As a transplant from Lubbock - I Love Bahama Bucks and have always been blessed to live near one. This one has an inside seating area which is always great. However, they need some improvement in a few areas. 1) the tables were all sticky and the floors were ridiculously sticky. I get that they serve a sticky treat BUT I've been to other Bahama Buck's that were just as busy and their staff was able to keep the tables & floors clean and sticky-free. 2) For $3-$5 per snow cone I expect to not see any white snow in my snow cone. Out of our order of 5 cones - we had to take 2 of them back to have more flavor added because they were not made properly and 2 others needed to go back but they were too embarrassed to ask. I feel like for $3-$5 I expect more. I'd say this location needs more training before I'm willing to go back. Sad day. read more

Worst experience ever at this location! Service is always slow and very spotty at best. Ordered a party pack for a little kids party to be picked up at 2:46 PM on a Sunday. Arrive to pick it up at 3:46 and they had no clue about it. Said they would make it right now party started at 4:30. To say a ton of disappointing kids are there is no excuse for the lack of customer service. They did refund my money but that's the least of my worries at this point. Paid over $9 for two baby size natural flavor sno cones with creme that had zero flavor. Sent one back thinking it was a mistake and not enough flavor was put in but nope the actual natural flavors are terrible. We want to support you but the print on your menu is too small for the distance from the counter. There's a science equation to follow when using signage. The frozen latte was superb. However, I saw 2 employees not wearing any gloves while making it. In the midst of this covid 19 crisis, it made me feel very uncomfortable to the point I had to sanitize the outside of my cup. This was awful! First of all, we went through the drive through, and we left with our snocones after 25 minutes! There were only 4 cars in front of us! When we finally were up to the window, the girl handed us back some random card that wasn't our credit card, reoped the window and went, "Oh, it didn't go through. I need to swipe it again." She looked like she didn't want to be there whatsoever. She was extremely unprofessional about it and didn't even apologize for it. We ordered a snowcone with EXTRA caramel and even specified for extra. We got maybe less than average, and it's so disappointing. Also one of our cups is disgusting! The cup is completely broken at the top and there was chocolate creme all around the edge of one. There was also a really big ice chunk at the top of it. When we went in recently to redeem even the cash value, we were told that the ownership does not honor even the cash value of these. Luckily, Groupon took care of us. The product is always good, but the rating is for the service and wait time. Good grief, it took way to long to get a shaved ice. Started out in the drive thru. Waited in the line for 20 min (without even ordering) before coming inside. I had a coupon card for 25% off (i have used it before with no issue), the staff had no idea how to apply the coupon to my order. They asked each other and just shrugged their shoulders coming over to the register trying to figure it out. I just told them to forget it, that i have already vested 30 minutes into this visit without getting my shaved ice yet. The staff consists two taking oders, two making the shaved ice, and one puts the umbrellas in at the end. Welp, I love the location loved it for a while now however during lock down I could no longer leave so I turned to riding my bike there. I would wait in the drive through and get helped by the couple people on staff that were there I would have gone in at that time but due to virus there inside was closed. However today road there sat in the drive through line like usual in a bike for good 50 minutes in the sun just to be told sorry we can't help you since you are not in a vehicle which technically I am but besides the point. The person doing the drive through say you can come in and they will help you. But they don't have any where to lockup a bike as far as I know I mean could lock it on there fence or one of there benches but after this and a few bad experience with there staff I will no longer be heading to this location from this point on! read more

sometimes the teenagers that work at this location wear me out, but the snow cones are good so we keep coming back. Its hit or miss on how long it takes to get your order ......and one time my husband had to repeat his order to the kid 4 times. This place is awesome! I don't know how they get the ice shaved so fine, but it is truly just like snow. The flavor options are amazing, and I like the suggestions that the staff make. Every staff member I've interacted with has been very friendly, and they seem like they enjoy working there. The only problem is that the place is always packed, which is probably because they are doing such a great job. I have only tried one flavor that I didn't like, and they replaced it for me for free, which I thought was great customer service. Top Notch all the way. my first time coming to Bahama bucks , and every single one of the employees was staring and shaking there heads at us... we waited over 10 minutes for our snow cones and when we got them there was no flavor in any of our snow cones. Two of the employees rolled there eyes at us and when I asked if there was an issue they accused us of being racist. We did not make one single comment for them to accuse us of being racist, and took multiple pictures of our vehicle. We called once we left and both of the "managers" that we spoke to were being rude and couldn't tell us specifically what "racist comments" were made, because there were none. They held up the line behind us because of this issue, not only making us wait, but the others who were waiting in line. This place is run by all high schoolers and college kids who were disrespectful and thought it would be funny to accuse someone of being racist. Don't waste your time going there.
