This is our second time here and we were not disappointed, the staff is super friendly and do their best to give you fast service. The food of course was delicious! My boyfriend got the Breakfast club with a croissant and I got the Number 11, I forgot what it's called but it had bacon, cheese, avocado, sprouts, tomato and mayo. I have eaten at this establishment on several occasions, and thought the food was decent, however, I recently stopped in and ordered a sandwich the service was not great as the lady taking my order appeared to be somewhat irritated. I proceeded order the young girl in there fixed the sandwich, I got home and ready to eat but, pulled the top slice of bread away to find rotten tomatoes and slices of black avocado, needless to say I took it back and exchanged words with them, the older lady took the sandwich looked at it and threw it in the trash...she never addressed the young girl that prepared it. That had to be my worst food experience ever, got a refund and will never eat there again it was disgusting! My advice to all...check your sandwich before you bite into it...you might be surprised. Decided to try this place on a Saturday since it was sucky to have to work on The Weekend. I had egg/cheese and avocado on sesame bagel. It was toasted to perfection and it tasted yummy. I also ordered a Thai tea with boba and the boba itself was perfect as well. I'm picky about boba and I can tell you that the boba is here is cooked well. You don't really expect to find boba/smoothie in Moreno Valley but this is the place. The service was good and fast so I was out of the door quickly to drive to work. Four star is because the price is quite high. My total was 11 bucks for bagel and a Thai tea. It's a little expensive for just breakfast so I won't be spending this kind of cash daily. Another thing is that this is located at an odd location. The reason I'm saying "odd" is because if you are going onto the freeway from the air base, it's perfect because it's on the right side of the road. Stop by get food and then get on the freeway. For me, I exited 215 to go toward the base so I had to make a left turn into the plaza. After getting food, I have to drive toward the freeway again for about 3/4 mile and then uturn. So I'm sure that will prevent people from stopping by since it's not that convenient to get food. Maybe they can work with the city to make a lane to uturn sooner. Well I do hope this place stays in business since they have a lot of potential. Once again their boba smoothie drink is excellent and they also have fresh squeezed orange juice. read more

This place has everything you're looking for in a fast casual breakfast spot. Great food, friendly staff and prices that are more than reasonable. I was in and out of that place within 10 minutes with my coffee and everything bagel with lox(delicious, by the way). They also have a respectable selection of blended smoothies that I didn't try but may have to make a special trip back just for that. I said earlier that it was a breakfast place but that might be limiting the scope of their menu, now that I think of it, because they make deli sandwiches there too. We'll call it an anytime kind of restaurant, upon reflection. Anyway, there's lots of options. I highly recommend Bagel time. read more

Wow! I usually only write bad reviews....but this here! This was one of the BEST bagels I have ever tasted! The size of the bagel is enormous! It has a very light crunch and airy texture to them....and oh so flavorful! I tried The Lox bagel sandwhich....onion bagel with cream cheese, tomato, onion and smoked salmon. ... beyond amazing! I really enjoyed my experience here. I ordered the turkey croissant sandwich and a Boba Thai tea. The sandwich was made with fresh ingredients that combined well together, plus the included pickle was high end (I think a Clausen) not the floppy warm ones you get in other sandwich places. So I was really excited about trying this place and I really really wanted to like it. However this comes down to just being plain cheap. I ordered the lox bagel with cream cheese and they barely put two small slivers of salmon. They show pictures of hearty portions but the final product doesn't match. I also got a few other Bagels and the biggest complaint was that the bagels were tasteless. For bagels that cost $9 I'd expect more. First and last time I will ever be returning. read more

When I walked in for my pre-ordered items the staff seemed overwhelmed I didn't feel welcomed , they seemed like they didn't know where my order was they said they didn't get an order on their tablet but when they went to go look at it it was there so I waited even longer for my pre-ordered items because they weren't done.
