On the hunt for best bagels and this spot definitely makes my top 3! I tried #14 Spinach cheddar bagel with egg, bacon, sausage & cheese. It was spectacular!!! Bagel pillowy soft, with crisped cheesey edges. Even layers of ingredients for a consistent bite every time. Crispy and not burnt bacon, fluffy eggs, and tender sausage patties. I stopped by on a Wednesday morning and even with a short queue, service was not impacted. My food came out hot and fresh in 5 minutes. Best way to start your mornings! read more

Cute little bagel shop! Lots of yummy options, not a bad price, I got the lox cream cheese on an Asiago bagel. Not too much lox was in the cream cheese, but it still added a nice saltiness to the bagel. Boba is also available here, but a bit more pricey. There's super cute macarons available also. We call this place Rude Bagel, they never say good morning back or thank you. They do have fresh squeezed orange juice, good Vietnamese coffee, delicious jalapeño cream cheese for our jalapeño cheese bagels. If you can tolerate their rude, annoyed and unwelcome vibe, and want to enjoy a good bagel then come here. But check your bag before you leave, make sure they got your order right. read more

Who puts pickles on a lox-n-bagel? Not to mention that forest of greens-are they trying to give us a side salad? All we really want is classic: lox, cream cheese, tomatoes, and capers-simple, elegant, and "delicious". If only bagels came with a side of common sense! I was craving a kale and apple smoothie like no other today. My coworker recommended this place and recommended the hulk smoothie. I found parking right away as there were plenty of parking spots near the restaurant. I called in my order ahead of time since the restaurant closes at 2 today and my order was placed at 1:15. The order was ready when I arrived at 1:30 and the smoothie and bagel was perfectly made and tasted great. The prices were low in my opinion and the portion sizes were great. Some could have easily split the bagel and smoothie with a friend but I was hungry and didn't share any! The service wasn't very friendly, but that's okay, I'm not always feeling it either. This is a solid bagel spot that is reasonably priced. We randomly found this place on Yelp one day and have been coming back ever since. This is an early morning stop for the family. We love the breakfast croissant sandwiches, it's a staple for us. They have boba too so when we're feeling for something sweet, that's what we grab. As someone who has worked in customer service and retail this store has no warmth. Each and every time I've come in the employees do not smile or even engage at all. I always give the benefit of the doubt that "well maybe today is just not a great day" but it's literally every time I come in. Impersonal and I honestly feel like they are annoyed to have to deal with me. Will no longer go here and will go back to my usual spot even if it's out of the way. If friendly service is important to you, this is not the place to go. I have popped into this location on and off for the past 4 years because my elderly clients live around the corner and sometimes will request a bagel from this shop. It is really just a bagel shop like many others, with the one exception that most other bagel shops have friendly service. This place has not had anyone friendly working there while I've been by, but it seems that lately it has gotten worse. I pop in once or twice per week just to grab a fresh squeezed orange juice but when I stopped by there this morning to get a bagel for my client, the girl was in such a bad mood, I felt like I wasn't welcome there at all. I have now located a different bagel shop a few miles away and from now on I will be going there. This place just isn't worth it anymore. I'm being generous giving it two Stars. If you're still going to the Starbucks on the corner of Bolsa Chica and Heil for an iced matcha latte that's dairy-free, you need to check this place out ASAP! This is my neighborhood, go-to matcha tea shop, that I go to a couple of times a week. I order a large matcha latte with almond milk and light ice and it always hits the spot! I like this place so much that I've also treated friends to a matcha as well, and they also have given it their stamp of approval. The other benefit to this shop for me is that they also sell breakfast bagels, lunch bagels, plain bagels and bagels stuffed with cream cheese. I follow a gluten free diet, so I've never personally tried any bagels but almost every other time I get a matcha, I also order a bagel for my mom and she loves their bagels here. The only downside to this bagel tea shop is that they close early in the day, so get your matcha on early! The early bird definitely does catch the worm in this case! read more

I've been here for the boba before and didn't get the chance to try their bagels. Yesterday I decided to call in my order and a nice lady pickup took my order. I got there within 10 minutes and my bagel and green juice was ready. I had the jalapeño cheese bagel with cream cheese. I forgot to ask for light cream cheese as she really hooked me up with it. I had to wipe most of it off. Overall the bagel was good just like any other I've had. Nothing too special but I know they do other stuff with bagels. I just wasn't in the mood for anything too fancy except plain jalapeño bagel with cream cheese. It's a good size and my green juice with ginger was very fresh and tasty. This little cute clean shop is located in the Albertsons plaza with plenty of parking spots. They open pretty early and close by 4pm. I would recommend this place. Good service and friendly staff. Love, love, love this place. My two favs are the bacon, egg, and cheese bagel and the ham & cheese croissant. If I had it like that I'd eat breakfast here every morning, but in this economy I only order when I'm down in the dumps and need a little pick me up. They're super, super nice too, which is a great bonus. I order mainly off of DoorDash and someone stole my order once. I didn't even realize it but they caught it immediately and IMMEDIATELY sent out another order. Can't recommend them highly enough! read more

I got a bacon, sausage, egg and cheese on a toasted bagel. My bagel was hard and dry and the inside of my breakfast bagel just tasted like it was microwaved. Like my egg tasted like those eggs they serve you at a fast food joint, but I'm mainly just sad about my stale bagel. ): I was debating getting macarons but they look like they were store-bought - seeing as they were in a plastic container that you get from a box.
