulders like it was my fault...I ended up with nothing today and won't ever walk back in.
