A few small suggestions that are easy to make but have a big impact: Give straws with the snowballs, or even better - the straws with the little scooper on the end (we wanted to drink the juice while eating it but were only given spoons). When you put ice cream in them, don't put it at the bottom (ours was melted by the time we got to it). Instead, put it in the middle and then a scoop on top. Consider making it easier to order cream and ice cream. We call them "stuffed". So, if I wanted to order cream and ice cream in my chosen flavor, I would simply order a Stuffed Wedding Cake... makes it so easy. Regardless, we will be back!
