People are waiting in line to order. Not surprisingly the service was, shall I say, at minimum with no friendliness. I also noticed that the place was a bit looking unkempt either littering on the floor etc. However, last time I was there for lunch on Sunday, the place was cleaner and less messy. Since it was afternoon around 1 most of bagels were sold out and the choice was limited. Although one of our order was missing added ingredient, after we told them they fixed the mistake right away with an apology. I don't recommend if you are looking for friendly service and always clean and tidy shop because they look like it's hit and miss. The food is great here. The one star review is for the service and how rude the staff is. They never say good morning or thank you. They messed up my order a little over a week ago and got annoyed with me when I told them. They fixed it for me but never said sorry. She just gave me the bag back and went on to the next order. Today I went in to get a dozen bagels with cream cheese and breakfast for myself. I had to wait almost 15 minutes because they did not get my dozen bagels done until they did my breakfast order and the orders for the 3 people behind me. When I finally got my dozen bagels, they were not sliced and just thrown in a box. No sorry for the wait or anything. I spent $32.50 this morning and even dropped $7 in the tip jar. This place is amazing for breakfast! They have different of bagels and breakfast sandwiches. Also has different drinks. The service was fast and great. I got the bagel veggie. It comes with cream cheese, pickles, tomatoes, onions, avocado, and lemon peppers. I didn't get pickles and tomato on it and I added Ham. It was pretty big. I got on an everything bagel. There's a variety of bagels you can choose. I didn't get to try their drinks but so many customers did. They do get busy and make everything fresh. Nothing seems prep made. It can get loud in their when they are making their smoothies. Overall the atmosphere was great and the staff was friendly. I do recommend giving this place a try for breakfast. read more

Decided to try this place again on a lazy Sunday morning and boy was I pleasantly surprised! I tried just their milk tea last time but I ventured into their bagel selection and wow! It's impressive! I went with a sausage, egg, bacon, and cheese sandwich, between 2 slices of the spinach infused + parmesan cheese (green) bagel! The flavors worked perfectly together and I was really impressed by the (double) sausage presentation, all for a reasonable price of $6.45 through Uber Eats! Would definitely try their Sundried Tomato or one of the sweet bagels next time with my breakfast sandwich. It opens early, service is quick, and I always get to run into the grocery store next door for missing ingredients while I wait. The place is small, but appears clean, and there's no small chit chat which I actually prefer after a grueling workout class at 7am, and the bagels are delicious, consistently (and even have capers)! They're about $10 which is a fair price considering LA or NY's 20-25$ lox bagels. I'm not sure how they got a "People Love Us On Yelp" sticker with only 31 reviews, but I have to disagree. The cashier was nice and they have plenty of options for breakfast and lunch bagels. It seemed like most people were picking up to-go orders that were called in. I'm not sure if that is what caused it, but we waited 20-25 minutes for our 2 bagel sandwiches of egg, bacon, cheese and avocado. I had also ordered an Almond Milk Tea with Boba and after 10 or 15 minutes I inquired about it and they just had it sitting on the counter instead of letting me know it was ready when I was clearly sitting there waiting. These are simple orders and it shouldn't take that long. In the past I've ordered 7 of these from another place and they were ready much faster. There wasn't anything impressive about the sandwich once we received it. A local customer came in while we were there who was upset about the long wait, and stated that it was a regular occurrence. When I was younger I worked at a similar type of business and if someone isn't happy, you apologize and maybe offer something on the house whether they're being rude or not. An egg bagel with egg and cheese and one Asiago bagel with their tuna salad. Honestly, their tuna salad had way too much spread that it was so overwhelming. I had to take majority of that tuna off because I thought i was eating scoopfuls of mayo. I wish I didn't order this. Their Vietnamese coffee is supposedly the best in this world. I think, maybe it's the best in that plaza? But then again, I love Vietnamese coffee and I think this was such an overreach and could've been great had they gone light on the flavored creamer.
