My husband passed by this place on his way to quick stop & when he got home to tell me about how good something a man was eating looked we got our son, wallets & car keys to drive over there. We literally live 2 minutes away & it was closed. Every time I drive past it in the mornings it's closed smh they're hours of operation on the door are wrong! I was hungry one morning so decided to go out and grab some bagels with the fiance. We ended up here because it was close by, I got the lox bagel without the capers on jalapeno cheddar. The service here was good and my bagel was quite tasty, I do think the bagel cost way too much considering what I got so I won't be back. read more

I can't proclaim it the best in town until I try the 'other' bagel shop but I don't think it gets much better then this. The bagels are stupendous and they even have a gyros bagel. They are very personable and prices are more then reasonable. read more

I live right around the corner from this place and have been coming here for about a year now. This place has yet to disappoint me! The bagels are excellent! I can eat two of them without the slightest craving for water, that's how soft and moist and flavorful they are. I bought about two dozen of them today with their hand made strawberry and plan cream cheese to work for everyone and everyone loved it. Highly recommend this place! If I could give a 10 star rating, I would! My husband and I love this place. The jalapeño bagels with eggs, cheese, and bacon are the best. My husband loves the pastrami breakfast bagel. We eat here most Saturdays. Their customer service is also great. It's a mom and pop place making an honest living and great tasting bagels. read more

This place seriously has the best bagel breakfast sandwiches I've ever tasted! They seem to be a "mom 'n pop" business and the owners are very friendly. I love to be genuinely remembered when I walk into places like that. You just don't get the same kind of treatment when you walk into other popular coffee shops (cough/Starbucks). Don't be too hard on them though if they don't get your order right, have a little patience. English doesn't seem to be their first language and they are a little on the older side. In short, this place gets an "A" from me because of its welcoming atmosphere and delicious breakfast food. I highly recommend it. read more

This is the BEST BAGEL place in Modesto. I do deliveries for a living, and I make sure I stop by to get my fix when I am close. Not only are the Bagels just great but the friendly Environment and great customer service given. I feel at home and valued when I arrive every Time. I went in to get some breakfast around 10am. I ordered a breakfast bagel sandwich with a cheddar bagel and bacon. The sandwich was amazing. Great customer service. I love how it's run by a cute family who are really nice. I definitely recommend this place. Quick service and great food. I love the variety of things they have too. I have returned to finally try a sandwich. Not sure if what to order from the many options, I ordered the chicken pesto (because you can never go wrong with pesto) and if I wasn't on a "diet" I would have went back and ordered another one because it was THAT good. And the chicken actually filled the entire bagel so you get some chicken with every bite. So so good. I also picked up a bag of day old bagels for $2. Just toss them in the freezer so they don't go bad and you're good to go. read more

Was warmly greeted by a sweet lady and she got my 2 bagels ready first asking if they were to go not assuming I was leaving. Very sweetly answered my questions about their hours. I had a Jalapeño & cheese bagel it was delicious!!!! I also purchased a Asiago bagel with the roasted tomato spread a little to creamy for me but took a chicken Greek salad for my lunch. And sorry, but this location is pretty sketchy most of the time. This parking lot, convenience store, and apts. No real demanding need to go back. Maybe to go? Raleys bagels are same or better.
