Cerulean Blue Coffee House is such a hidden gem! Being from Hawaii, I felt an immediate connection the moment I walked in. Between the beautiful blue aesthetic and the calming ocean scenes playing on the TVs, the entire environment feels like a peaceful escape. It is incredibly clean, cute, and has such a welcoming vibe. It's rare to find a spot that feels both stylish and genuinely relaxing. Whether you're there for a quick caffeine fix or a slow morning, the "coastal calm" is real. Bringing a toddler to a coffee house can be a challenge (#iykyk!), and there's only so much you can do to keep things under control. I am so grateful to the staff here; they were incredibly kind, patient, and showed us so much grace. It makes such a difference for parents! I ordered the Blueberry Lemonade, and it was refreshing and delicious. My friend loved her Honey Lavender Latte, and her daughter clearly approved of the Cinnamon Roll--she polished off every bit of the cream cheese frosting! They have full breakfast and lunch menus along with a great selection of baked goods. Everything in the case looked amazing. The shop is tucked into a smaller shopping area. While parking right in front can be a bit challenging, don't stress--there are plenty of extra spots available right behind the building! Hands down one of the best coffee shop experiences I've had in Flower Mound. I ordered an oat milk, sugar-free vanilla latte and it was smooth, perfectly balanced, and clearly made with care. But the real star? The chocolate banana muffin. They warmed it up, and I'm not exaggerating when I say it was the best banana muffin I have ever had. Moist, rich, and just the right amount of chocolate--absolute perfection. The space itself is a huge bonus: free Wi-Fi, plenty of room to spread out and work, and such a welcoming vibe if you want to get out of the house for a bit. Nice to discover Parker Square got another coffee shop after the other one became a bistro. The interior space is large with seating in front and back of the coffee shop. For solo customers, I noticed a couple communal tables for times the coffee shop may get crowded and the two-tops are occupied. I ordered an 16oz iced Deep Dive. Due to the ice cube to beverage ratio, I should have upsized to the 20oz for 50 cents more and got more to drink. The cocoa powder compensated for the white chocolate. As a result, it was a nice, chocolatey drink. Initially, large amounts of it clung to the ice, but a quick stir fixed it. If I order the drink again, I would order it "hot" rather than "iced" to get more beverage. read more

The employees were efficient in having my order ready quickly and they were also very friendly! The cafe itself is quite nice, with plenty of room for people to work or for couples to talk. I used to come here when it was The Edison and was a bit skeptical about trying it out since all of the changes. I'm glad I finally decided to go. I've had the bacon breakfast burrito and their iced matcha latte with cream cheese cold foam. Everything was great! The service was lovely. The staff was attentive and kind. The atmosphere is communal and relaxed. I enjoyed it here. It's a great place to get work done and enjoy the food and drinks. I've been back for the quiche and it didn't disappoint. I cannot say enough good things about Cerulean Blue! The food is excellent--I had a tasty Breakfast Bowl and small latte this morning, and I also recommend the quiche and avocado toast--and the staff is always super friendly, cheerful, and polite. The space is also beautiful. I recently hosted an evening event and Bekah, the GM, was incredibly helpful and excellent at communication. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and more. Several of the guests commented on how inviting the venue looked, and everyone enjoyed the cupcakes and cookies I ordered through Cerulean Blue's catering. My second time stopping at Cerulean blue and I must say the staff is just so friendly. The smile that Ashton brings and her energy will turn any frown upside down. I love the atmosphere here, and even though blue is my favorite color I just love the decors. My only issue is the parking. This place needs to be stand alone because they need parking. I know for a fact business would more than double if they had better parking but that's not on them it's the location. But with that said don't let this stop you from coming in because you will regret it if you do. read more

I would describe the quality as top notch, when you see the different layers of rings inside your cup. I love that they serve water with either a fruit or an herb. I got the Strawberry Cloud Matcha made with almond milk! review: At first i thought it was lacking the strawberry flavor and wayyyy too milky, but it somehow got better as i kept drinking????? 1. i really like that they hand whisk the matcha!! you can definitely taste it in the drink itself. Very earthy, with notes of floral/umami but no astringency. 2. the color was throwing me off initially (muggy green) but it tasted better than it looked for sure. 3. I got mine with almond milk so i don't know if it would've been a different experience if i had gotten regular milk??? (lactose intolerant lol) 4. they put whipped cream on top?? and not so much of a "cloud" like in the name of the drink?? so that was kinda confusing idk?? 5. workers were kind! got my drink out somewhat quick (5-8 minutes) it was a little crowded so i expected the wait tbh. 6. super cute and clean inside, very costal vibessssssss overall thoughts: it was okay! Would i go back immediately? no, probably not. If you're looking for a solid matcha, walk a couple doors down and go to Grotugi Bistro, they have an AMAZING blueberry matcha!!! but i did finish the drink and it got better the more i drank it. I'd give it a 5/10! (i'm a tough critic when it comes to matcha) Definitely not the worst matcha latte i've had, but that's what comes with trying new places! Good natural lighting in a cozy homey environment that's priced comparable to Sbucks. My hot carmel machiatto was very good- not overly sweet. The Italian sandwich on the other hand was mediocre. Thin layers meat w/fragments of lettuce and grape tomatoes. Who the heck puts grape tomatoes on a sandwich???? This needs a complete overhaul on presentation. My matcha was good! You really can't go wrong with a lavender matcha as it tastes like cereal milk (fruit loops). I certainly will be back to try more matcha, as well as their food offerings! I had to capture the interior design because not only was it absolutely stunning, but you can tell the owner truly put so much love and thought into the details. The space was very large and great for bible study or large groups and/or events. There is a meeting space with a white board perfect for your next work meeting. This is absolutely a great spot to WFH or read at as well. Plenty of outdoor seating too! They serve breakfast and brunch items as well, so you really could stay here for several hours. Just visited the newly-opened Cerulean Blue Coffee House in Parker Square and it is amazing. The coffee is fantastic, the Chai Latte (hot) was delicious and I don't even know where to begin with describing the Strawberry/White Chocolate scone. That was without a doubt the best scone I've ever tasted! In fact, when I gave a bite to my wife she finished the rest of mine so we went back for another:) The space is very inviting as well, with a mixture of tables and couch/easy chair seating, modern light fixtures, and an open, contemporary feel. The couple next to us called the owner, Paul, over to let him know they have traveled all over the world and make it a point to try blueberry muffins anywhere they can find them and said the Cerulean Blue offering was the best they've ever had. They have a lot more on the breakfast and lunch menu that we will have to get back to try but Flower Mound has a great new entry in the coffee house segment. When it takes at least ten minutes to do a pour over, you're not doing it correctly. There's a proper method and it takes 4 mins approximately. The employee was multi-tasking and the time between water pours was way too long. You can guess mine was not too impressive. Plus, and this is the biggest hurdle, it was $7.75! With tax and they want a 20% tip, that's a 10 dollar cup of coffee. Another issue, their beans have no "Roasted On" date. The blueberry muffin I had was terrific! Light and fluffy and fell off my fork. They'll figure things out I hope, so I'll wait a few months and return. read more

Stopped in on Sunday morning after we perused the farmers market and was curious about this cafe as I believe they recently opened. Very spacious with ample seating, it felt like a cozy cafe and restaurant rolled into one. The staff was friendly and attentive as far cleaning up promptly. (there was a small child very much enjoying a frosted dessert that got everywhere but their mouth) hard to find places that do shaken espressos around here so that was nice to enjoy.
