Went through the drive thru and ordered the egg, cheese and home potatoes burrito. It was a big size breakfast burrito, hot, fresh, and so tasty! It also came with a small side of chips and salsa. One of best Angelo's Burgers locations I've been two. They have a newer and very spacious building at this location compared to the Anaheim location. Place is always spotless and inviting. The food quality is excellent with generous portions. Love the selections available on the menu. One of the only places that still offer fried zucchini, mushrooms or onion rings. The amount of food is generous against the price! While it may not be best tasting burger, the quality of how they are cooked is excellent! My preference of this place is their breakfast meals and fries with meat. I always have leftovers from these dishes. Service is fast and on top. I absolutely love checking out new burger stands. I will say the location of this restaurant is a little confusing. We actually passed the driveway entrance because the drive way entrance is for the little strip of stores next to it. We had to drive all the way around to the back entrance. I feel like this restraint is a little more up scare from your typical hamburgers stand. The had digital menus and the seating was nice indoor and out. The staff here were very nice and accommodating. I ordered the bacon avocado burger combo and it was delicious. It came with a drink and plentiful fries. The only thing I don't like was that I felt like the bun was a bit dry and it fell apart while I was eating and the hamburger patty seemed more like a frozen hamburger patty, not so fresh. The Drive Through counter is Gross. I don't think they've cleaned it in over A year. Get rid of those stickers please...I went to Angelos or Rocket Burger today for n Cactus. I walked inside and ordered a simple Cheeseburger Special and after twenty minutes and girl telling me is almost ready to find out the cook hadn't even started making it.! She offered me someone else's plain burger with only lettuce on it and I said no I ordered a cheeseburger with everything.! So the cook was barely gonna start making it after all that time..! The fact is that they weren't even that busy and other patrons that got there after me were already served and I was only waiting for a Cheeseburger special...! This is ridiculous..! We were at the March Field Air Museum and saw the pic of the cheeseburger on Yelp and only 5 minutes away. We were not disappointed! We got the Cowboy cheeseburger and the Avocado Bacon cheeseburger and they were even better than the pic! My son and I also shared the Chili-cheese Pastrami fries with raw and grilled onions that they served in a metal skillet, it could have been a meal by itself. Staff was great! Angelo's remind me of Burger Joints in the I.E such as Avocado Burger, Toms Burgers, Archibalds, Troys Burgers, Titian Burgers etc... But they are reasonably price and the machaca was absolutely delish. The only downside was that meat was probably yesterday's carne asada or at least it was cut that way... FYI Food History - Originating in Northern Mexico, machaca comes from the Spanish word machacar, to smash or crush. It is also commonly known as jerky, or beef jerky. With that in mind I am use to my machaca con huevos with shredded beer rather than cubed. Nonetheless, the portion was huge, enough for two and the flavor amazing. The customer service superb! I had high hopes for this place but we were definitely disappointed. We ordered a few different items and unfortunately none of them were good. Not one at all. You'll see a theme that most of the food lacked seasoning. What we got: Chicken strips dinner - The chicken strips were fresh and meaty so that was good. But they didn't have any flavor. Side Salad - This was basic and the Greek vinaigrette was flavorless. Corn on the cob - They didn't put any butter or salt on it. It was boiled but not well and one side was totally burnt and hard. Fries - They are shoestring fries with a bit of seasoning. They were decent. Bacon burger - My husband said it was just ok. Onion Rings - Again the batter lacked seasoning and they were soggy. Grilled Cheese- My kids enjoyed their grilled cheeses. The should since it was $8 and nothing particularly special. Pancake breakfast - This was as to be expected. The pancakes were a nice size. The bacon could've been more crispy. All in all for just under $60 I was quite disappointed. But hey you gotta try new foods right. The menu so very big.
