My bf and I came in around 7ish we were craving a milkshake and it was a bit busy. I'm sure no one wants to be making milkshakes close to the end of their shift but we were so thrilled that Cate went ahead and made it regardless. She was working on a doordash order and ours as well as trying to assist others that continued to walk in. I felt even more grateful when we asked her to add a scoop of ice cream. We could tell she was ready to help others but still she got everything we asked. Terrible service and unsanitary conditions. The place has serious health care concerns with visible areas of mold and dirty, clogged filters laying out in the customers view. Similar to the other reviews, they flat out act ignorant when approached about honoring promotions such as T-Mobile Tuesdays and do not accept them. Rather they lie to you that it's a carrier issue. The girl in the back was on her phone and yelling at the customers and yelling at the one other employee who was actually trying to service the customers. One would think I am just making this up, but feel free to take a look at the photos as well as other reviews from the last few months. Showed up at 9pm and both workers were friendly and happy. The sample size they gave my daughter was actually a good size not just a small dot. I ordered a birthday cake for my daughter's birthday on the phone. The person I talked to said it would be $35. When I came to pick up the cake, they charged me $50 despite the order form stating it was $35. The poor worker had to call the owner to talk to me on the phone where she told me they were a small business and that they rush delivered the decorations for me and the person that took my order didn't normally work in the bakery department. My issue is that if you're not going to train your employees thoroughly then you need to honor the price on the orders. read more

I came to this location to get gift cards for Valentine's Day. Since I had my children with me, they ordered ice cream. Ok, so did I. Who doesn't love some ice cream? The ice cream was fine and service was okay but not speedy. At the register the employee told me since there were no gift cards on the counter that they must be out. He didn't look around and I guess there was no one else there to ask. I asked when he might have some, since i needed to mail them before Valentine's Day. He said he didn't know. Rather than raise prices, the staff is scooping smaller sizes. I ordered a brownie sundae. In the past, a large size cup would be used. When an employee grabbed a medium-sized cup, her coworker was puzzled. When he questioned her choice of cup size, she responded that she would be getting two small scoops of ice cream and not two regular-sized scoops. When I questioned the decision, I was told it's the same sundae but in a smaller cup. Years ago, I had a brownie sundae accidentally served in a medium-sized cup. If I could give it a zero, I would. I walked in at 8:30PM after specifically deciding to go to Baskin Robbins for a milkshake. After walking in, the employee (Syd) didn't even acknowledge customers coming in. Once we grabbed her attention she finally said "Let me know what you want" in a very monotone way. I asked for an Oreo milkshake and she turned to make it, then turned back and said "Is there anything else you want because I'm trying to close by myself and I need to wash the blenders so it'll be like ten minutes... I'll make it if you want it that bad but it'll take a long time" and when I let her know I really wanted that shake, she looked upset at me and turned and grabbed a perfectly accessible blender (which didn't take 10 minutes btw). I then watched her struggle to make the milkshake, almost as if she didn't know the measurements... Once I got the shake it tasted like pure milk. Very angry with Baskins Robbins. I ordered AND Paid for a ice cream cake for SuperBowl Sunday on Saturday. Informed them I would be there prior to 1pm. I show up on Sunday and the cake was not ready nor would it be ready soon. They told me it would be ready at 6:45pm. Which was a joke. They did nothing to ease the inconvenience and time they cause me. I will never go there again and I will spread the word. Please note the young lady that was working did what she could- she called her manager but the Manager response was an "oh well" attitude. I'm done!!! Until today, I have always loved this Baskin Robbins. Every time I come home from college, I look forward to an ice cream trip with my family. Unfortunately, my college town does not have a BR, so the only time I get to have BR is back home in Flower Mound. Today, however, when my family and I took our routine trip to get a late night dessert, we were appalled to find the store had closed 20 minutes early! To make matters worse, when we knocked on the locked door to get the attention of the workers inside, they looked at us, made eye contact, turned out the store's lights and walked away. We had such an amazing experience at this Baskin Robbins that I just had to write a review...my first one ever. My family arrived at BR when the owner Greg Cox was literally getting in his car to go home. It closed earlier than we expected and he could see our disappointment when we told him we were wanting to use a gift card that our son received. He went back and unlocked the store and personally scooped ice cream for all of us and to top it off he then didn't even charge us or make us use our gift card!!! How incredibly impressive is that? He shared with us (instead of rushing us out to get home) of how he left the corporate world and followed his dream as a small business owner!
